• Mario (9/5): - Ruhig gelegen an einem Fluss, direkt an einer wenig befahrenen Strasse. Sehr nettes Personal und das Essen war sehr lecker. Nicht weit von Karlsbad entfernt.

• Wilfried (8/5): Gute Wahl! - Wir fanden es sehr angenehm im Hotel Hubertus. Das Personal ist sehr nett und bemüht sich für einen schönen Aufenthalt. Wir kommen sicher noch einmal wieder! Zimmer an der Straße bei geöffneten Fenster zu bestimmten Zeiten etwas laut aber erträglich.

• Monika (10/5): - Byla jsem v hotelu Hubertus opět velmi spokojená. Ubytování bylo příjemné, čisté a pohodlné. Personál byl milý, ochotný a vstřícný, vždy s úsměvem a ochotou poradit či pomoci. Velkým plusem jsou masážní křesla, která byla naprosto skvělá – krásně uvolnila celé tělo a byla opravdovým relaxem. Celkově jsem si pobyt moc užila a ráda se sem znovu vrátím. Hotel mohu jen doporučit!

• Christiane (9/5): Wir kommen gerne wieder. - Wunderschöne und ruhige Lage im Wald und trotzdem nahe an der Stadt. Die kleine Spielecke für Kinder im Restaurant hat das Essen mit Kleinkind sehr entspannt gemacht.

• Zorn (10/5): - Sehr kleines feines Hotel mit Busanschluss nach Karlsbad. Sehr freundliches Personal. Gutes Frühstück. Auch Abendessen ist möglich. Sauber und modern eingerichtete kleine Zimmer.
• Sandy (7/5): Rund um gute Adresse - Die Suite war sehr schönnund großzügig. Das Hotel war sehr sauber. Die Preise sind sehr gut. Die Mitarbeiter waren nett aber hätten definitiv mehr auf Gäste eingehen (check in / check out). Hotel ist eigentlich gut gelegen. Schön am Waldrand aber die Straße direkt davor ist ziemlich laut. Ab 5 Uhr morgens musste das Fenster geschlossen werden.

• Christian (8/5): - Das Hotel hat Charme! Es befindet sich in einer ruhigen, naturumgebenen Lage nicht weit abseits von Karlsbad Zentrum (ca. 7 Minuten Autofahrt). Die Lage ist auch perfekt geeignet zum Wandern und Fahrrad fahren. Das Hotel kommt ohne grossen Schnick-Schnack aus (was ich persoenlich nicht brauche) und bietet somit zu einem lobenswerten Preis an, was ich sehr schaetze. Gratis Parken, Tolles Fruehstueck, angenehmes hauseigenes Restaurant und ueberagendes Personal! Werde hier jederzeit wieder einen Aufenthalt buchen.

• H. (9/5): - Všichni byli velmi milí a ochotní. Pokoj byl čistý,, snídaně fajn a doplňované. V přízemí je koutek, kde je k dispozici mikrovlnka, varná konvice, hrnky a prodejní automat s první pomocí ve formě pár sušenek, zubních kartáčků, nějakých limonád a podobně. Hotel evidentně po renovaci Design použitý při renovaci není zrovna můj šálek kávy, pokoj se mi zdál tmavý a i když zjevně nový nábytek, tak spolu s kobercem v čokoládové barvě působil trochu retro dojmem, ale to je jen osobní názor... sto lidí sto chutí. V době mého pobytu sněžilo, a příjezdové cesty nebyly nijak ošetřené ( odhrnuté/ posypané) takže vyjet autem ten kopeček na parkoviště nebylo úplně snadné. Židle v restauraci by si zasloužily nové sedáky. Trochu nedomyšlené rozvržení pokoje, když si pověsíte bundu na věšák v předsíni, tak nejdou zavřít dveře do pokoje.

• Eliška (10/5): Velmi spokojení - Rodinný apartmán byl opravdu krásně zařízený, moc příjemné postele, všude čisto a voňavo. Jediný malý nedostatek bylo topení, které začlo ráno klepat z neznámého důvodu. Beru ale pouze za takovou poznámku k vylepšení, určitě se rádi vrátíme. Byli jsme spokojeni

• Petra (10/5): Tolles Hotel in der Nähe von Karlsbad - Sehr schönes Zimmer mit Balkon. Die Lage ist perfekt für Ausflüge. Die Speisen im Restaurant sehr lecker - besonders die Gulasch Suppe
• Kateřina (10/5): Doporučuji - Krásné, moderní a čisté ubytování. Hotel v krásném prostředí uprostřed lesa a vedle řeky Ohře. Výborné a bohaté snídaně. Moc příjemný personál. Jen taková drobnost, ale trochu nám chyběla lednička na pokoji.

Отель расположен в потрясающем месте — очень удобно и при этом красиво. Персонал невероятно дружелюбный, внимательный и всегда готов помочь, благодаря чему чувствуешь себя по-настоящему желанным гостем. Отдельно хочется отметить еду: всё было очень вкусно, а завтрак — просто превосходный, с большим выбором и отличным качеством. Атмосфера в отеле уютная и тёплая, отдых получился максимально комфортным. С удовольствием вернёмся сюда снова и с радостью рекомендуем этот отель всем!

• Ingo (9/5): Gutes Hotel für ein verlängertes Wochenende in Familie auch mit Hund - Idyllisches Hotel in super Lage zur nahen Stadt Karlsbad. Wahrscheinlich außerhalb der Wintermonate noch besser geeignet als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen. Das Personal ist bemüht und freundlich. Parkmöglichkeiten für PKW sind vorhanden. Haustier ist willkommen und Restaurant von 11 bis 20 Uhr geöffnet.

There was a discrepancy regarding the number of people staying in the hotel, and the person at the front desk wasn’t too friendly. At the end everything was sorted and fine.

• Elena (10/5): Tolle Gegend und super Hotel - Dieses Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen, da es sehr gute Betreuung beziehungsweise Zimmer und sonstige Komfort vorhanden ist! Wer Natur verbunden ist, ist dieser Ort sehr ideal, weil es schöne Wanderwege gibt und die Luft bombastisch sauber ist! Wir haben dort paar wunderschöne Tage verlebt. Danke noch mal.🤗🤗🤗 Die Bedienung müsste noch mehr Unterstützung bekommen, da sie alles übernehmen, musste aber perfekt gehandhabt!
• zeger (1/5): vreselijke ervaring - We booked a stay at the hotel for December 31st with the intention of celebrating the New Year on-site. Our reservation included the evening package, featuring a buffet from 6 PM to 9 PM and a midnight toast. Unfortunately, the experience was a nightmare. There were approximately 35 people present in the common area. Approximimately 30 persons were members of the hotel owner’s family. Instead of being treated as paying guests, we were made to feel like intruders at 'their' private party, when we arrived at 20h downstairs. Their danceparty had already started, and the buffet was already in dark While we were trying to enjoy what was left of the buffet, they kept setting off firecrackers inside the dining hall close to our table. When we asked them to stop so we could at least eat in peace, they simply laughed at us. They even went to detonate more firecrackers. When we eventually retreated to our room at 8:40 PM, they mockingly shouted 'Tschüss!' after us. My partner was in tears once we were back in the room. We want to emphasize that the hotel staff is not to blame; it was the owner’s family who completely forgot the basics of hospitality. We felt bullied out of the room. Furthermore, we were genuinely concerned that our car would be damaged, as the family was setting off massive amounts of fireworks in the parking lot. Upon checkout, the staff gave us a bottle of wine as an apology. They are not at fault. We were driven away by the owner’s family itself. It was a night we wish to forget as quickly as possible."

• Ramona (8/5): Gut für einen Kurztrip nach Karlsbad - Nettes kleines ruhig gelegenes Hotel etwas außerhalb von Karlsbad . Karlsbad ist schnell zuerreichen. Es war alles sehr sauber und die Betten waren bequem. Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend. Das Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Frische Brötchen oder Hörnchen, keine Aufbackbrötchen wären schön gewesen. Die Bestuhlung im Frühsücksraum ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

• Pavel (3/5): - Při příchodu na recepci nikdo. Kuchařka o mě věděla a urgovala u obsluhy..Po 25 minutách čekání, přišla obsluha se slovy , že makro má přednost. Bez omluvy. Druhý den, příchod na snídani další překvapení. Stůl bez nádobí , žádné šálky na kávu nebo čaj , talíře také žádné. Opět čekání, které jsem nevydržel a šel na recepci , kde nikdo nebyl. Šálek jsem si tedy vzal sám z baru. V polovině moji snídaně , přišla stejná obsluha z předešlého dne se slovy " co si dovoluji brát šálek z baru ". Je to spíše o jedné jediné osobě, která nedělá svoji práci a dokáže zbytečně pokazit i zbytek pobytu. Pokoje byli ok , stejně tak čistota. Lokalita spíše dobrá na léto.
