- Jessica (10/5): Amazing , location ,staff, decor, amenities - Everything , and $50 early check in we checked in at 11am instead of 3/4pm especially after flying that was needed $25 parking per night when street parking is near and free.
- jeremy g (9/5): Great location -
- Kaitlynn (10/5): -
- Ashley (10/5): - Bfast was good but oatmeal was runny.
I will leave this review with room to edit. I left a very important item in the room hidden. I offered a reward so I will see if the housekeeping people are honest.
I hit it under the mattress tucked under the sheet. My flight became earlier, and I had to leave quickly, and I forgot it.
We will see Parking is limited if you have a Mercedes sprinter due to the height restrictions of the parking garage.
I left a very important item in the room and I am six states away, but I will return in a couple days. We will see if the housekeeping are honest people I offered a reward for the items returned.
To be continued

- Kristan (10/5): This hotel goes above and beyond on every aspect you look for in a hotel!!!!! - The hotel was beautiful, and an amazing value. Our room was spacious and modern, and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was probaby the best amount of choices I have ever seen and it was free!!!
- Jesalee (10/5): - Great breakfast, clean rooms Coffee unavailable before 6:45am except in room which is nasty.
- Michelle (10/5): Great property - Staff provided superb service. We kind of messed up our reservations and there were delightfully helpful with all of that. Rooms are beautiful, clean and spacious. The Residence Inn is attached to the marriott AC property, which is a little confusing. And they separated the breakfasts between the two hotels which made us feel a little "second class".
- Carrie (9/5): - Very nice facility that was clean and what you would expect from a Marriott facility. The location worked great for our needs. Everything was fine.
- Irene (10/5): -
- Cannisha (10/5): -

- jasoneH5358XY (10/5): Top Tier experience - Misty is one of the most amazing individuals I’ve met since being here in Dallas for the first time. Meeting her here at the Marriott , and assisting me in becoming a BONVOY member on top of it all. She has truly made this experience even more special.
- Nicholas (10/5): It was ok - Clean quiet Shower didn’t have a curtain
- leila (9/5): It will be my Always Choice in Dallas - cleanliness, good location, friendly staff, good amenities (pool, laundry, Gym) , nice lobby nice bar some furniture in the room needs to be changed
also the rooms are a little dark due the colours they used for curtain and carpet and furniture
breakfast team are amazing but the options for breakfast wasn’t changing in whole week only in weekend they had some small changes.

- Hui (8/5): -
- David (8/5): - Very enjoyable. I will be back. Parking
- Cherry Ann (10/5): -
- Dodd (8/5): Upgrading to the AC Marriot if I stay here again. - Enjoyed the walk-in shower.
The gym was better than most other places I've stayed.
Parking garage (needs larger parking spaces) The walk-in shower, it needs a little longer barrier wall and the showerhead needs mor articulation. This will greatly reduce the amount of splash out. The showerhead angle is practically set to shoot water outside of the shower.
Finding the parking lot entrance (Google was lacking). $25 a day?! We're already paying to stay at the hotel.
1 building, 2 hotels.
2 different breakfast bars, one for each hotel. AC Marriot has a very good looking one while the Residence is just a little better than the average Holiday Inn.
Checking in, the concier knew which hotel I was staying at and pointed me to the AC Marriot breakfast bar location, but not the Residence breakfast bar. Found out the following morning that he was mistaken. Disappointing.
Both hotels use the same check-in desk.
Need to put the Wi-Fi password in the Rooms.
Let guests use their room keys for the parking garage entry and exit instead of a flimsy paper tag.
Parking garage has too many "compact" car spaces and not enough full-size (normal) vehicle spaces.
- jeannebM1137UK (10/5): Excellent bar service - Jonathan at the bar was amazing! The 30% off of wine was a great deal and the bonvoy member charcuterie board was a nice surprise. When you spend a lot of time away from home it felt very comfy. Thank you Jonathan for your warm hospitality! You are amazing .
- Elena (10/5): It was a very pleasant stay - Everything extremely clean everything very updated luxury! The location is perfect. I wish I could live there lol I loved everything about it
- Malik (10/5): -
- Diontay (10/5): -
- Guillermo (10/5): -
- Christian (10/5): - Exemplary service, with a very relaxed environment, just a few minutes from downtown Dallas if you use the toll and within walking distance of the galleria.
- Theron Dywon (10/5): - Perfect location, vlose to family
- Anitra (10/5): - Very clean and accommodating. Loved the hotel kitchenette and bedroom combo
- Cynthia (10/5): - Clean room. Staff was very helpful. The only thing that bothered us was the internet/tv service in the bedroom, it would buffer every few seconds. And on the tv in the front room some of the channels weren't working. Other than that everything was great. Hot water in the shower. Comfy bed. Full size fridge, silverware and dishes. Bottle/wine opener.
- Peggy (10/5): - Very nice area, easy access to mall and central to several tourist attractions.
- D'Untaria (10/5): - Clean room and love the shower .
- Jose (8/5): - Very comfortable and clean facilities. Quiet area near shopping center. The breakfast may improve healthy options.
- Steven (10/5): - Great room layout. Very new and clean.
- 407omayrar (10/5): Great experience! Highly recommend - Great hotel with excellent service! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff made me feel welcome right away. The bartender jonathan was super friendly and fun! He also makes amazing drinks. Really added a personal touch to my visit. . Close proximity (walking distance) to the Galleria mall. Highly recommend!
- Roy (10/5): - Love the room!
- McCleary (9/5): Great - Space and clean Nothing
- Johanna (9/5): Perfekt für einen Kurzaufenthalt in Dallas - Großzügiges Zimmer mit eigenem Raum für dritte Person
- stephensM1576ZP (2/5): BUYER BEWARE - EARLY CHECK OUT POLICY WILL COST YOU $$ - I had a 2 night business stay. A total of 48 hours. I had a family emergency and was forced to leave one day early.
When checking out I was told that since I didnt give 48 hours notice Im still being charged the 2nd night. .....Huh?
I was told that's there policy. I was stunned.
How can I give them 48 hours notice when I need to leave a day early because of an emergency? I mean I was only there a total of 48 hours to begin with! They wouldn't budge. Charged me over $200.00 for a night I didn't use. Im glad I wasn't there for a week!! And Im sure they booked the room again, double dipping on the revenue. Congrats.
Do whatever you want but I certainly won't stay there anymore. Many of my fellow associates stay there frequently because our corporate headquarters is in Dallas. No more! That's how they treat loyal customers.
So, Im informing YOU, the weary traveler to take that into account before booking there.
The world needs to know that Residence Inn Dallas by the Galleria made the decision to deny me an early departure refund for a one nights stay due to a family emergency.
Policy or not, this is bad business.
And by the way you charged me $24 a night to park and the front desk person who checked me in said it was $20. So there's another $4.00 that they stole from me as well.
- Sharonda (10/5): Great stay. Will stay here again. - Clean and very convenient to shopping
- Paula (10/5): No regrets at all, beautiful hotel - The property was very open and clean Pay for parking
- Alma (10/5): - I liked the clean place, good breakfast, I liked the room, good space
- Bari (7/5): Great location. Comfortable facility. Pretty good value for payment - Very convenient location. Facilities-we were 6-3adults and 3 children and requested adjoining suites. They were accommodating and it worked out great Breakfast went downhill throughout our 6 day stay-things finished and weren’t replaced. Less variety. We had an unpleasant nicest at the end of our stay with they cleaning staff
- Gail (10/5): Mini Kitchen - Loved the suite complete with modern clean mini kitchen
- Erika (8/5): -
- Israel (10/5): OMNI WHO?!? - Breakfast is the best. Rooms are extremely clean and don’t have a lingering smell. Wonderful staff and location and furnishings. Best Hotel I’ve stayed in ever!
- Da Silva (10/5): -
- yvonnesF5310VP (8/5): Clean and Friendly - Great property. Newer. Clean. Friendly. Quiet. Convenient.
Thanks @Glendis.C
The location is a funky. It’s on the backside of the Galleria near some nice apartment buildings and office buildings. A block the other direction are lower-end retail strips.
- 180rubaq (6/5): Alright. - No parking for paying customers. AC unit very loud. Had to park by apartments and if you didn’t, you would need to park very far from the hotel.
- David (10/5): - Good place. Up to Residence Inn standards.
- Ebony (10/5): My most favorite property in our city for staycation! Home away from home! - This is our favorite staycation property. Always clean, staff is friendly and accommodating. Rooms are accommodating and perfect for any occasion home away from home. Always clean, rooms are accommodating, beds are so comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen! Pool area, workout facility. Breakfast available, option for free parking.
- Hoa (10/5): - Quiet
- Brandon (10/5): - Loved my stay there, would definitely stay here again. The pool is great, breakfast was good. The room was very comfortable and had everything I needed. Only two complaints: the fee for parking and the way the shower is configured. Water sprays all over the floor because half of the shower is open. But other than that, it was great!
- 586kjr (10/5): The Heart of the AC Lounge: Zion and Delaney Are Simply the Best - The AC Lounge is always a highlight of my visit, and that’s entirely because of Zion and Delaney. They’re absolutely incredible—welcoming, attentive, and full of personality. Zion somehow remembers my drink order every time, and her warm, genuine energy makes the whole space feel like home. Delaney is just as fantastic—always on point and radiating positivity. Together, they’re the heart of the lounge and truly elevate the entire experience. It’s not just a bar—it’s a place you look forward to coming back to because of them.
- A1991MCdianac (10/5): Great gateway - Glendis was very helpful and kind in the breakfast area.
Very clean. My room was also in in point
It’s my third time here and I’m definitely comming back again
Good service and the hotel is beautiful and calm . They have a pool
- melaurieiq (10/5): - Jonathan & Zion are the best!!! The most friendly and professional bartenders I’ve ever met! I recommend them to all my co-workers.
- Carla (10/5): - This property was walking distance to the galleria mall and only $15-30 dollar Ubers back to the hotel depending on the time of day/night.
- katinakp (10/5): COMFORT, QUIET AND QUAINT - We had a great stay. The bathroom door was off track. And the TV wouldn’t come on at first. But overall it was a great stay. Quiet, comfortable and everyone was very hospitable.
- Stephanie (10/5): - Clean, good location
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Overall, this is a good hotel. The breakfast in the morning is nice and the coffee is better than most hotels. It’s convenient to Target in case you forget something or need something. The shower in our room sprayed everywhere and we couldn’t really adjust the head. The deadbolt also did not lock. The staff was incredibly nice and welcoming which
- Nnena (10/5): - It was a pleasant stay
- Daniel (10/5): -
- chrismT6674BW (10/5): Housekeeping is amazing! - Irma and Ana R from Housekeeping are fantastic staff members. Very kind, helpful and goes out of their way to handle request. 5 Stars!
- Lipkins (5/5): Overall the staff was very nice loves that they had a pack and play for my baby etc! - I liked that it had a built in kitchen and it was very clean. I didn’t like that their water was cold when taking a shower. They have to fix that issue!
- Stephanie (10/5): - This was hands down the best Residence Inn I’ve ever stayed. It was clean, had upgraded amenities and the staff was absolutely wonderful! We will be staying there again on our next trip to Dallas.
- Lillian A (8/5): - Hotel was great, check in was the smoothest I’ve ever experienced. Only turn off was the pool surrounding area was dirty with garbage and smelled like cat urine (which could be out of their control)
