Had all the amenities you need super close to the Trevi Fountain, literally steps. Great location for expanding out and seeing the Spanish steps, the Colosseum. And if you want gelato, that is even closer than the Trevi Fountain. It has a rooftop lounge area and the host serves breakfast every day and she actually served us dinner one night that was excellent. There was nothing not to like about the property. It was perfect. Very authentic. We loved it.

Op loopafstand van werkelijk alle bezienswaardigheden. Heel erg rustig gelegen net achter de Trevi fontijn. Goede tips van de hotelmedewerkers mbt leuke locale restaurantjes weg bij de drukte. Het dakterras en het daar geserveerde ontbijt, echt fantastisch! We werden ook nog verrast met een prive diner op het dakterras. De hele ervaring was echt geweldig en nog beter dan we hadden verwacht of gehoopt. helemaal niets!

• Patzke (10/5): Die Gastgeberin Mariel ist hilfsbereit, sympathisch und überaus freundlich. - Gastgeberin Mariel war immer erreichbar und hat uns bei der Lösung eines Problems sehr geholfen. Wir wurden sogar zu einem Abendessen eingeladen, hatten aber aufgrund unserer persönlichen Pläne leider keine Zeit, diese Einladung wahrzunehmen. Das Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse war sehr schön angerichtet und das Zimmer grosszügig geschnitten. Gleich um die Ecke liegt der Trevibrunnen und daher ist die Lage natürlich nicht zu übertreffen. Es gab nichts, was uns nicht gefallen hätte.

Location, staff, cleaning and breakfast was excellent. The rooms had everything we needed. We were treated with a complimentary dinner at the rooftop terrace on our last night.

COMO EN CASA! - La excelente ubicación, y sobre todo la atención de Karla, siempre atenta para resolver cualquier cuestión y con muy buenos detalles, invitándonos a una cena o extendiendo el check out que nos dio la vida! estos detalles son impagables e imposibles de encontrar en hoteles. Tuve la sensacion de disfrutar de un apartamento propio en el centro de Roma. Nos pareció que la calefaccion no era muy potente, tuvimos suerte con el tiempo (primavera) pero si hace mucho frío en invierno u otoño, creo que puede pasarse frio en la habitación ya que los splits no tienen bomba de calor, solo frío.
• Stanley (9/5): Nice home in Rome. - The breakfast terrace on the rooftop was a lovely way to begin the day even in winter, with breakfast simple yet tasty. They do eggs the way you like. There is a lift. The staff were very warm and friendly and the room quite spacious. Location-wise, it is perfect, just a minute from the Trevi Fountain but very quiet. This enabled us to see the fountain often and at various times - mind you, it is really crowded most times. Only one mirror (clear large one though) and this is in the toilet, so while someone is using the toilet, no one else can get ready eg. blow the hair or do make-up. Most days we were waiting for someone to finish with the toilet before we could get ready. It wasted a lot of time. There should also be a mirror outside the toilet with a power socket next to it.
• P. (10/5): Excellent location to discover the beauty of Rome. - We stayed in an appartement on the second floor. It was spacious, very clean, well maintained and on an excellent location. On top of that, the staff - Mariel and Karla - were kind, helpful and served a really nice breakfast everyday. Nothing.

Sabah kahvaltıları çok yeterli, lezzetliydi ve kaliteliydi. Asansör olması en büyük avantaj. Trevi çeşmesi gibi akşamları dahi çok kalabalık olan bir yer için çok sessiz, gürültüden uzak sakin ve güvenilir bir yerdi. Biz çok beğendik. Yöne Romaya gitsek yine Casa Medellide kalırız. Başta Mariel olmak üzere tüm ekibe teşekkürler. İlk gün lavabomuz biraz tıkalıydı söyledik ve hemen ilgilnip açtılar. En son ayrılırken hediye ettiğiniz zeytinyağı için teşekkür ederiz. Herkes bu oteli denemeli.

• Jonathan (10/5): An incredible staff hosting a lovely and cozy apartment in the heart of Rome. - The apartment was cozy and the amenities were clean and new. The cherry on top was the private access to the roof where we enjoyed some local gelato on a hot summer day.

• Jens (10/5): Perfect location, amazing hosts, centrally located. - Karla and Mariel are amazing, they make your stay a home away from home. Breakfast was perfect, croissants, fresh juice, bread and coffee, eggs as you like, fresh fruits and yoghurt, everything you need for a good start into the day. Breakfast is served on the rooftop terrace during winter times with a heater on, but I would recommend to wear a jacket (we had only 1-2 degrees in the morning). We really enjoyed to have breakfast outside, irrespective of the temperatures. The location is perfect, just 50m from Trevi Fountain, a good starting point to explore the city by foot. We had the apartment on the fourth floor and could hear the breakfast preparation works in the morning, however since we stood up early anyway it was no problem for us. If you like to sleep a little bit longer, I would recommend the apartment below.
• Andrea (10/5): Beautiful, great location, such a comfortable stay - From the moment we arrived, to the moment we left, Mariel and our friends at Casa Modelli took care of us. Facilities were modern and comfortable with beautiful light and beautiful views. We enjoyed breakfast every morning from the amazing rooftop and the rooftop at night too. It was also surprisingly quiet considering we were steps away from the Trevi Fountain. We didnt want to leave! The elevator is kind of awkward and you’ll need to take multiple trips when you have a luggage and/or stroller. But its great to even have an elevator at all!

• Maureen (10/5): Magnifique séjour - Casa Modeli est parfaitement situé: à deux pas de la fontaine de Trevi. Les chambres sont propres, confortables, spacieuses, décorées avec goût et proposent tout le nécessaire. Durant notre séjour, c'est principalement Mariel qui s'est occupée de nous. Mariel a, tout le long du séjour, été attentive à notre bien-être et d'une gentillesse incroyable. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous! Le petit-déjeuner sur la terrasse est un vrai plus : des produits de qualités ( fruits frais, œufs en fonction de vos envies, jus d'orange frais, bons cafés, viennoiseries,...) avec une vue incroyable et un petit rayon de soleil! Nous avons également pu profiter d'un bon repas gracieusement offert et cuisiné par nos hôtes. Un bon repas et ce toujours avec une attention de satisfaire les clients. Merci à nos hôtes pour ce magnifique séjour!

• Tara (10/5): - I had such a great stay! The staff was amazing. Mariel and the team were super attentive and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. I wish I had gotten everyone’s names because they were all wonderful. The location was perfect, close to everything and super convenient for exploring the area. Breakfast was delicious too. They made eggs for us every morning and even added avocado! The room we booked was very spacious, clean, and comfortable, which made our stay extra enjoyable. The only downside was that the windows weren’t very soundproof, but that’s probably because of how lively and busy the area is. Adding blackout blinds would also make the room even better for those who like to sleep in. Overall, I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

• Larissa (10/5): A hidden gem in the heart of Rome - Casa Modelli is truly a hidden gem! The location couldn’t be more perfect – just a stone’s throw from the Trevi Fountain, and we were able to explore all of Rome easily on foot. The team around Mariel and Karla was absolutely wonderful – warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring without ever being intrusive. Our apartment was tastefully decorated and very clean. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace was a highlight: freshly made eggs, delicious croissants, as well as some savory options, all served by an attentive and friendly staff. We were also invited by Mariel to a lovely dinner on the terrace, which made our stay feel extra special. What really impressed us was the kindness and thoughtfulness of the team. Our return flight was late in the evening, so Mariel prepared a clean apartment next door and offered it to us at no extra charge – something we’ve never experienced before! The private limousine transfer arranged by Karla was seamless and right on time. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay – Casa Modelli is a place we’d definitely return to and recommend wholeheartedly. Everything very good!

Breakfast was served on the rooftop terrace with choice of eggs made to order, ham, cheese, yogurts, croissants, fresh fruits, bread and spreads. Karla and Sylvia were absolutely wonderful and warm hosts. Even packed our mini fridge for our early morning departure. The luxury car service to the airport was at an excellent price point and our driver Maximo was like a little tour guide.

• Dana (8/5): Wonderful! Customer service was excellent! - The location and staff were amazing! Breakfast/coffee was delicious! I liked everything, including the roof top. I did have an issue with torrential rain and thunder that caused a leak through the ceiling right next to my bed. The staff provided me with euros the next day for my inconvenience!
• Matthew (10/5): - Everything was fantastic -- the room, the location, all of the staff...we felt we had an apartment in an amazing location of the historical center yet had plenty of assistance whenever needed. In addition, breakfast on the rooftop was such an amazing way to start the day...the variety and quality of the food exceeded expectations. Bonus: there is an additional space on the roof that is fantastic place to start your day with one of their expressos! They were also kind enough to cook us dinner (at no charge) one evening...so tasty and so graciously unexpected. Only one minor suggestion. It was hot when we are there, and though the lower limit of the AC was 18C, it really did not feel anywhere close to that temp in the room (only next to the AC unit)...would have been nice to have this lowered given it was 37 outside during the day.

(9/5): overall great and i would recommend, but make sure AC is working if staying on 4th floor - location is great, can walk to all of the main points of interest within 10-15 minutes (except vatican). breakfast was very good, served on a pretty rooftop balcony. coffee service great, good fresh eggs and baked goods. we were invited to a pasta dinner one night, but could not attend. Mariel was wonderful, so was Carla. overall i would love to give it a 10 and would have if we did not have a broken air conditioner that made it impossible to sleep through the night, and negatively effected our trip. The owner did try to compensate us for our troubles by not taking the city tax, which was about 5% discount, plus they paid for our transit to the train station upon check out. In my opinion that is not sufficient. Mariel tells me that they replaced the AC unit, so perhaps this was a one off. I would just make sure that you are either not on the 4th floor in the summer, or that they can guarantee properly working AC. unfortunately, i can't give it a 10 based on our stay, since that's all i have to rate, but with those caveats, I would definitely recommend to friends and family. AC as i described above. otherwise nothing not to like.

Cena którą podałam jest ceną już obniżoną ze względu na niedogodności - brak wody do pitnej w pokojach (podobno w ofercie nie ma. Mój błąd że nie zwróciłam na to uwagi, ale znowu - za ta kasę aż się prosi) - podstawowe śniadanie czyli kawa, sok z pomarańczy, owoce, coś słodkiego oraz jajka w dowolnej postaci, ser, salami i szynka, jogurty. Pyszne ale sugerując się opiniami spodziewałam się czegoś więcej.

• Daliah (10/5): Amazing staff - The rooms were clean and modernly designed. I liked the simplicity and the uniqueness. Breakfast in the morning was always so fresh and accommodating. The day we left, breakfast was available earlier than normal which was appreciated. Fresh squeezed orange juice every morning on the balcony was amazing. Casa modeli is located very close to Trevi fountain. We walked to Spanish steps, pantheon and even the coliseum. Great location to everything including shopping. We bought fruits by the vendors daily. Karla and Mariel were the highlight of our trip. They are so kind and always smiling. They helped us navigate our way around Rome and always answered any of our questions via WhatsApp You both are the best and we truly appreciate everything you did for us !! Thank you both again !

Location is great as it gives 25 minutes of walking to majority of Rome's landmarks. While it is 50 meters to very busy diTrevi fountain, Casa Modeli is hidden in small, nearby quiet street. Rooms are quite spacious and bathroom is very modern. Breakfast are being served at the excellent rooftop tarace which gives a kick-start towards the day, and secures private space for evening chill. Biggest surprise has been a spontaneously organised dinner for us by Mariel last night we have been there. Unexpected, surprising, heartwarming evening on rooftop with local pasta, nice wine and the roofs of Rome. Nothing really

• Cameron (6/5): Okay stay - wonderful service - Karla was wonderful! So kind and helpful- she would get a 10/10! The hotel itself is not great- the shower has mold and things need replacing and updating. The window in the ceiling in the second bedroom is covered with paper towel- just as the primary shower is- these things should be fixed. Only one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom for 4 people for a 3 night stay. To get there was extremely complicated and the parking lots were either full or not accessible due to road closures. One at the hotel it is nice to be so close to Trevi fountain. Overall it was probably a 3 start hotel and could increase with some work done.

• Sarah (10/5): We will absolutely be booking Casa Modelli for our next trip to Rome 💜 - Our two bed apartment was ideal for our stay. Comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. It’s so close to the Trevi Fountain, so an ideal location too. The staff were exceptional. They were so friendly and ensured we had everything we needed. A delicious breakfast each morning on the beautiful roof terrace was an added bonus. We loved everything about our stay. Thank you 💜 I couldn’t fault anything really. I think there is perhaps a slight leak in the shower but it didn’t have a negative impact on us.
• Elvira (10/5): Excellent! - All three Ladies working in the apartment are very dear and made us feel welcome. They took great care and the breakfast they prepared was excellent. Many thx for the extra coffee at arrival and in-between :) The position of the Casa Modelli is extraordinary good, just 2 min walk to the Fontana di Trevi. We also got a very good recommendations for the nearby restaurants. Our apartment was big enough for 3 people, it is also ok for the family of 4. A small kitchen is there but we did not use it - also the pots are not there but probably available if u ask. Beds are comfortable, all in all for us this was an excellent choice. We also got the Limo transfer service arranged by Karla and Mariel - this was of a great help and very comfortable way of going to/from airport (the cost is totally ok).

Convenient WhatsApp communication with the very hospitable hosts, who will get you whatever you need to be comfortable. Amazing rooftop breakfast and view. Mariel even cooked us dinner one night! Very comfortable beds, great bathrooms with good mirror lighting and spacious shower with good water pressure. Lovely towel warmer, and our apartment had two bathrooms which was awesome. Wifi didn't work great in the bedroom, kept going on/off. Worked well in the main room. Could use a knife in the kitchen, a full length mirror, and a kitchen trash (there is only 1 in the bathrooom). We requested an extra trash and got one! No conditioner at first but Mariel provided it upon request.

• maulik (10/5): - This is a very unique property and close to most of the historical sites. It is almost 50 steps away from the Trevi fountain and close to some amazing shopping and restaurants. The property is located on a quiet street and the rooms are very spacious. We stayed in a 2 bed 2 bath unit that came with its own small living and Kitchen area. The terrace is so cool and breakfast served by the staff is amazing. They squeeze fresh juice every morning and even put together some vegetarian items just for my family. All in all an amazing place. We would stay at this place again for sure.
