• Mike (10/5): Excellent, stayed here before and booked already for September to go again - I go to the beach, but there is a good sized pool and toddlers pool on site for people wanting to stay. Plenty of chairs around the pool as well. The rooms have recently had new sofa/chairs/decor which is nice. Several local supermarkets for self catering (my option) plus lots of places to eat at Port Duquesa around the port or Marlows at the bottom of the estate. There is also a gym at the bottom of the estate for those wanting to work out while away, that do short term membership. Both the port and local beach are walkable, however the hill coming back up can be testing especially if after a day in the sun, so i always hire a car at Malaga to get around.

• Sanchez (10/5): Visita fuera de temporada y es un buen sitio para descansar - Lamentablemente fui por trabajo y no pude disfrutar ni de la zona, ni el hotel. La habitación, su cocina y la ubicacion esta muy bien.

Parkeerplaats auto in ondergrondse garage die met lift bereikbaar was vanuit appartement. Een groot en zonnig terras behorende bij het appartement. Veel ruimte. Appartement was ontzettend schoon en alles wat je nodig had was aanwezig. Wifi en Smart-TV voor kijken Netflix bijvoorbeeld. Goede bedden. Goede zonsverduistering van alle vertrekken plus airco aanwezig in slaapkamers en woonkamer. Vaak rioollucht te ruiken zowel op terras als in toiletruimten. Gehorig. Andere gasten goed te horen bij praten, lachen of stoelen schuiven. Meubilair wat verouderd (slechte zit van de zitbanken) en stoelen niet aangepast om schuifgeluiden te dempen (bijvoorbeeld dmv vilt). Beperkt aanbod voor bijvoorbeeld continentaal ontbijt.

• Raija45 (9/5): - Eine sehr ruhige Gegend, wo man sich richtig erholen kann. Die Hotelanlage hat einen gepflegten Garten und einen Pool. Das Hotel Personal ist sehr entgegenkommend und freundlich. Die Anlage liegt etwas abseits, Auto ungedingt notwendig, und hat im Hause ein kleines Lebensmittel Geschäft und Restaurant. Wir waren dort schon zweites Mal und zufrieden wie immer.

• Sandra (7/5): Estancia adecuada - Dispone de parking cerrado, cuyo acceso lo teníamos justo al lado del apartamento. La cama y almohadas eran muy cómodas. El apartamento es espacioso. Hay un termo muy pequeño y no llega para tener agua caliente para dos personas. No había secador y la decoración del apartamento es muy clásica. El apartahotel está en una zona residencial alejada de la playa y de lugares de restauración, hay que moverse en coche.

No es muy relevante pero eché en falta algún sobre o bote de gel en el baño. Hay que usar el coche para desplazarse a la playa y otros lugares.

• Francisco (8/5): Agradable, buena estancia. Ningún problema. - Las habitaciones espaciosas, el acceso al apartamento, cada bloque con entrada desde el parking muy fácil. Todo muy limpio. Aires acondicionados muy buenos. Algo escueto en decoración, ninguna balda en el baño o perchas. Un patio grande pero alguna sombrilla hubiera aumentado su uso. La colocación de los compresores de los aires acondicionados en el porche, daba muchísima calor.

• Jennifer (9/5): A good value for families! - It was a good small apartment for the week. The air conditioning worked well, the room was comfortable and met our needs. There was also free onsite parking in a garage. It would be nice to have had some basic items like more dish soap (we got a very tiny tiny container). A hair dryer would have also been REALLY nice - there was not one provided.

• Steven (7/5): - Beatriz at reception was very helpful, cheerful. She was a big plus for the Hotel. The girls at reception who replaced her the other days were not very happy nor helpful. In other words if all personnel were like Beatriz from reception the place would be much better than expected. Could need an update. The people at reception except for the very helpful and friendly Beatriz.
• Claire (3/5): - The apartment had plenty of space. The apartment was very tired and very sparse. No kettle and very few cups! It was also very cold. Really didn't feel worth the money.
• John (9/5): Great value for money. - The apartment was clean, everything worked satisfactorily including the heating on what were sometimes cold days, and it had almost everything we needed including a washing machine and dishwasher. There was plenty of storage space in the bedrooms and an extensive underground car park for our hire vehicle. The standard of accommodation was very good for the price. We would have preferred some initial soap in the bathrooms and clothes hooks in the entrance lobby and the bathrooms.
• Gary (10/5): - Beatrice & Rosa made us feel very welcome. They went out of their way to make our stay a wonderful experience. The apartment was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. It was very quiet and a good location to be able to visit Puerto de la Duquesa. The apartment was cleaned once during our stay which was a pleasant surprise. The apartment was excellent value for the money. We thoroughly recomment this apartment hotel which also has a mini market on site and we will be staying tgere again. • Tom (7/5): Goede uitvalsbasis om meerdere uitstappen te doen. - Personeel heel vriendelijk, ruim appartement met 3 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers. Parking heel gemakkelijk te bereiken van het appartement. We lagen wat hoger wat wel goed was toen we code rood wegens overstromingen kregen op onze gsm. Het vuurwerk was dan weer minder goed te zien omwille van de naastliggende gebouwen. De zee was toch wel even stappen van het appartement. Manilva zelf was nu niet bepaald mijn droombestemming (veel te toeristisch, weinig authenticiteit), maar het was wel goed om van daaruit meerdere uitstappen te doen (Ronda, Gibraltar, Tanger, Nerja). Zwembad is in renovatie. Dit was nu niet zo'n groot probleem, maar was wel aangenaam geweest om dit op voorhand te weten (wij zwemmen wel sporadisch in een niet verwarmd zwembad). Je voelde dat het appartement/gebouw in deze tijd van het jaar minder in gebruik was. Enige bron van verwarming is airco. Deze werkte op zich goed, maar is niet zo ecologisch en het duurde toch enige dagen voor de kilte weg was. Ook minder goed te verluchten omdat we dan de ramen open moesten zetten (in combinatie met airco). Te voet onduidelijk of moeilijk om het gebouw te verlaten (behalve dan via de parking).

• Kayleigh (3/5): Rented 5 appartments for the family to stay over new years. All paid upfront and before we arrived. Lady that did my che - Some appartments where spacious others not so much. thats as good as it gets for likes! Most of the appliances dont work. Dishwasher, microwave, oven.. aircon which was so essential during these months. The apartment kitchen is not equipped for purpose. Bed linen and towels were dirty, really old. Fridge smelled. In general, one of the worst appartments ive stayed in and will never be back.

Fuimos 27 personas en 4 apartamentos, pues en dos la limpieza estaba regular, y en uno de ellos la cama estaba meada y olía fatal. Tuvimos que hasta en tres ocasiones a recepción porque la chica no quería darnos otras sábanas nuevas… un show

• Brian (9/5): - The large room and big balcony were nice. Having a small grocery store on site was helpful. It may sound odd but I liked the bath tub. I have been traveling for 6 weeks and this was the first place I stayed at to have a bath tub. I also used the nearby bus stop to go to Gibraltar. The location was a little far from the beach and town area.

• Chris (8/5): - We liked the larger apartment we were moved into, large kitchen, nice and bright with lovely views over the mountains. Loved watching the wildlife, including watching Vultures gliding over the mountains. The pool area was well looked after, but the pool was cold. The majority of staff were really friendly and helpful. The apartment we were given originally was very dark and small, the kitchen struggled to accommodate two people at the same time. Staff were helpful and sorted us out on asking.

• Christian (8/5): Heerlijk, comfortabel verblijf met fijn zwembad en vriendelijk personeel - De ruimte in het appartement, de voorzieningen zoals twee badkamers, eigen parkeerplaats, zwembad en super vriendelijk personeel waren geweldig! Op zich niks, maar de ligging is natuurlijk wel iets verder van het strand etc. Maar zeker niet erg.
