• F7938MFralpha (2/5): Bad hotel experience - I cannot recommend this hotel at all. Hotel is quite outdated. Currently, there is construction work taking place at the hotel reception. The room and corridor are filled with dust, and I advise against sitting near the indoor cafe as you may be bitten by mosquitoes. The reality does not match the images presented. From 10 AM to 4 PM, there is persistent drilling noise due to ongoing refurbishment at the hotel. The Wi-Fi connection is very slow. However, the staff are friendly, and while the breakfast offered a variety of options, it was served cold.Booking.com website states breakfast end at 10:30, infact it’s 10:00sharp. Swimming pool is there, but there is no sun. Good advantage is metro is just next to next to hotel

The hotel is pretty good and well maintained. We observed some maintenance activity but that wasn’t disturbing during nights. The usual check in time is 2pm and we arrived very early. Yet the staff were very courteous and allowed an early check in which was a blessing since we were travelling with children . Overall its a pretty good experience

• Venture40005677462 (10/5): Nice hotel with convenience location - This is my first time staying in this hotel but I was looking to book a room with them for a long time as its location is perfect for me, especially when Unionmall and Central Ladprao are my favorite place. The hotel is connected to MRT Paholyotin with only 2 mins walk. The bell boy greeted me and took care of my luggage and I am so thankful for that as I was on a call. The reception is packed but smell nice. There are many seating spaces at the lobby and a cafe. I would recommend this hotel for people who love to stay in the central of Bangkok.

The best part is the location — it’s right next to the BTS and MRT, so getting around was super easy. There are also lots of shops and places to eat nearby, which I loved. The room was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. I really enjoyed the breakfast too — so many choices, both Thai and international. Everything tasted fresh and good. Overall, it’s a comfy and convenient place to stay. I’d come back for sure!

The bed was soft and I slept really well during my stay. Housekeeping did a wonderful job keeping everything tidy each day. The hohel is in a very good location just less than a minute walk from phaholyothin mrt blue line and close to various shopping / foot areas. Will come again.

I felt safe and comfortable staying here and it has the best gym I’ve ever used in a hotel, it’s on the 6th floor. The one complaint I have, is when it’s sunny, the flooring they use around the pool area, will burn your feet, bad, terrible material choice. I had to splash water around the area of my chair, but even that didn’t help much. Other than that, everything else was great, the buffet too is phenomenal, great price too and opene early.

Welcome drinks, nice, comfortable bed, very nice view from the room on Bangkok's skyscrapers, and best of all Breakfast ❤️. On 3 weeks trip to Thailand, and 6 hotels, this is far more the best. I am vegan, mostly eating fresh, raw food, and this is the first time i had full plate of excellent vegetables and different kind of sos, sa nd second plate full of tropical vegetables, coming directly from Heaven ❤️ Excellent price for the value you get. Since we had a late night arrival at 23h, hotel staf suggested us to leave our room at 14 h, instead at 11 h, and allow us to keep our luggage until we have to go to airport, so we could fully enjoyed our last day in Bangkok. All recommendations, we will come again if travel to Thailand.

The hotel is located just a short walk from Ha Yaek Lat Phrao BTS station, which makes it super convenient to get around Bangkok. Central Ladprao and Union Mall are also nearby, perfect for shopping or grabbing a quick bite. But what really made my stay extra special was the service from the staff—especially Khun Aui at the front desk. She was incredibly friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. Especially for the 6 floor serves a delicious variety of food in a stylish, comfortable setting. Whether you’re having breakfast to start your day or enjoying a quiet dinner, the atmosphere is calm and the service is excellent. Right next to the restaurant is the rooftop swimming pool, which was one of my favorite spots during the stay.

• isnakebite (8/5): Nice room, quiet hotel. - This was the first hotel of our 2 week vacation. Our plane landed early morning and we tried to stretch out arrival by using local transport. I picked this hotel as it was just round the corner from an MRT exit and wasn't too far for my wife to travel to Don Mueang Airport early in the morning. I used Avios to pay. We arrived just before 11am. I wasn't able to get an early book in. So they looked after our luggage and we head off for a walk. Using under and overpasses we were at Central in about 20 minutes. It was a nice room, comfy bed. There was a long shelf against the wall opposite the bed, that proved useful. At first I thought I would keep bumping into it but I didn't. Everything was clean.

This hotel is of a very high standard & the reception staff (Roger) spoke very good English & was very attentive with us. We requested an earlier check in as we set off from Hua Hin at 7am, however, the room wasn’t ready but this didn’t pose any problems for us as upon arrival, the concierge got our cases from the taxi driver & placed them securely in reception. Here’s a detailed review of our stay: Pros: The hotel is strategically located in Ladprao, right opposite the UHG Mall and very close to the BTS Phahon Yothin station. This made commuting to popular tourist spots, shopping malls, and other attractions extremely convenient. There’s also a 7-Eleven store conveniently located on the ground floor, which was helpful for quick snacks, water, or any essentials. Our Deluxe Twin Room was quite spacious and well-maintained, giving enough space for a family stay without feeling cramped. The city view from the room was decent, and the overall ambiance was clean and modern. The swimming pool area was well-kept, and we enjoyed spending time there after a long day of sightseeing. The gym facility was clean, equipped with essential machines, and perfect for those who want to maintain their fitness routine during travel. Additionally, the common areas in the hotel were neatly maintained. A special mention to the hotel staff – everyone we interacted with was extremely polite, friendly, and helpful. The room service was prompt, and requests were addressed efficiently. One of the unique attractions, especially for families traveling with kids, was the Kids Counter in the lobby area. They had a small corner stocked with biscuits and popcorn available 24/7, which was a sweet touch and a definite highlight for our child. Cons: The main area of improvement would be the breakfast spread. While the food quality was okay, there was a lack of variety and limited options, especially if you’re staying for multiple days. The same dishes were repeated most days, and there wasn’t much for kids or international travelers who might expect more choices. • Mobile23684944082 (10/5): Fantastic Hotel - This hotel is fantastic, located close to Union Mall and Central Ladprao, making transportation very convenient as it is right next to the MRT. The hotel provides a currency exchange machine. The rooms are clean and offer a great view. The staff is very helpful, especially a staff member named FOUR. There is a swimming pool on the 6th floor. On the ground floor, you can also find an ATM and a café.
• Gema (8/5): A decent hotel in Bangkok - The hotel is an excellent location, easy to get to the shopping centre and places to eat. The porters are particularly helpful, the reception staff are friendly but it was a bit frustrating as we booked two rooms and we specifically called to ask for the rooms next to each other, but upon checking in they said it wasn't possible. So we had to complain and they managed to get two rooms together. The buffet breakfast is excellent with a wide array of choices.
• Ming Quan (10/5): - Staying at The Quarter Ladprao is always a great experience - MRT Phahon Yothin Exit 1 is just at the doorstep and BTS Ha Yaek Lat Phrao station nusg across the road. Union Mall and Centralworld Ladprao are both just across the road, offering a plethora of dining and shopping options. The hotel rooms are spacious and well-maintained and the breakfast offered always features local favourites, allowing tourists an opportunity to taste local breakfast flavours in the hotel. Do consider this for a hotel option that allows for easy access to the suburbs to experience Bangkok away from the usual tourist hotspots!

I booked a superior room, but I just found out that the room cannot open the window, which I wanted a room with a balcony. The staff recommended that it must be a deluxe room, and I was upgraded to a room without charge, which was very impressive. And this hotel is convenient for both traveling and finding food to eat because it is near the shopping mall and near the train as well.
• aussie_fireblade (8/5): Great place, with minor flaws. - Perfect location with the MRT out front, BTS just a bit of a walk away. Union Mall, across the road seemed a bit incomplete but had many restaurants that were cheap and good. Central Ladprao was where the BTS was and had everything else. Very convenient that a 7-11 was just at the entrance of the hotel. There was also a self-service laundromat close by. Nice big pool but it was freezing cold. If you want to swim, then do it in the morning as the sun was shining in the pool area. Afternoon/evening, the pool is in the shade and gets super cold! Room cleaning was great and fast, almost like they were waiting for you to leave and they jump straight to it and got your room cleaned. Went out for a couple of hours and it was already clean when we got back. Two complaints: One was with the smoking area at the end of the corridor, that was always left open and the smell kept wafting into the corridor. The other was the mozzies, even on the 15th floor. Had dinner at the restaurant on the 6th(?) floor and we fed as much as we ate!!

However the location is good because it’s next to Yothin MRT Exit 1 and 10 minutes walking to Lat Pharo BTS & Central LadPharo Shopping centre. The room and bathroom size is reasonable even for 3 of us. I will be happy to stay with this hotel next time.

• Pananart (8/5): - The location is highly convenient, offering easy access to both the MRT (underground train) and BTS (sky train), as well as being in close proximity to shopping malls. Additionally, there is a wide variety of restaurants and eateries in the area. The staff are courteous and attentive, consistently delivering excellent service. While the overall cleanliness is satisfactory, there are occasional odors, possibly stemming from the bathroom plumbing. On a few occasions, the housekeeping team has overlooked providing towels, face towels, and foot towels, though this may be attributed to their busy schedule. Overall, the experience was excellent.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Great service & convenient - Very convenient, 7-Eleven just outside lobby and MRT station just outside hotel, shopping across street. Great breakfast selection, changed during our 2 day stay. Staff very courteous, very helpful in anyway they can assist. Free welcome drink, very clean and quiet although bed was a bit firm but we had good night sleep. Highly recommend and will return.
• Verified traveler (10/5): - The AC units ventilation may need to be cleaned. There is a musty smell but this is probably due to leaving the units off when the rooms are not used.

• Julian (6/5): - Convenient location if you have flights from DMK airport. Union mall Is 2 minutes walk and the train station is 2 minutes. The hotel charge 1000 THB as deposit. If you pay from a credit card it takes 2-4 weeks for Money to be returned which I found ridiculous!take cash with you for the deposit which they refund immediately at check out.
• Lucky (10/5): - The stuff was very friendly and willing to help. Breakfast was very good. ALL Thai foods. I didn’t go to Thailand to eat American food so this was perfect for me and my family. Hotel location is so convenient. You can catch the trains and go just about anywhere in Bangkok. Highly recommended.

• Kar Mun Kenny (4/5): - My wife just stayed there for a night and her room was very noisy at night ( is made from very poor quality ) could hear other hotel guests and doors closing. Breakfast buffet has egg station but she had to cooked herself. However, location is good if you have to travel around this area.
• Wai Fong (10/5): - The hotel room is clean n nice environment to stay in. It is a plus for easy accessible by taking train to many attractions areas like Chatuchak n Jodds Fairs ( Night market) . Highly recommended.
• George (6/5): Nice hotel - Nice hotel conveniently located opposite a shopping mall and walking distance to a famous weekend market. Comfort wise I probably give a 3/10, the hotel mattress and pillows is more on the firm side.
• Ka Lun (10/5): - Breakfast was amazing and unexpected. Curry, Thai dishes, soup, even deserts on top of usual hotel buffet breakfast. Room service was fast and very delicious too. Could improve the sound proofing of the room though. Overall a great stay.
• Shaun (10/5): - We stayed here for one night whilst flying in from the airport. Used public transport and there is a stop on the blue metro line outside the hotel. The hotel is very clean with excellent facilities. The breakfast was good but could do with some more vegetarian options but that is a Thailand thing. Central to markets and the modern part of Bangkok. Plenty of bars and shopping. Would stay here again.

• Paul (8/5): Good choice if using train system - Hotel was good, breakfast had a good choice of food. Bed very command shower was great! Pool nice but not super clean, not many soft mattresses but was never overly busy. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location good if you use the train - very easy to do and cheap. If not using train hotel is very far out so probably better getting somewhere closer to centre.
• Swee Lee (10/5): - Transport - just next to MRT and easily get Grab Food - near to 2 malls and many local food restaurants in walking distance. Many bars for drinks ar night. Hotel - property in good condition and room is clean. Overall good stay and will come back again.
