• Alessandra (10/5): Consigliatissimo - Avevo prenotato una camera per due persone senza colazione ed il sognor Mario, il proprietario gentilissimo, ci ha riservato invece un appartamentino dato che era disponibile, facendoci trovare al nostro arrivo anche un kit di benvenuto con tante merende acqua e bibite fresche, c'era a disposizione anche la macchinetta del caffè e il bollitore con cialde tè tisane e camomilla. L'appartamento era dotato di ogni confort e pulitissimo inoltre il signor Mario ci ha fornito informazioni sui luoghi da visitare sul centro storico e sui locali dove mangiare bene e convenzionati ed offerto anche la colazione la mattina seguente. Parcheggio davanti casa. Tutto top consigliatissimo

• Timo (10/5): - Ein super netter Gastgeber, die Wohnung liegt zentral an der kleinen Hauptstraße in Serra San Bruno. Ideal für Fahrradfahrer auf dem Ciclovia Parchi Calabria. Wir sind mit dem Rad unterwegs...Also sehr zu empfehlen auch das Restaurant zum Frühstück "Otto a litro" ist sehr zu empfehlen.... Grazie mille!

Mario est un trés bon guide pour vous faire découvrir la région. Le restaurant qu'il nous a conseillé, à proximité à pied de l'hébergement était top. Le petit déj également. Je recommande
• Alessandra (10/5): Un buon posto e tanta gentilezza - Nonostante avessimo prenotato una camera l'host ci ha dato un piccolo appartamento visto che era disponibile allo stesso costo. La gentilezza del proprietario è il punto di forza di questo alloggio, pulito e ben posizionato. Parcheggi comodi nelle vicinanze. Colazione al bar, graditissimi acqua sicchi caffe e biscottini messi a dispozikne all'arrivo.

• Antonino (10/5): - Il proprietario Mario veramente squisito. Ci ha fatto trovare la stanza riscaldata, l'acqua in frigo e frutta fresca per i ragazzi. Ha addirittura fatto il regalo di compleanno a mio marito quando ha saputo della ricorrenza! Finalmente un posto in cui gli asciugamani sono addirittura in eccesso rispetto agli ospiti!! Letto e cuscini super comodi. Tutto perfetto.

Het huisje is heel knus en goed voorzien van alle comfort. Je voelt je echt welkom! We hebben hier geweldig geslapen onder de wollen dekentjes. Waren alle vakantiehuisjes en hosts maar zo!

The open-plan living room was spacious and inviting, and the fully equipped kitchen was such a bonus — we even had bottled water waiting for us on arrival along with some delicious local coffee. The bedroom, with its exposed brickwork, felt cozy and and the shower worked perfectly. The real highlight of our stay, however, was our host. Even though we booked very late, he met us with a smile, upgraded us to this gorgeous apartment, and gave us a full tour with excellent tips about the local area. His kindness and hospitality went above and beyond. To top it all off, he even treated us to a lovely breakfast the next morning at a nearby restaurant — such a thoughtful gesture! We would highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish apartment with an exceptional host!

La stanza è silenziosa, accogliente e pulita. La posizione è strategica. Ci torneremo. Pensavo di aver prenotato un appartamento con cucina ma in realtà si trattava di una stanza. Mario tuttavia mi ha contattata per chiarire il dettaglio prima di procedere al check in. .

• Matteo Vignati (9/5): Un inizio di vacanza indimenticabile! Peccato non esserci potuti fermare di più - Mario è un host bravissimo e super competente! Molto disponibile riguardo agli orari di check-in e check-out, appena arrivati ci ha accolti calorosamente, facendoci una breve panoramica sulla storia di Serra San Bruno e su tutte le sue bellezze da scoprire: si vede che ama profondamente il suo territorio e che promuove un turismo slow ed ecosostenibile - la struttura è infatti partner della stupenda Ciclovia dei Parchi della Calabria. Sempre in quest'ottica Mario ci ha fornito due biciclette da poter utilizzare liberamente, con cui abbiamo potuto visitare la Certosa di Serra San Bruno e il Santuario di Santa Maria del Bosco, e che abbiamo potuto restituire con calma nel pomeriggio a check-out già avvenuto. L'appartamento che Mario ci ha riservato era più grande rispetto a quello prenotato, ben arredato e curato in ogni dettaglio: Mario ci ha fornito anche frutta fresca, bevande e succhi, marmellata, acqua e cialde per il caffè buonissime - di una torrefazione rigorosamente serrese! Letto molto comodo, bagno completo di tutto, pulizia impeccabile. È attiva una convenzione con il ristorante vicino - Zenzero e ZenzeroLab - dove è possibile mangiare molto bene con uno sconto del 10% ed effettuare la colazione compresa nel prezzo del soggiorno (con brioche fatte da loro e farcite al momento, più caffè o cappuccino). Sulla struttura niente da dire. Le Serre sono molto piovose, ma ciò rende il paesaggio bellissimo e inaspettato: sembra quasi di essere in Francia! Attenzione però ai ponticelli di legno se utilizzate le biciclette... rischiano di essere molto scivolosi! XD

Mario (l'host) è super disponibile, competente (utili i suoi consigli sugli itinerari del parco) ed ha una sensibilità sopraffina per quanto riguarda gli aspetti riguardanti la salute e l'ambiente. mi è piaciuto tutto

• Silva (10/5): A home stay feeling in Calabria - I was very sceptical for the town itself, but we enjoyed it at the moment, we arrived. The street where the property is was closed so I walked to find it. And it was a shop for cloths, but the owner was so cute, and no matter of not speakign English, I understoof everything very easy. He showed me the apartment (had left welcome fruits and water in the fridge). He informed me that the breakfast is in a cafe, 100m away (just next to the second chirch ), with the vouchers, which he had left in the kitchen. He explained us about the chirches, the monastery, the carbon area. There were a lot of information books in the apartment about the area and whole Calabria. He made a reservation for us in a small cute restaurant, 100m away, with the best wild mushroom's pasta and local black pig ribs ( you have to try them). And on the next day we got a small local present from the owner. The apartment is in a walking disctance to everywhere. There is only one thing to have in mind by booking this apartment, it is on the first floor and the only access is through staircase. Parking is possible on the main street free of charge(not in front, because it is a pedestrian area in the evening ) or at the back spot.
