Except for the guys selling products by the elevator, very pushing and persistent, very annoying. Also the elevators take a very long time to reach the ground or your room level. Good room service, very accommodating. Decent food. Good housekeeping and laundry service. The TV only has about 30 channels to choose from, all of which are news channels and all in different languages. No streaming apps and cannot connect to mirror device.

The absolute worst part was discovering a cockroach in my room. At 1:30 in the morning I had to move rooms, completely ruining my night. After suffering through four nights, I checked out early and went to another hotel. The fact that this is advertised as a luxury property is a complete joke. I would never recommend Gevora Hotel to anyone — it was a nightmare from start to finish.

- Thilan (10/5): - Very nice hotel close to Dubai business areas and also the metro which was convenient. Has a nice view of the Burj Khalifa from some rooms. Staff were friendly and generally accommodating. Only negative point is that to go to the top level you have to have a reservation and minimum is $D100. We had 20 people staying at the hotel for a wedding and wanted to take some pictures up there but were not allowed. This was disappointing considering the amount of money we'd spent there already. Elevators during Fri-Sun are also quite busy so can take a while if you're above floor 41. Overall it's a nice hotel and I'd stay there again.

This hotel is a 5 minute walk from the Dubai Metro, which is extremely safe & affordable. Also there are always taxis & Careems/Ubers just outside the lobby.

I stayed in a regular room, it smelled, the valet crashed my car, and there’s only three elevators which the staff skip using the service elevators (they have two) and instead crowd the already crowded elevators with their cleaning equipment and tools.

Then the facts that almost each night I’ve had to ask for towels for my room. They cleaned the room and never left towels not once. And had to wait 3-4 hrs for the towels to be delivered to the room. The food is not good at all. The shisha is bad, worse I’ve ever had. But the views are great.

The microwave part hits me soo hard couldn’t warm my food up plus the kitchen can’t help you warm up your food, I have to get new hot food whenever am hungry wasted money. Love the place but the can do better, if the kitchen is not available to make food or warm up the your food, this got me and the friends stressed out. Over all I will rate the place 7.5/10

Bed was very comfortable theshower hot no face cloth though. No bigget though. Sadly my flight was delayed so I didnt get to them until 1.00am and had to leave by 6.30 th get back to airport. I would stay again but hope for a room hiher up.

Staffing was great from arriving to the hotel to all amenities it has to offer. All other bad reviews of the elevators and everything else did not have no relevance to my stat. Everything was fine and up to par. The pool has one of the best views in the whole Dubai in general. I have recommended this to friends and family. Will definitely stay here again. Transportation is walkable as the train station is about a 3 min walk. Close to the museum as well. Amazing experience

Air conditioning was on and off and vents were right on top of our faces. We had to sleep with the covers on our faces to prevent us from getting sick. We had the worst time here. Only two towels in the whole room. Hotel is in filthy conditions.

There was a lot of water leaking from under the sink in the bathroom, so the floor was always wet. There was also a really bad smell coming from the bathroom, kind of like sewage, and unfortunately, I even saw cockroaches in the shower. The management of guests and the overall environment was practically nonexistent. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this hotel, and I’m sure you can find a much better place to stay for the same price.

Windows are terribly dirty, could not enjoy the view because the windows were so dirty. I had a leak of water in my room. Bathroom was dirty, the room was not very clean. We had some random beds in the hallways.

- Dave (10/5): - Kashyap really helped me out alot. Was always happy and energertic. Makes your really feel welcome and taken care of. He deserves a raise or a promotion. Overall perfect rating for me the hotel and the staff.
- Marco (4/5): - Not happy, we pay a fair amount of money and you cannot go up to the restaurant to take pictures, the elevators take around 20 minutes to get down to the lobby.
- Hannah (2/5): - We booked the most expensive room for the Burj view but the windows were so dirty and when we talked to someone about it they said it only gets cleaned every 6 months. The floor tiles in the room were broken, water doesn’t stay in the tub when you shower. Elevator takes forever.

- sam (8/5): - Great sized room with great facilities. A little dated, and the exterior windows could use a clean to help with the "paid for" view. Otherwise the staff were great, helpfull and friendly. The facilities were great with pool and gym(despite some equipment out of order). Will definitely consider staying there again.

- Nedret (10/5): - Everything was great! The staff was professional and friendly, the hotel was clean and beautifully maintained. The pool area was lovely, with cozy sunbeds perfect for relaxing. Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious food. The only minor detail was the elevator wait time during peak hours—it could be a bit longer than expected. Other than that, everything was perfect! Highly recommended!

- Hong Phuc (8/5): - We love the location ( centrally located) and the beautiful view from our 71st floor. Also the rooftop swimming pool have the great view day and night too. The elevator was the only major issue( slow and small for the tallest hotel in Dubai. Other small things in the room can be improve like lower the bathtub or eliminate it, it’s too high and not safe to walk in and out. Not too much outlets, more closet space. Overall it was a great stayed for our 9 days trip in Dubai.

- Maksooda (10/5): - We loved our stay at this hotel, it was beautiful and would definitely stay again. The only thing was the lifts - maybe more needed for the capacity and size of the hotel - but I know that would be difficult. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay a memorable one.
