• YUKI (10/5): - ひとりでの宿泊でしたが、お部屋が広くてベットも大きく、バスタブも大きくて綺麗でとても快適でした。駅からも近く、周りに飲食店もたくさんで利便性もかなり高かったので、またリピートしたいです。 エレベーターホールに近い部屋だったので、話し声が少し響きましたが許容範囲内です。あと、たまたま1階の改装工事中で、最初入口がわからず焦りました。

• Liana (8/5): - The only issue with the location was that while it was close to the train station and walking distance to many great locations it is up a steap incline which is hard when you have luggage. The staff were not very attentive or friendly as the other places we stayed on our trip but as we were only there for 2 nights this isnt the biggest issue. Overall the rooms were big and very comfortable but you are paying for the area the hotel is located in.

One of the rooms had a strong odor and they switched us to a different room at our request without any issues. There were lots of eateries within walking distance to the hotel. Uber and subway were easily accessible from the hotel.

Even while you have the do not disturb sign on which I thought was very thoughtful. The do not disturb sign is digital, so you don't have to worry about the sign falling off the door.

• Noëlle (10/5): - The metro station was very close to the hotel, just two stops from Gangnam Station. The facilities and room felt brand new, and everything was spotless. I especially loved that there was a laundry room available for guests. The gym was well-equipped and easy to access. I highly recommend this hotel overall. However, if you're planning to visit the city center, be aware that it takes at least 40 minutes by metro.

We had a lot of trouble finding an ATM that accepted foreign cards so that we could top up our T-money cards - the staff tried to help us but were not really able to; we ended up stumbling upon one on our own, but it was a very stressful few hours. Would recommend, but make sure to get cash out at the airport!

Luxurious well beyond its star-rating would suggest, and exceptionally good value for the location, which is a conveniently short walk from an Airport Limousine bus stop and walkable from the Coex mall. Front desk staff were helpful and friendly. My only gripe: the toilet controls needed some English labels or better icons. For the flush buttons if nothing else.

We got the impression it would be an extremely small tight hotel (think NYC or Tokyo hotels) but the bathroom , living room area were spacious! I loved the bath tub in additon to the shower. The area was extremely convenient, less than 5mins to the subway and 1 stop away from gangnam station! This area would be considered far if you plan to go to hongdae, myeongdong and surrounding areas more, which we didnt plan to go. It also has a cafe right next to it which was super convenient, unfortunately the cafe staff and service were rude and off putting in my first occasion so I didn't go back. I would stay at this hotel again.

• Susan (7/5): Good valu when they have deals and great location by the subway. - Easy check in, lots of cafes nearby and food with a 7-11 beside the hotel and Coupang delivery is easy to receive. Subway is literally 2 minutes away and very convenient. Rooms vary the first one we had smelled of smoke and was a bit run down. This was supposed to be a no smoking room/floor. I am not sure they actually enforce no smoking. There was a drink guy near the check-in asking us where we were from and the staff did nothing about it. I am a female travelling with a teenage girl, and this made me feel uncomfortable and it was inappropriate at 10pm. I did not know if he was staying there and I did not want to get into the elevator if he was going up as one card activates the floors and anyone can push a floor after. My daughter felt scared when this happened.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Beautiful place to stay, not great for remote work - Loved the larger room style. Staff was attentive and always helpful- especially with navigating transportation to the airport. I strongly encourage folks to reach out ahead of time to ask the hotel the best way to get to and from the airport. I loved the bath tub design and the lighting was wonderful along with the long countertop. I just wish there had been a better setup to support remote work. When I requested a chair with a back, I was informed there aren't any. There were some signs of wear in the bathroom specifically with grout.

The room was spacious and clean, but minor points let down the overall experience: the mattress on the bed was very hard, the air conditioning caused running water sounds constantly at low but noticeable volume. I could not work out how to make the television work - turning it on left a vacant HDMI screen which I couldn't tune to a channel. Bathroom and shower were spacious and clean. The location was convenient, only a short distance from a Metro station and plenty of restaurants. The COEX conference venue was 15 minutes walk away. Staff delivered an iron to the room within minutes of request.

• Christopher (6/5): - I picked this hotel for its competitive pricing and ultimately liked its location and proximity to restaurants and attractions in the area as well as to the subway to attractions beyond. I would have appreciated more thorough room cleaning, however. While the bed was made everyday, I don't think the sheets were ever changed in the week I was there and the bathroom began to smell towards the end of my stay. Had cleanliness not been an issue, I would have given this hotel 4 stars (but still pointedly not 5) and my recommendation to those with budget in mind. I will unfortunately look to stay elsewhere (or budget more money for accommodations) next time I'm in Seoul.
• Monica (10/5): Good value for a pleasant stay. - Perfect location. Close to subway station and bus stop. Many restaurants serving local food around the vicinity. Comfortable and clean. Windows facing buildings, have to draw the curtains for privacy.
• Carlo Luis (10/5): - The rooms were of a decent size, well lit, and had ample outlets for plugging in various devices. The hotel itself houses a membership gym (hotel guests can also use the gym), and being such a gym, it is larger and better equipped than any hotel fitness centre I’ve used. The sauna was one amenity we didn’t get to try, and the rooftop deck is still not open.
• Hs (10/5): - It is located in front of a quiet apartment complex school, and you can take subway line 2 and Bundang line to anywhere in Seoul within 2 minutes. Also, there are many Korean food places within 2 minutes walk. This place is still the center of Gangnam, where the academic fever in Korea is the highest. However, the disappointing view from the room is that of the building next door, so you have to close the curtains. Reasonable price, friendly staff, and clean rooms. I will use it again next time.
• Jaylan (10/5): - Great hotel for first time travelers, line 2 subway close to hotel to get around South Korea. Try clean and friendly staff with a 7/11 next door as a cherry on top.

• AndreSIndrawan (6/5): Good hotel, Not central location and bad Reception staff - This hotel offers modern and clean accommodations for a comfortable stay. The rooms are well-maintained and clean. Guests can enjoy a pleasant and refreshed experience during their visit. However, it's important to note that the hotel's location may not be ideal for all travelers. Unlike in Gangnam seocho area which more central to shopping district and foods. The reception name Tom Kim isn't helpful when we asked for call maxi cab due to our luggages. He was only tried to call twice form application and he wouldnt do anymore. Actually he only did once and i insisted to call more. Unlikely other hotels that we stayed was very helpful to did the same case. Guests should feel valued and respected throughout their stay. Courteous interactions, genuine smiles, and a willingness to assist can significantly enhance the guest experience. Investing in staff training programs that emphasize interpersonal skills and service standards is essential..
• Alex (8/5): - Daytime staff were courteous. Near subway line 2 Seolleung station and lots of restaurants.

• Soo (7/5): Good - Overall very good Breakfast not as good as room condition
• Yenyen (10/5): Perfect stay! - They don’t have a grand entrance / lobby but the details in the room - it’s probably better than some of those 5 star rated hotels. They have a smart toilet bowl in the room with built in bidet and heated seat. Easy to squeeze shampoos, shower gels etc (I am not sure why is this still not practiced in all hotels). Easy to access WiFi and hotel location. Finally, I can sit and enjoy my skin care and make up routine in the room with a good decent mirror. A lot of time, this is usually neglected, not a must to have, but when I see this in a boutique hotel, then I’ll be wondering why not the star rated hotels. It’s always good to have a good sized wardrobe, and they have it as well. The staff’s English is good too. Friendly and efficient! It’d be good to have more hangers in the room.
