Conforme informações dele o estabelecimento não era mais associado ao Hoteis.com, questionamos sobre o cancelamento e o reembolso da tarifa e ele informou que o Hoteis.com iria debitar. Porém até agora isso não aconteceu
Verified traveler (8/5): - Il posto è veramente tranquillo e carino, come carina è la struttura che si intona perfettamente al posto. Le camere sono arredate rusticamente, pulite ed hanno tutto ciò che serve per una breve vacanza. Il ristorante è ben tenuto ed arredato, il cibo, in buona parte fatto in casa, buono e curato, il vino è in linea con il cibo. Molto gentili ed ospitali i proprietari. Quindi, non posso che consigliare di andarci !
sauro (10/5): tranquillità e gentilezza nella Val di Merse - Posto ideale per rilassarsi e riposare. Vicinissimo alle Terme di Petriolo , a pochi chilometri da Siena e Grosseto; gestito dalla bella e numerosa famiglia di Barbara e Pasquale sempre gentili e cordiali.

Arie (8/5): Nice place to stay! - Kind of Agriturismo. an old farm house which was renovated by a new owner. rooms are comfort and big. there is a restaurant and a bar down stairs. the area is beautiful. the owner is very helpful and generous. would come beck.

Jacopo (6/5): - Arriviamo, ci dicono che le chiavi della stanza le ha portate via il precedente cliente, quindi le riceveremo più tardi. Comunichiamo che essendo lì per un matrimonio rientreremo tardi, ci rispondono che non c'è problema, loro sono sempre lì. Al nostro ritorno il cancello di entrata è chiuso, non c'è nessuno. Capiamo come entrare dopo 20 minuti e troviamo le chiavi appese alla porta... siamo rimasti basiti! Chiunque sarebbe potuto entrare in camera, rubare le nostre cose! L'hotel è carino ma il rispetto per il cliente è la prima cosa!

LIDIA (2/5): muy mala experiencia - Después de tener una reserva realizada y pagada, llegamos allí y dijeron que estaba todo lleno y nos mandaron a otro hotel, en el otro hotel hemos tenido que pagar y asi lo hicimos ya que era muy tarde para buscar otra cosa, esto mismo le ocurrio a otras personas.
