The staff, the location of the hotel, pool, the attention to every detail, the cleanliness, the family-like and peaceful atmosphere, the large garage, and the easy check-in even during late-night hours were all excellent. We would definitely like to come back. The breakfast was very delicious. The only suggestion I would have is to add more green vegetables, for example green lettuce. On one morning it was quite noisy – we could hear music from a neighboring room or possibly from upstairs. I'm not sure if it was because someone was playing the music very loudly or due to the walls, but it was noticeable only on that one day.

Также рядом с отелем находится автобусная остановка,что делает логистику очень удобной. Отдельно хочется сказать про спа-центр (бесплатный для гостей отеля): панорамный бассейн с подогревом, сауна, хаммам - именно то, что нужно после активного дня! Хорошие завтраки, внимательный персонал, чистые и просторные номера.

The pool steals the show and for the price compared to other hotels in ortisie this is - The heated jacuzzi pool overlooking beautiful city of ortisie with all the snow clas moutains is the highlight. Also the view from the room is nice. The hotel is clean and confortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and feel great. The only point of negative is you dont get dinner here nor are there much options to eat. As you are far away fron the city the last bus goes at 7 so that is the only drawback that there very limited options to eat for dinner and also in the breakfast and Linner buffets. Vegetarian options are also quite less.

- Suzanne (10/5): Wonderful stay in charming Ortisei - The property is run by a family, not a corporation, and you can feel the difference. They are always present, working alongside the staff to create the best experience for their guests. We enjoyed meeting all of them, especially their adorable toddler. The hotel is spotlessly clean, designed for calm, and we just really enjoyed it all; the lounge area in the early evening, the delicious meals, the spa and the super comfortable room with a gorgeous view, the covered garage for our car. Just perfect.

The buffet line in the evening was super delicious with plenty of interesting and tasty options. Also the apple strudel accompanied by cream was such a delicious surprise in one of the evenings! All the appreciation to the Chef!!! We enjoyed the pool on top along with saunas where you have a lovely view over the town of Ortisei and the valley. Definitely we would return! Beds in the standard room can be better.

Для лижників варто звернути на головну фішку готелю-це вечеря, яка включена в ціну також і вона починається в 16.00, а не як у всіх готелях після 19:00. І ти ситий після дня катання, а не думаєш де б це поїсти хоть щось. І страви дуже смачні+гарне обслуговування. Також 3 сауни в спа центрі і гарячий вуличний басейн - це щось. За інтерʼєр нічого не говорю навіть, все і так зрозуміло з фото.

The ambiance was cozy and inviting, and the room offered incredible views. The service was top-notch, and the food was both healthy and absolutely delicious. Plus, the spa was a fantastic addition that made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a truly memorable getaway!

It was such a nice gesture to offer an afternoon snack. We loved drinks of the day suggestions. We enjoyed honesty bar. I loved apples, oranges and nuts in SPA. It would be great to have them in honesty bar too. We had a great time! Thank you! I cannot find any fault. We had an excellent experience. I wish it could be more snow this winter.

The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The view from the hotel is simply stunning, and the food exceeded all expectations. One of the most delightful surprises was the rich and generous evening buffet – such a fun bonus! Breakfast was also excellent, with a wide variety of fresh, delicious pastries and high-quality options. One small area for improvement: The spa pool wasn’t warm enough, which made it difficult to enjoy after a long day of skiing. We were really hoping for hot water to help relax sore muscles.

- Sultan (10/5): جميل ويستحق التجربة وانصح فيه وبشدة - جميل ورائع واكرر السكن بنفس الفندق في حال رجعت لنفس القرية.. الاطلاله خيال التعامل جداً رائع.. الافطار جميل ومتنوع.. يفضل تاخذ الغرفة مطلة على القرية مع وجود شرفة .. في حال كانت اطلالة الغرفة على الشارع بيكون مزعج الوضع بسبب عدم وجود تكييف وتضطر لفتح النوافذ اثناء النوم عدم وجود تكييف عدم وجود خدمة حمل الحقائب تنبية: اذا جيت تسوي تشيك ان بعد الساعه 8 مساء لازم تعطيهم خبر لان دوام الاستقبال ينتهي ولا يوجد خدمة بعدها.

- Laura (9/5): The perfect stay! - Everything was perfect. Free bus pass given for the length of your stay. Food at breakfast and linnet was fantastic with amazing amount of choice. Wine was fairly priced. The staff were fantastic and couldn’t do enough for you. We had the most amazing time, thank you! Only thing we thought was that it would have been nice to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room to enjoy on the terrace on a slower morning.

- Mahdi (9/5): Will be back Soon - I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, close to all the main attractions, restaurants, and transportation. The room was clean and comfortable, making it a pleasant place to relax after a long day. What stood out the most was the excellent attitude of the entire hotel staff — always friendly, helpful, and professional. Their warm hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. - Georgiana (10/5): Absolutely wonderful experience! - The property is in a quiet area near Ortisei offering a spactacular view. The hotel is newly renovated and everything is up to 4* standards for such a property. We enjoyed the nice surprise that the linner buffet was included in our reservation, and also the availability of drinks after the bar closed(you can still have a drink even after 9-10 pm). The room was spacious, very well equiped and the view was stunning. The breakfast and linner buffet selection of food was diverse and very delicious. The personnel was happy to help, nice and attentive. We truly enjoyed our stay to the fullest. Just as feedback, i would suggest the hotel invest in some more qualitative pillows.

Le style, le confort, la propreté, l’accueil, la situation, les repas, le buffet de 16h à 19h équivalent à une 1/2 pension…. En rentrant de randonnée….. un bonus ! Un établissement neuf qui prend soin de ses clients, à taille humaine…. On y retourne avec plaisir en courant….!!!!!! Rien à critiquer….. ce fut une bonne expérience POSITIVE

- Tyler (10/5): Top tier hotel; I’d absolutely come back again. - Great place to unwind after a long day; featuring relaxing spa amenities and excellent food and drink. The doll theme makes a lot more sense when you learn about the woodworking history of Ortisei. The shuttle ends early, making access to town difficult unless you have a car. Not a deal breaker though if you plan to spend the evening at the hotel to take advantage of the wonderful amenities.

The design makes you feel like you are living in a cozy home yet with the comfort of a hotel. It feels like staying with family. Breakfast was fresh and delicious with a stunning view, and the ‘Night of Stars’ experience was truly magical. They also offer private parking, a separate entrance, and self check-in which is very convenient if you arrive late The only downside was that the ‘Night of Stars’ experience felt too short for the price. If it lasted around three hours instead of less, it would be perfect. And If you have to do activities the place is considering far away from many important place

- Oksana (10/5): - Superbe hôtel adult only, très propre, moderne et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Chaque détail est parfaitement pensé. L’accueil des hôtes est chaleureux, ils sont toujours disponibles en cas de besoin. Le personnel est également très agréable et professionnel. La chambre était d’une propreté irréprochable, joliment décorée, avec un balcon offrant une magnifique vue. Le wellness est sans aucun doute le plus grand atout de l’hôtel : piscine extérieure à débordement, deux saunas, transats confortables… Tout est réuni pour le calme et la détente. L’emplacement est idéal : un peu à l’écart du centre d’Ortisei, ce qui garantit la tranquillité, tout en étant très pratique d’accès en voiture ou en bus (un arrêt est situé juste en face). L’hôtel offre même un pass gratuit pour les transports en commun, ce qui nous a permis de laisser la voiture dans le garage couvert et de nous déplacer uniquement en bus pour rejoindre le centre et les téléphériques (Seceda, Alpe di Siusi). Le petit-déjeuner buffet est excellent, et nous avons eu la belle surprise de découvrir un linner buffet servi de 17h à 19h (sauf le mercredi), équivalant à une demi-pension. Nous avons donc dîné chaque soir à l’hôtel grâce à ce service, ce qui fut un vrai plus. Autre point fort : le garage couvert en sous-sol, gratuit, avec une place numérotée garantie pour toute la durée du séjour, sans réservation préalable. Très pratique ! Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel et il est très probable que nous y revenions en hiver.
- Sarabc97 (9/5): - El servicio muy amable y correcto, sobretodo el chico de recepción y la chica del buffet de mañanas. Las vistas del hotel son inmejorables y la habitación muy limpia y muy bonita. Hotel tranquilo y super recomendable para desconectar el Spa. El buffet que ofrecen de 4 a 7 está riquísimo. Que para la calidad que tiene la cama de cómoda, las almhoada no estan a la altura y al final vienes a descansar.

- Julie (10/5): Beautiful setting, lovely staff, delicious food, relaxing spa - The spa area is lovely, beautiful warm pool overlooking the valley. Really friendly and helpful team. Breakfast was one of the best we’d ever had, so much choice. The afternoon linner was also really good and handy on the odd day we didn’t want to go back out. Bus pass came in handy to get into town which doesn’t take long. It was all good- just note that there is no restaurant and although the village is an easy bus ride or drive away, the buses stop around 7 so you’ll have to taxi or drive. It’s uphill so it’s a bit of a walk otherwise
