Desayuno tipo Buffet, la comida es deliciosa, la atención en el restaurante es buena. El hotel tiene buena ubicación, cerca al parque de los novios para comer si se quiere algo diferente a la comida de allí. Celebré mi cumpleaños allí y ese día el restaurante se destacó con la atención del personal. Ofrecen un recorrido a Playa Calderón incluido por el hospedaje allí. El gimnasio nada que ver, super pequeño, las máquinas dañadas, no pude entrenar. Mejoraría la atención en recepción y el recibimiento de los huéspedes.

Nadie nos ayudó con las maletas al hacer check in. La habitación es sumamente incómoda, tanto la ducha como el inodoro están enclaustrados, es totalmente claustrofóbico. Había suciedad en la habitación. La cantidad en el buffet de desayuno era buena, pero por desgracia, no así la calidad. Poca variedad de fruta, poca calidad en carnes frías y quesos, pan seco… Tuvimos que esperar bastante para conseguir una mesa en el desayuno.

- Maria Cecilia (10/5): Un gran hotel de nivel internacional con excelente ubicacion - La amplitud y equipamiento de la habitacion, la comodidad de las camas y el variadisimo y exquisito desayuno. Tambien la ubicacion, cerca del centro, para salir a caminar, cercania a plaza de los novios y el puerto para paseos en botes. La piscina si bien es grande y ubicada en 4to piso con servicio de bar y restaurant, le faltaba un toque de naturaleza , con mas vegetacion circundante. No la usamos.

Das Essen fanden wir leider nicht so toll, Chirrasco Steak war im vergleich zu anderen Steaks in Kolumbien keine gute Wahl im Hotelrestaurant. Jedoch war das personal sehr nett und hat es uns zurückerstattet.

Asi mismo tampoco recargan las botellas de agua a diario. El desayuno no tiene opciones claramente veganas, mas que la fruta.Algo básico como tener leches vegetales.

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist absolut in Ordnung und das Hotel bietet alles, was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die zentrale Lage mit vielen Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Zimmer sind sauber, die Betten bequem und das Personal freundlich. Zwar nichts Aussergewöhnliches oder Spektakuläres, aber für ein paar Tage eine gute Wahl, wenn man zentral und unkompliziert wohnen möchte.

El personal muy atento siempre No me gustó la comida, el primer día, bajamos al restaurante, pedimos un salmón que estaba bueno, pero el puré de acompañamiento estaba terrible, seco, boronoso, maluco. Mi hijo pidió un plato Mar y tierra, pésimo, poquito, la carne era un pedazo ahí, esperábamos un medallón de lomo y no, feito. Pedimos un trío de causas, que nada que ver, un puré seco, boronoso, con unos pedacitos de proteína, cero atractivos. Y además, carísimos los platos. Si la comida está rica, no duele pagar. Por otro lado, el desayuno muy regular también. Los panes duros, los huevos resecos, la piña estaba pasada, el agua de panela no sabía a nada. En fin, la calidad de los productos muy, pero muy regular. Volvería al hotel?, si, volvería, el hotel me encantó. Pero no comería allí.

- Martha (7/5): - Ubicación, instalaciones, atención del personal Reservé habitacion para 4 personas. No me gustaron los frasquitos pequeños que dejaban para shampu y acondicionador, no es suficiente para una persona mucho menos para 4, éramos 3 mujeres con pelo largo y abundante, aunque pedí en dos oportunidades dejar más cantidad no lo hicieron.
