My room wasn’t fully cleaned when I first arrived, but I spoke to the assistant manager and the cleaning lady on my hall, and my room was cleaned immediately.
Rodgers (1/5): Highway robbery - Nice hotel I was double charged I had already paid for the room online and was told I needed to use a card their for damages if any was no problem then realized next day they charged me full price of the stay to my card. Went and spoke to person at the desk said they was reversing it and money would be back on my card next day still haven’t received the money called and talked to the hotel operator and she informed me they never canceled or changed anything so I basically got ripped off 200 dollars extra for hotel room.

We met him the first time we stayed there and he went out of his way to make our trip comfortable. As soon as we walked through the door this week, he remembered us and was once again, very accommodating. Thank you Andrew, from the Golden Girls!

Essence (6/5): - Our room had a prominent odor, the bathroom had obviously not been cleaned. There was someone’s hair all over the towels, floor and cubby that holds the towels - disgusting! There also was toothpaste in the sink. I have pictures. We also were charged more at the front desk than our reservation quote. When we received the receipt, it had our registration quote on it and not what we were charged!

Travelboy61 (4/5): Disappointed In Marriott - Not Marriott’s best work. I usually don’t leave reviews, but I’m going to give Marriott a pass on this one. I stay at Marriott all the time and this one was just not great. Rooms were not clean, AC didn’t work in my room, the lights didn’t work in the elevator, family that was staying with us, four groups, one group had to move rooms three times until they found one that was clean. Will I stay with Marriott again, yes. Would I stay at this one, no. Oh, we booked this hotel because a lot of the family members had little kids and we wanted the pool. But guess what, the pool was closed.

GREG (8/5): - Had a very unpleasant discovery upon pulling the sheets back in our room, but the housekeeping staff was immediately all over the issue within minutes. I suspect the person that cleaned the room simply rushed through and I can understand how this can happen having experience with employee supervision. As an aside, one of the manager's of the hotel proactively contacted me the following morning to apologize for the oversight. Kudos to him for that. Stuff happens.

Stefine (4/5): Not the best stay... - The bed was comfortable, and the air worked great. I didn't like that the lady at the front desk didn't inform me upfront that the room I originally booked wasn't available (I had to find out once I got to the 5th floor), that the key card didn't work initially, that the lady at the front desk told me that I was still going to have to pay the same rate for a down graded room from what I originally booked (she eventually said the rate was changed and she gave me extra off of it, but at checkout it was only an $11 difference), that house cleaning didn't clean out the refrigerator, that the shower water pressure isn't the best, and that the shower temperature didn't get hot enough to my liking. I couldn't have the room I booked due to housekeeping being short staffed...
Carlos (10/5): Family Trip - Great stay with family. Convenient location with plenty of dining options in the surrounding area. Very close to the highway as well. Very quiet location and having a kitchen with a large refrigerator, stove and microwave was a plus!

The back lobby door was propped open on the main floor at night and parking was limited due to the amount of people at the party. The restrooms in the back lobby were filthy. Cushions on the couch in our room were coming apart at the seam. We stay at this location a lot as our son plays football close by. I hope management will maintain this property so that it remains nice and not allow loud parties to be hosted here.

annamariabM6113ZL (4/5): Could Have Been Much Better - The Front Desk woman was nice and helpful but that was the best part of our stay. Elevators were shaky and clearly in need of maintenance. Our room was dated and desperately in need of some renovations. The pillows were flat and the beds were situated oddly with one pressed up close right next to a window. The air conditioning did not work so the room temperature was not ideal. There was also a spot in the room that smelled like BO for some reason. The worst part was the ceiling that had what looked like water damage and suspicious looking stains. We experienced a quiet night as we did not hear anyone out in the halls. However this was not enough to make us return again, look elsewhere for a quality stay.

I didn't miss my items until later that night. I called back to the hotel and they made sure my items were located. I will stay here over and over again!

LaQuita (6/5): - The outdoor amenities are closed to patrons very early. We visited on a Saturday during spring break and discovered that the fire pit and grills are shut down at 9 pm. This makes sense for the pool to close so early but it seems unreasonable to shut down evening-friendly amenities like the fire pit to people who are paying for the amenities right as the sun sets. Maybe extend the hours of these things for weekends or spring/summer hours?
