- Alessandro (10/5): Da tornarci presto! - La posizione e' fantastica sia come affaccio che per comodita' dato che gli unici due ristoranti e bar sono proprio sotto l'appartamento oltretuto non creando alcun problema di rumore notturno dato che si svuotano abbastanza presto ma volendo chiudendo le finestre non si sente nulla in ogni caso essendoci doppi vetri. Paolo, molto simaptico, e' il vero plus dell'appartamento, dato che ci ha spiegato tutto su come muoverci e dato informazioni culturali sulle 5 terre meglio di un documentario, fornendoci anche i biglietti dei percorsi con sconto. Oltre a cio' aggiungo la comodita' di averci riservato un parcheggio a costo piu che ragionevole e la possibilita' di fare il bagno in spiaggia (di ciottoli) a pochi metri.

The windows also appear not to insulate very well, which caused the room temperature to drop below 20°C. Additionally, although we did not check the bathroom upon arrival, we later noticed that the toilet seat was damaged and there was visible rust on some of the sanitary fixtures. At the same time, we would like to mention that we appreciated your prompt action in replacing the towels, which were not clean at the beginning.

- Marc (10/5): Parfait ! - Emplacement exceptionnel à l'entrée du port de Riomaggiore, avec une vue sur la mer depuis la terrasse du salon, ainsi qu'une belle vue sur les hauteurs depuis la terrasse de la chambre. Logement très bien équipé, le propriétaire offre des jus, du café, du thé, des petits gâteaux toujours appréciés. Paolo est très aimable et nous a proposé de prendre la chambre dès le milieu de matinée car elle était prête. La chambre est très spacieuse avec un coin lit en duplex. Rien à redire !

À quelques minutes à pied de la gare, quelques marches mais ça se fait très bien, même avec des valises. Très bon contact avec Paolo. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le thé/infusions et petits gâteaux à disposition ainsi que la machine à café et la bouilloire. La porte du bas est un peu compliquée à ouvrir mais une fois qu'on a compris comment elle fonctionne, c'est ok. Quelques poils dans le bidet. Salle de bain un peu petite mais suffit amplement.

- VICTORIA (10/5): - Nous avons eu un très bel appartement donnant directement sur la marina avec une vue exceptionnelle sur la mer et les falaises de Riomaggiore. Le logement était spacieux, fonctionnel et très propre. Le double vitrage fait que nous étions au calme même en donnant sur la rue. L'accueil et la communication était très bien. Le logement se situe à 5 min de la gare et du centre ville avec quelques marches à monter et descendre, c'est faisable, même avec des valises. Je recommande vivement. Rien

This is one of the best rooms and views in all of Riomaggiore. STUNNING Room was clean, LOADED with fresh cold water, coffee, cookies, tea bags, a massive body wash and shampoo dispenser in the shower, lots of towels, a table and two sun beds out on the terrace, and fresh juices in the refrigerator. Paolo also gave me a brochure with a referral for a lical shiatsu massage. The therapist came to the room and gave me a great massage. She put me to sleep. I absolutely adored that room and the view. Big thank you to Paolo. Ive been in hospitality for the better part of 30 years and he was probably the best host Ive ever encountered. The ONLY hair that I can split is the internet. It was off and on. Not the strongest. No big deal for me!

- Thomas (9/5): Beautiful experience. Glad we stayed at Scorci di Mare. - Our room was right on the water. A truley beautiful location. You could hear the waves hitting the shoreline. An amazing location. We're in our '60's and my wife has a bad hip. A lot of steps to get to the room and then back to main level of Riom. Also, to get to the SScorci di Mare Office there were 67 steps straight up. Cool location, but if you have physical limitations, you need to be aware. We did take advantage of Scorci di Mare's luggage assistance. Roberto was on time and assisted us both ways. Made a huge difference.

Servizio parcheggio auto in box, una chicca. Ottime le informazioni ricevute. Altamente consigliato. Periodo magari non giustissimo perché fuori stagione, ma davvero pochi locali aperti. Studiare magari un modo per accompagnare i clienti al parcheggio il giorno del checkout perché la salita coi bagagli è faticosa.

- Nisveta (10/5): - We stayed in two units – a double room and a double apartment – and it honestly felt like something out of a postcard. The windows of both units face each other across what must be one of the most beautiful marinas in the world. We even have photos of what we believe are the coolest windows you can have anywhere. Our host Michele was exceptional from the very first moment. He welcomed us personally, helped us with parking (which is priceless in Riomaggiore), and walked us to the accommodation. We arrived in the early evening and continued our journey the next day, but Michele made sure we made the absolute most of our short stay. He gave us a perfectly thought-out plan that allowed us to experience the area fully in just one evening and one morning. Thanks to his recommendations, we had a fantastic dinner in a great restaurant, enjoyed excellent local wine, and managed to visit three out of the five Cinque Terre villages in a very short time. The next morning, we were able to leave our luggage safely at the office after check-out, which made exploring much easier before departure. The location of the accommodation is simply brilliant – central, atmospheric, and deeply authentic. The place itself was clean, well-maintained, and full of charm, perfectly in tune with the soul of Riomaggiore. What really stands out is the authenticity of the experience – this doesn’t feel like generic tourist accommodation, but like staying inside the real life of the village, with views and details you will remember long after you leave. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to truly feel Riomaggiore, even if only for a short stay.
