Maria Grazia (7/5): - Palazzo Storico molto ben tenuto, nel centro storico di gravina. Le stanze hanno un arredamento un pò vecchiotto, ma dotate di tutti i comfort e sopratutto pulite. Ho apprezzato la posizione, la dimensione della stanza e la cordalità del proprietario. Avevo dimenticato in camera un paio di calze di mia figlia, e sono stata subito contattata e questo mi ha permesso di recuperale prima di partire. Altro fattore positivo è il self check in che ci ha permesso di organizzare al meglio l'orario di arrivo. Suggerirei di considerare le possibilità di offrire la colazione agli ospiti, oppure in alternativa un voucher per fare colazione nei bar adiacenti la struttura.

Peccato che non ci sia la possibilità di fare colazione e che non sia prevista una convenzione con uno dei bar della città come abbiamo visto in altre località lungo il cammino materano. La terrazza con piscina è purtroppo chiusa, anche se la piscina ovviamente non è funzionante in questa stagione, avremmo gradito poter sfruttare la terrazza per un momento di relax

Really nicely decorated and with good sound proofing for outside noises However the sound insulation was not so great internally. We experienced full conversation and crying child from next door room. Ear plugs essential !!!

Solene (3/5): Mauvaise expérience - On ne pouvait pas accéder à l’hôtel en voiture car il est situé dans le centre historique. Il s’agissait d’une boîte à clef. Nous n’avons vu personne. La chambre était toute petite alors que nous étions une famille de quatre personnes, les lits étaient côte côte dans la pièce. Il n’y avait pas de place pour mettre les valises. Pas de table ni de chaise. La clim fonctionnait mal bruyante et bloquée par le propriétaire. Il n’y avait pas de petit déjeuner alors que c’est un Bed & Breakfast, simplement distributeur d’eau fraîche et brioches dans l’entrée. L’eau froide dans la chambre, sortait chaude au robinet. Beaucoup de moustiques donc impossible de laisser la fenêtre ouverte.

nikolas (3/5): Non proprio come descritto... - La pulizia Parcheggio che non c'era ( 260metri a piedi),zona Ztl, acqua calda non presente dalle ore 24 fino alle 6 del mattino, la piscina non si presentava in buone condizioni avendo un alone di alghe evidente. Colazione non presente se non delle merendine confezionate, bustine di te e del caffè solubile nonostante prenotando tramite booking la colazione all'italiana risultava compresa.

La piscine sur le toit est un espace magique qui nous emmène à la rêverie… Il manque un petit déjeuner dans le jardin de la bâtisse!!!

PESSIMO. 3)Scaldabagno spento in remoto nella notte, acqua calda non disponibile e quindi docce FREDDE al mattino 4)Merendine a disposizione gratis, ma erano SCADUTE !

Purtroppo la colazione non è inclusa di questo periodo e non c'è il parcheggio in struttura (c'è parcheggio libero fuori dalla Ztl). PATRICK (10/5): Loin de la foule bruyante de Matera Gravina nous a enchanté par son calme, son authenticité et ses richesses. - La facilité de stationnement sur la place voisine grâce aux conseils de Giovanni et le prix très intéressant. La proximité avec Matera où tout est plus cher est intéressante si on veut une journée dans cette ville. Et la visite en français des grottes sous la ville de Gravina par Gravina Sotterranea vaut vraiment le coup. Nous avons été gêné par les occupants de la chambre voisine bruyants à cinq heures du matin sans doute pour un départ matinal. La très belle rénovation du bâtiment n’a malheureusement pas pu insonoriser correctement les chambres.
