• Hiroko (8/5): - 駅から近かった。大浴場が良かった。 「館内はスリッパで」と言われていたが、入浴施設のみを利用する人が土足で歩くエリアが混雑していて、どこまでがスリッパなのか分かりにくいし、他人が素足で歩くエリアをスリッパを脱いで歩かされることもあって本当に清潔なのか疑問に思った。 朝食バイキングに開始1時間(終了1時間以上前)に行ったが、食べ物が冷めていて、乾いている物も多かった。1650円という値段を考えると残念だった。

• Ryoichi (10/5): - 朝食と温泉施設が最高です。温泉施設は温泉旅館並みでありながら、部屋はビジネスホテル＝個室なのでとても利用しやすいと思います。入浴後は夜泣きそばも振舞ってもらえます。朝食会場も清潔で最上階で、景色が良いです。晴れていれば鳥海山の絶景も楽しめると思います。（当日は生憎雨・雪で・・・）
• 雪子 (YUKIKO) (8/5): 満足 - ベットの広さも セミダブルで 寝心地良かったです。 温泉♨️浴場には タオルが 自由に使えて 助かりました。 空いていて 貸切状態でした。 朝食も 景色の良い上の階で ゆっくり 美味しく頂きました😋 チェックアウトが11時なので 午前中も温泉♨️に入り ゆっくり出来ました。 特には 無いです。

• Makiko (5/5): クマも怖かったが、スタッフが無口。 - 温泉があること スタッフが誰も不親切。 何とか聞けば教えてくれるが、浴場のロッカーの使い方など、最初聞いた時にもっと親切に教えてくれれば、カギをもってきて開けてもらう必要はなかったのにと残念です。ロッカーの扱い方は、ホテルや店によってまちまちですから。お風呂のいき方、などもアナウンスがないので、私は以前に来て知っていたが、同僚はついに内風呂で済ませたようでした。そういえば説明って一度もなかった。

• Hana (10/5): とても良かった！ - とても清潔な館内で快適に過ごさせていただきました。スタッフの方たちは大変ご親切でした。 宿泊した夜は部屋で仕事に追われていて温泉は試せず、翌朝は早くに出発だったので朝食をいただけなかったのが残念です。次回は温泉にも入り、朝食も食べてみたいと思います。 なし。
• Hideki (5/5): 大変、残念。フロントの最初の対応（待たされたうえ、冷たい対応で）で、全てのスタッフをそのように見てしまう。 - 朝食が美味しかった フロントで受付にすごくまたされた。外人の支払いに手間取っていたが手空きのスタッフもいたがこちらを見ない。 領収書の発行のことを聞いたら、すごく冷たくブッキングドットコムでの支払いなのでうちは関係ない的なことを言われた。何回か宿泊しているがこんなことは初めてです。 笑顔は大事ですね。

• Daphne (10/5): Location, hot spring - This hotel is quite close to Yokote hotel, there’s a convenient store nearby about 3 mins walking. The hot spring is awesome, they even provide free noodles soup. The front desk staffs are friendly, I had a wonderful experience. Everything is perfect

• SHIN (6/5): - 駅近し、部屋広し、温泉良し、、、という事なし 館内にも飲食施設が充実しており宿泊者は割引が受けられるそうなのだけど、付近の高評価な日本料理屋でお任せで郷土料理をコースで用意してもらったところ、めちゃくちゃおいしくてしかもお手ごろ。非常に大満足な横手泊。。。 美味しいものを食べて口が超えたのか？前日の秋田駅前のホテルの朝食がものすごく豪華であったことが原因か、ちょっと朝食が、、、何一つ問題はないのだけど、もう少し地域らしい特色あるメニューがあったり「美味しい」って感激する看板商品があるとよかったのだけど、朝食のおいしさに感激した前夜のホテルと２百円ほどしか違わないのに「まぁ腹は膨れたしまずくはないからいいか。。。」っていうのが少しもったいない。

• Jin (10/5): Only wish we could stay longer! - Overall, it was nothing short of an amazing stay. The check in was swift, room was roomy with many nice amenities, the entire facility was spotless, and the hot spring with a great view was simply superb! They also have a variety of souvenir shops, 4 restaurants and one coffee shot which we enjoyed taking local foods. The hotel was very close to the station for an easy access. Wish we have a few more nights to enjoy. Nonetheless, this all happened by the serious effort from the entire staffs who take credit for our awesome stay. For a traveler carrying a large suitcase, the room was big enough lay it down and open. Despite the fact that the hotel was located right next to the train track, the room was very quiet and the firm bed was excellent to give us a good night sleep. Again, thank you very much once again for all staffs to make our stay as comfortable as it get. Nothing, Yes, it was simply nothing went wring in this hotel.

• Claudia (10/5): - Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Ofuro war sehr angenehm. In der Nähe gibt es viele Restaurants und der Bahnhof ist in 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Werde gerne wiederkommen.
