• Ashish (2/5): Never again for this price! - Pros - 1) The view of the beach is amazing. Cons - 1) The hotel's bed are awful. There is absolutely no comfort. They are hard as a bench 2) The front desk staff is super rude. He doesn't care about you at all or your stay. 3) Cleaning the room is tardy. I asked for room to be made. They put towels, gave me two water bottles (yes they ration it!) and didn't make the bed or cleaned the floor. 4) One of the elevators broke down during my stay. Thankful there are two. 5) The breakfast is the most basic breakfast you will ever see. They didn't have sugar on two days of my stay. So you can image. 6) The walls are super thin and also the main door vibrates due to air pressue in the night. It wakes you up. 7) This is not a good value for money hotel. I paid boatload of money during my stay and everyday woke up thinking why the hell I am staying here. The beach is a little bit of walk. There is no direct entry from the hotel. So nearly 5 mins. walk.

• Hyeon ju (4/5): - 리모델링해서 그런지 깨끗하고 조식도 괜찮았습니다. 예약할때 오션뷰, 바다전망이라고 적혀있었으나 주차장만 보이고 바다는 전혀 보이지 않았습니다. 예약한 내용과 다른 방을 줘서 항의를 했으나 리모델링을 해서 방 사진이 다를수 있다, 다른 남은 방이 없다고 말하셨는데 정말 어이 없고 기분이 좋지 않았습니다. 마음 같아선 취소하고 나가고 싶었으나 연휴인데다 그 시간에 다른 숙소를 구하기도 어려워 받아들일수 밖에 없었습니다. 오션뷰라는 장점 때문에 이 숙소를 선택한거였는데 정말 사기 당한 느낌이였습니다. 헤어드라이어도 없어 요청해서 받았고 씻다보니 샴푸가 하나도 안채워져 있어서 당황스러웠는데 씻고 있는 중이라 멈추고 나갈수가 없어 그냥 바디워시로 머리 감았습니다. 샤워타올에는 구멍도 나있고 오래된듯한 얼룩도 있었습니다.

• 마르티노 (7/5): 오션뷰는 최고이나 객실 관리는 미흡 - 객실에서 송정해수욕장이 한눈에 보이는 오션뷰가 최고임. 조식도 좋은 편으로 종류는 많지 않으나 간단히 아침 식사를 해결하기에 적당했음(싱싱한 양상추와 맛있는 과일이 좋았음) 특히 식당을 관리하는 담당 직원의 친절한 응대가 아침부터 기분을 좋게 해 주었음. 입실시 청소 상태가 좋지 않았고, 객실 클리너가 없는 날이 있어 불편했음. 청소가 불가능한 날에 대한 사전 공지가 필요할 듯함.

I paid over $160 for the comfort and view I chose, but there was nothing special about it. My room was changed and given to a room that wasn't up to standard for the amount I booked.

Poor management decisions - After a good night here , the second night I came to the hotel there was a bad smell coming from the toilet .i informed politely the reception and I did request the problem to be fixed or change the room . After many arguments I was refused and forced to sleep in the room after they used an anti odor spray . Furthermore they refused to answer the phone to booking.com agent and to provide the name of the manager who refused to offer a diferent clean room . Moreover , I was told that I can use the spray every time I needed . I end up to sleep in a room with bed smell . No option for me to change in the middle of te night . I am very upset and this will change my whole positive reviews about my trip in South Korea .

The staff were kind and check-in was easy. downside was that the room wasn’t as clean as I expected, bed 🛏️ matters was hard especially for the price. It could use a bit more attention to detail with cleaning. Other than that, it was a comfortable stay and very convenient for walking around the beach area.

• Thalia (5/5): - Let me start by saying the view was incredible, very close to the beach, ocean/bay views are stunning. The room and bathroom is spacious, with plenty of room to unpack your bags and still move around. Don’t book this place if you are from a western country and value your sleep. The bed is like sleeping on a stack of bricks. We asked for a mattress topper, they didn’t have any. We asked to borrow a few extra pillows or a doona to lay on to try and take some of the hardness off the mattress and they wanted an extra +$20AUD per night. We spent 5 nights here and spent a lot of that time looking at local markets for mattress toppers and couldn’t find any. The hotel advertises themselves as having sound proof rooms - it’s not even close. You’ll be woken by the sound of heavy beach traffic at all times of the night. You’ll also be woken by the sounds of the neighbours from all sides. The lights, in true Korean style, are controlled from light up panels on the walls. Logically, when the lights are turned on, the control panel shows that by turning the glowing light off. When the lights are turned off, all the light switches are lit up. So when you’re trying to sleep with all the lights off, both light switches are fully illuminated, lighting up the whole room. The sheets had stains all over them, there were stains on the walls and all the fixtures are unbelievably dusty. On top of these issues, there is a mud room when you first walk into your hotel, with a second internal door that you can close into the hotel room itself. A great idea, if the door fit the room properly and didn’t make a horrendous dragging noise across the floor when you try to close it. Same thing goes for the shower door. Again, another counterintuitive design is the bathroom, separated by a glass wall, with the sink/vanity and bath in one section, and the toilet in the opposite side with the shower - like a wet room but with the wrong elements next to each other.
• JEONG (5/5): 그냥저냥~~~ 나쁘진 않았음. - 직원분 친절하심. 도움 및 피드백 바로바로 주심. 금액대 대비 가성비.. 괜찮은 것 같음. 그냥그냥.. 괜찮았음. 각 방에 넓은 침대(아마도 퀸?) 하나씩 들어있어서 커플이나 가족끼리 가기 좋음. 티비 커서 좋았음. 방 2개인데 화장실이랑 이어진곳 새벽에 물소리 매우 크게 들림;; 배관 문제인지.. 조용해야 잘 수 있는 사람들은 고려하시길. 그리고 패밀리 스위트는 2층이라 나무에 가려져서 바다 안보임. 낙엽 다 떨어진 겨울엔 보일수도.. 뷰 원하면 킹 스위트(12층) 가시길. 스위트는 다 고층인줄 알았는데 아쉬움. 비데가 작동안함.
• Guest (1/5): I swear I'll tell you, and I'll never go back. I drove 4-5 hours to the place that smelled terrible - Mama instant noodles for breakfast. I've never seen them anywhere else. There are very few options. There should be more. The bathroom smells terrible, full of leeches, insects, mosquitoes, the window doesn't lock, the room is very small and dirty, the floor is full of dust, very disappointing, the drainage is not good when taking a shower.

The staff was also lovely and helpful. It is located a bit far from the center since it’s near the beach but totally worth it. • Danja (3/5): Unterdurchschnittliches Hotel - Die Lage am Meer. Im Hotel roch es schimmelig, im Wäscheraum im Keller schimmelten die Wände. Die Rezeption war nicht konstant besetzt. Das Frühstück war sehr einfach.Da die Dusche und das WC in einem Raum waren, war das WC und der Boden nach dem Duschen nass. Die Handtücher waren sehr abgenutzt.

• Renzo M (4/5): sucio mala atención - buena ubicacion, buenas vistas, habitaciones amplias personal nada servicial, no estaban presentes al momento del check in tuve que esperar 2 horas a que llegara alguien. la habitación estaba sucia debajo de la cama. no tenían personal para hacer limpieza del cuarto por los primeros 2 noches. el desayuno muy básico, para hacerse llamar Buffet.

• Werner (8/5): Zentrale Lage außerhalb von Busan - Europäisches Frühstück, eher kleine Auswahl. Viele Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Mit dem Bus 307 ist man schnell am Haeundae Beach. Zimmer war nicht sauber. ruhige Lage. Das Familenzimmer hatte 2 Schlafräume. Klimaanlage musste über die TV Fernsteuerung ein/aus geschaltet werden. Komplexe Lichtanlage. Zimmer mit sehr hohen Decken. Die Familienzimmer sind nur im 2.Stock und da gibt es keine Meersicht.
• Marie (6/5): - L'emplacement face à la mer est top Le petit déjeuner etait super La propreté de la chambre et de l'hôtel en général est moyenne, beaucoup de petits détails à revoir (traces de calcaire dans la salle de bain, traces sur les vitres, frigo de la chambre sale ect) Pas netflix ni youtube pour la TV, donc si vous êtes étranger vous n'avez accès qu'aux chaînes coréennes c'est dommage.

• Laezza (1/5): - All apparenza sembra un gran bell hotel, abbiamo prenotato una suite.. e appena entrate, l amara sorpresa!! Camera sporca, mattonelle piene di impronte e di liquidi poco chiari, asciugamani puzzolenti e vetri opachi dai quali non si vedeva nulla!! Assistenza inesistente, abbiamo provato a chiedere 2 camere a questo punto ma ci sono state rifiutate, nonostante la suite avesse un costo maggiore.. siamo dovute scappare da quel luogo sporgo e puzzolente!!
• Marina (6/5): Nice view poor service - The ocean view is adorable. You just look at the window and forget about all of the inconveniences. We had the room with a big bathtub on the 8th floor so it was spacious enough and not noisy at all. This hotel also has breakfast that made our mornings easier. Not too much choice but better than nothing: eggs and toasts with croissants and butter were a good starter pack :) And the coffee machine at the breakfast area is a nice bonus Location is not close to main city activities but if you go to Busan for surfing this place is the best one cause Songjeong beach is the main spot in here. We didn’t see the staff at all except for check in. They told us to hang a ‘make up my room’ sign in the morning for cleaning so we did. But when we came back to hotel in the evening the was still on the door and the room still kept mess-integrity. Neither clean towels nor water. We combed the whole hotel to find someone just to find new towels but vainly. Not a surprise that we saw a big cockroach in the room at the very first day we stayed :(
• Lisa (7/5): In Ordnung für einen Kurzen Aufenthalt - Der Blick aufs Meer war schön, auch das Zimmer war geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Direkte Strandnähe super für spaziergänge am Meer. Fenster und Spiegel mit Handabrücken, Klimaanlage teils defekt (Klappe nicht regulierbar), Lampe nicht funktionsfähig, Gemeinschatsräume und Dachterrasse etwas verwahrlost. Nur mit Taxi komfortabel zu erreichen.

Siamo arrivati alle 13 e alla reception non c'era nessuno; abbiamo dovuto aspettare un'ora prima che di facesse vivo qualcuno a cui affidare i bagagli. Il check-in era previsto alle 15, se volevamo anticiparlo di un'ora dovevamo pagare 10.000 w ( circa 6 euro). Abbiamo chiesto quali luoghi si potevano visitare nei dintorni: grandi sorrisi ma nessuna indicazione La colazione davvero miserella. Non c'è aria condizionata nei corridoi.
• Shijith Kumar (5/5): A good place which seems to now have lost its value. - The rooms were not clean. A lot of dust on the shelves and tables; spider on the bed! We checked out an hour after the normal time and we were initially informed the hourly charge is 10kwon but the person at the desk charged 15k. We have been to this place many times but this time it was a bad experience.

• marlene (4/5): - It needs a lot of maintenance. They just rearrange the bed, do not wash the bathroom, do not clean the floor, the bathroom walls and shower have mold. The dryer extremely , full of waste. The shampoo dispensers and conditioner almost empty and dirty as well as the bathroom sink. The toilet paper roll at half use, the same one left by the previous guest. The sandals they give are not disposable, they look old and it is unsanitary to use the same as all previous guests. the minibar also dirty. The towels don't look white and nothing soft. The chairs are stained and the table is glued with tape

• Simi (7/5): Listed in haeundae.. located somewhere else :) - The STAFF!! the lady working at the front desk was one of the nicest staff I have ever met. She made our stay pleasant and she was very helpful with everything. Give her a raise. The beach view is amazing too! And nearby there's a lot of nice restaurants. - the aircon barely works, and the remote is confusing. - the mattress is a rock, not comfortable. - no toothbrush or other amenities (brush, ect.) - ITS NOT IN HAEUNDAE AT ALL!! it's a completely different beach. - they never cleaned the room once, and we stayed there for 3 days. - the price is way too high... especially for the area and what it is. - breakfast is... it is really something. At least add some cheese...
• Immaculate (9/5): Beachside hotel - This was such a lovely hotel! Waking up to the view and sounds of the ocean was amazing! Right on the beach, the station for the Haeundae Blueline Park is right down the road and several eateries and convinience stores around. Beds were comfortable, loved the shower everything was nice overall a great stay! Room looks like the pictures. Breakfast options could be more. Also the breakfast area is quite small so if you go when it is full you will have to wait for a while before getting a seat. Other options need to be identified especially during peak season.
