Nice kitchen with stove, refrigerator, some snacks and tea and coffee. I was surprised to find a washer too. I didn't need it but it's nice to know one is available. I wasn't able to save the link to Vikey so I had to go through the booking.com message link each time I needed to open the doors. Probably user error! But it wasn't that big of an issue.

• Gianluca (8/5): - Posizione ottima per la metropolitana, in 6 fermate sei a termini. Piazza San Pietro a due passi. Vicino alla struttura si possono trovare tutti i servizi. La nostra sistemazione era molto ampia e provvista di cucina privata con tutti gli elettrodomestici necessari, lavatrice, asse da stiro con ferro, macchina del caffè tostapane e alcuni prodotti per la colazione. Possibilità di lasciare i bagagli il giorno della partenza. Via centrale ma molto silenziosa di notte. Proprietario sempre disponibile per.consigli pratici.

• nogueira (9/5): - Idéalement placé, rue piétonne et pas bruyante le soir, tout a proximité pour passer de bonne soirée. A 3min du métro a pied pour rallier le centre historique facilement et a 5min a pied du Vatican ! Les adresses de restaurants fournis par notre hôte étaient excellents (je conseille surtout Dino e tony, tretoria typique mais essayer de réserver avant😉) Le Petit dej fournis le matin fait le job( café,lait,jus de fruit,yaourt , céréales, possibilité de se faire des tartines grillées,beurre confiture, Nutella, fruits...)juste petite remarque sur les croissants qui sont en sachet et non frais.. Notre chambre était équipé d'une porte vitrée (rayé alternant vitre clair et vitre avec film blanc) pour les toilettes ce qui ne permet pas d être à l'aise surtout quand on est deux dans la chambre.

Unica nota migliorabile a mio avviso è il servizio di colazione. Mi sarebbe piaciuto trovare prodotti non solo confezionati e in varietà maggiore. Lo spazio dedicato alla colazione è comunque molto curato e l'ambiente esterno delizioso!

The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you might need during your stay. There is also a water dispenser available, which is a great convenience. • ANNALISA (9/5): Ottimo e molto comodo - Posizione comodissima vicino alla metro e a S. Pietro, appartamento spazioso, tranquillo e confortevole. Non abbiamo conosciuto i gestori ma sono stati molto disponibili via chat. In generale consigliatissimo. La colazione forse era un po' scarsa e senza grande varietà, anche se abbiamo trovato comoda la modalità self service

Il proprietario è stato veramente ineccepibile ha subito risolto un problema che gli avevo fatto notare. Colazione in uno spazio dedicato con possibilità di varie scelte dolci. Senza nessun costo aggiuntivo abbiamo avuto check-in anticipato, ed al check out ci hanno permesso di lasciare i bagagli in struttura. Consigliatissimo Tutto perfetto

• Andreas (10/5): Super Aufenthalt in Rom - Ein tolles Apartment mit allem, was für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Rom nötig ist. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern und der automatische Einlass ins Gebäude und die Wohnung funktionieren perfekt. Ich werde Maison Vaticana in jedem Fall weiterempfehlen. Nichts negatives

W pokoju bardzo czysto, dobrze działająca klimatyzacja i wyposażony we wszystko co niezbędne. W kuchni dostępne podstawowe produkty na śniadanie oraz małe przekąski i kawa - to na duży plus. Właściciel bardzo miły i pomocny. Zdecydowanie polecamy!

Both shower and bathroom doors were horribly squeaky. Left out card for room to be serviced and it was not. Spoke to owner who apologised and said they would fix what they could but nothing came of ir.

Micul.dejun nu este inclus dar gazda pune la dispozitie ( inclus) cafea, ceai, suc, apa, paine, unt dulceata si se poate gati deoarece exista tot ce e nevoie. Menaj zilnic. Liniste peste noapte deoarece e curte interioara.
• Eunmi (10/5): - 옥타비아노 거리 중간에 위치하고 있어 바티칸 성 베드로 대성당도 가깝고 버스, 메트로 모두 이용하기 쉽습니다. 2024년 겨울과 이번까지 총 14박을 이곳에서 지냈고 또 다시 오게 되면 그 때도 또 오고 싶은 곳으로 모든 것이 좋았습니다 주방 사용도 편하고 난방, 화장실도 깨끗해요. 관리인과 호스트 모두 친절합니다. 없음
• Eunmi (10/5): - 바티칸 시국 성 베드로 대성당과 매우 가까워 희년 순례를 하러 매일 갈 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 토스트와 빵, 우유 및 쥬스 등 간단하지만 충분히 준비되어 있어 조식을 잘 이용했고, 매일 청소 및 정리가 이루어져 청결하고 편안하게 지낼 수 있어 좋습니다. 또한 문의할 때 마다 친절하고 빠른 응대가 좋습니다. 앞으로 바티칸 시국에 올 때 마다 이 곳에서 지내고 싶습니다. 숙소 1층 현관문을 열고 닫을 때 문이 무겁고 바닥에 문이 걸려서 다소 불편했습니다.
• GAIA FRANCESCA (8/5): Davvero buono - Arrivare in stanza e trovarla calda con il clima acceso, posizione ottima, servizi ottimi. Eravamo con la bambina e quindi con il passeggino e l’ascensore presente non arrivava al nostro pianerottolo e quindi abbiamo dovuto portare il passeggino su e giù.

• Bruno (10/5): Notre séjour à Maison Vaticana nous avons pu pleinement profiter de notre pèlerinage du Jubilé 2025 - La localisation est exceptionnelle, près Vatican et de la ligne de Métro A. Le calme et le silence de l’appartement Il faudrait peut-être un peu plus de précisions à propos de l’accès mais sinon tout était parfait
