- pachaderm (10/5): Form over Function! - Love the unusual decor. All the staff was friendly and helpful. Gym is spacious and clean. I loved the separate cycling studio 2 bikes/one screen with the selection of prerecorded rides! Water bottles provided. No water bottle filling stations in hotel so be prepared. The sinks aren’t deep enough for H2O bottle filling. My suggestions for improvements include extra blankets because the room was cold but it was 7 degrees outside; pillows are HUGE! Too thick/big to actually sleep on for your average person. We put some towels in a pillowcase. There are no luggage racks in the room. We had to move a towel stool from the bathroom to put a suitcase on; and some hooks for towels or steaming clothes from. No iron /board provided. Just a steamer. Plan on a possible long walk to your room due to layout. If walking is a challenge, I suggest you ask for a room near the elevator.!
- MelFCX (2/5): Rude, understaffed, chaotic experience - We stayed at Assembly Row in January of 2026 in connection with a wedding being held at the venue. The check-in experience was chaotic, disorganized, and shockingly rude. Despite dozens of wedding guests arriving at the same time, there was only one front desk agent on duty. I carried all of our luggage in myself without any assistance or offer of help from valet or bell staff. I then waited while the guests ahead of me repeatedly attempted to check in due to multiple declined credit cards, even leaving the desk to retrieve additional cards, with no acknowledgment or apology from the front desk agent for the delay. When it was finally my turn, I was told I could not check in because the reservation was under my husband’s name, despite my having the confirmation number, his credit card, and being the person who made the reservation. I was instructed to have him call the front desk and then asked to step aside so other guests could be checked in after I had already waited an extended period. I politely declined and waited while my husband called from a haircut appointment. Throughout this interaction, the front desk agent was rude and condescending, even asking whether I was “actually in the wedding,” which was irrelevant and inappropriate. At the same time, the bridal party and wedding guests were flooding the lobby for pictures, further highlighting the complete lack of planning or crowd management. My husband is a Platinum Elite Bonvoy member, and while we expect a higher level of service based on that status, at a minimum we expect basic courtesy and professionalism. This experience was deeply frustrating and cast a shadow over what should have been a celebratory evening. The hotel itself is adequate; room was clean and decent but the halls and rooms are dark and dismal. It gives the vibe of an elevated Hampton Inn that's trying to be a bit more stylish. I would not recommend this property for either events or overnight stays.

So there isn’t many diversity can customize to different nationality guests

- B8252DJamyp (10/5): Fabulous hotel, and neighborhood!! - The hotel was absolutely beautiful… It was still decorated in all its Christmas glory with lights and a tree and beautiful tasteful declarations. It is modern with an industrial feel but so cozy with an exceptional restaurant and bar in the lobby as well as a beautiful state of the art fitness room yoga room with video lead classes in the pool is adorable with cabanas all set up and chairs and an outdoor terrace. The rooftop was also beautiful even though it was off-season. The view is gorgeous. I can’t say enough about the staff there either everyone was exceptional. There was a wedding party there on our floor during our stay who got slightly rowdy, which was unfortunate, but I would definitely come back again!!

- Herzig (10/5): Great place to stay - Beautiful, clean, perfect location It’s not the property, rather the food allowance taken out of my account and then expires by noon if not used all up in the morning. It was a very confusing system. I assumed it was to encourage guests to eat on site, but the breakfast was not very good and they’re competing with nearby restaurants and cafes. But then, if we wanted a snack from the lobby market later, the food credit was expired. I’m sure there is a better system to put in place. That one is very annoying. Outside of that, the team was helpful and kind and the facilities were very comfortable, up to date, warm and inviting.

Highly recommend!! - We had a fabulous stay at the Row Hotel, we were warmly greeted by Deepa, enjoyed conversations with Victor, Mike, Christopher and Sarah all so friendly first thing in the morning as we had our pup with us out on our 6 am walks. Our room was spotless and the bed and lines are UBER comfortable. Highly recommend staying here, making our Christmas holiday celebrated with such ease and comfort! The common area/lobby is a scene with comfortable seating, warm sofas beautifully decorated. Later night craft cocktails are a must-even for those who prefer mocktails. Try the peppercorn cocktail! Much appreciation to the decorating and amenity details including soft lighting and smart placement of switch plates in room- it matters!

I called The Row Hotel and the woman said they had availability and told me to come right over. Upon arrival she greeted me with a smile and kindness. There was no judgment of my appearance and she went out of her way to accommodate my needs. She put me on the floor with the pool because I told her I wanted to go to the pool it was also near the pantry which has like water and snacks and tea and coffee 24 hours a day. The rooms are so elegant and I just love the decor. The Barr restaurant was amazing. Loved Chris. Linny, Anny, and Diana. Kudos.

- Eunice (1/5): Our stay from Nov 21–23 was negatively affected by multiple instances of unprofessional, dismissive, and discriminatory - Its new and accessibility to shops I am writing to formally report several incidents of unprofessional and discriminatory conduct during my stay from November 21–23. Although the hotel’s facilities are modern and well-maintained, the behavior of several front desk staff members was unacceptable. At check-in, a staff member made an inappropriate remark about our “strong accents,” which was unprofessional and unwarranted. On the first night, we were awakened at 3:30 AM by extremely loud plumbing work, with no prior notice provided. Throughout our stay, front desk interactions—particularly with Lillian—were consistently rude, dismissive, and lacking in basic customer service standards. Most concerning, during checkout, I overheard staff giggling and referring to us as “the Asians.” This is discriminatory, disrespectful, and entirely unacceptable in any hospitality setting. These incidents created an environment where we felt unwelcome and disrespected. Other friends staying at the property during the same period reported similar experiences, indicating broader service and training issues. I expect this matter to be investigated and addressed promptly, with appropriate corrective action taken.

The checkin staff was so accommodating, wonderful and so professional. The rooms are beautiful,very clean and beds are soooo comfortable. The only thing I had wished for is the tub. Our room was changed and no tub was in there and didnt want to bother the staff . But I will definately return a couple more times this year for sure!

- Anjali (10/5): - I was here primarily for a conference but also visiting family. I would stay here again as the room was spacious, clean, updated. Upscale feel and appearance. One area they could have improved was their dining options within the hotel, but I do understand that there’s a lot of competition with so many restaurants in close vicinity that it may not make good business sense for them to have those options in the hotel. They don’t seem to serve lunch, but the bar had a limited, but very good menu. I also wish they had better options for parking or when families visiting some options for good parking for them and maybe a different valet option would’ve been helpful rather than just the $58 for those who are actually staying at the hotel. Otherwise, all in all I would stay here again and it was very convenient as my conference was right across the street at the hospital.

The beds where uncomfortable and even with the air-conditioning off it was still cold. At breakfast i was charged with original waitress until another waitress overheard me ask why i was being charged. To much for my stay. Parking for handicap was ridiculous.

- R7943ZXdg (8/5): Cute and relaxing hotel in a fun area for a daycation - Business hotel vibe but it has a big tv and comfortable bed and it’s in assembly row so you can grab tatte and Japanese bbq and boba
