Room was per the photo, comfy bed, excellent/quiet HVAC system, bathroom was clean with plenty of hot water and good pressure. Breakfast was typical Fairfield and the team ensured it was well-stocked. Location is excellent for walking to Las Olas and other surrounding dining areas. A CVS and Publix are close by. Felt save walking anywhere. We would stay here again.

884firstclasst (10/5): Beautiful property - Stay was great even though it started off horrible. At check in we had Adriana who did not greet us or gave us a chance to speak. She was going on and on about the previous guest and even about her coworkers which as customers we should never hear or know. We later interacted with Chanel, Luna and Jodi who were amazing and made my stay better. This location is close to Las Olas just 5 minutes walking. Breakfast was great and the hotel was always being cleaned.

We also really liked our room and the fact that the location is so close to Las Olas Blvd and all the restaurants. The breakfast was tasty and the coffee was fantastic. Great room and you have all the amenities you need on site. Would visit again!

Elfowl (10/5): Fairfield Las Olas made a great home base for a weekend getaway. - This was a perfect location to park the car and walk to great restaurants on Las Olas. We enjoyed live music at Howl at the Moon just a block away. We used the free Circuit app for transport to the beach. The breakfast was good. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. We were delighted to discover the art fair was just a short walk from the hotel.

From the welcome by the lovely Reception staff, the spotless accessible room and general areas to the perfect breakfast service. We chose this hotel for three nights prior to our cruise so that we could adjust to US time and for its proximity to the delights that Fort Lauderdale can offer. We were so pleased we did. Just a short walk to Las Olas Blvd and the river systems it made a perfect relaxed start to our vacation with an easy journey to the Port. We booked a transfer to Miami airport from here on our return since we had a late connection and we’re welcomed by Jodi and the other Reception staff to rest in the hotel area where they guarded our suitcases so we could wander off and enjoy lunch at the nearby Cheesecake Factory ( excellent but huge portions! ) So we cannot recommend this hotel enough, thank you to all. I have advised Marriott directly.

Solicito o estorno e devolução do valor correspondente. Nosso período foi de 22 a 25 e devolvemos o veículo no dia 23 às 10:00 AM.
Curiosity570289 (4/5): Multiple room changes to past two visits... - Stayed at the Fairfield Inn (downtown Ft. Lauderdale near Las Olas St.) several times for pre- and post-cruise stays. Never had a problem until the last two times. They seem to have a problem keeping their TVs working. Changed rooms twice to get a working TV (the on-duty maintenance man could not get the TVs working). Worse, we experienced a severe sink clog that maintenance could not fix prompting another room change. (Check in was time consuming for no apparent reason). Will be looking for another hotel in this area next time.

From the moment I checked in, the staff was welcoming and efficient, making the process fast and smooth. My room was spotless, well-equipped (mini-fridge, microwave, comfortable bed) and quiet — which made the stay very relaxing after a long flight. The location is perfect: just a short walk to the vibrant Las Olas Boulevard, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and the waterfront. For travellers — business or leisure — this convenience is invaluable. Breakfast next morning was a pleasant surprise: a generous hot buffet with variety, fresh coffee and friendly atmosphere in the lobby. Also appreciated the free Wi-Fi, 24-hour front desk, and the overall feeling of safety and comfort in the hotel. In sum: a great value for the price, and a stay I’d gladly repeat. I strongly recommend Fairfield by Marriott Downtown/Las Olas to anyone visiting Fort Lauderdale.
