• Christian (8/5): Zimmer überraschend gut ausgestattet - Freundlich eingerichtetes Zimmer, gut ausgestattetes Badezimmer. Lage gut. Frühstück okay, hätte gerne etwas reichhaltiger sein können, z.B. Brot oder andere Brötchen Varianten, von Außen und im Treppenhaus scheint das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen zu sein

• Yurii (9/5): - Очень понравилось местоположение отеля - среди сотен старинных фахверковых домов, в которых живут обычные семьи. Отель небольшой и тоже старинный, но номера оборудованны в современном стиле. Персонал дружественный. Завтрак хороший. Я бы рекомендовал заменить подушки на более плотные, поскольку те, что есть сейчас очень мягкие и не поддерживают голову.

• Schönfeld (8/5): Wir würden uns wieder für dieses Hotel entscheiden. - Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis beim Frühstück war für uns völlig in Ordnung. Wir waren nur eine Nacht im Hotel, weil mein Mann zu einer Weihnachtsfeier war.
• Ulrich (9/5): - Sehr schöne Lage , erwartet man so nicht. Netter Service , aufmerksam ,hilfsbereit. Für relativ wenig Geld ein klasse Frühstück. Unsere Zimmer ( DZ und EZ ) mit neuem Bad, schöne Zimmer. Sehr gute Unterkunft. Es war alles in Ordnung.

• Birgit (8/5): Schönes Hotel in einer tollen Umgebung - Die Zimmer waren sehr schön und groß, genauso wie das Badezimmer. Alles war sehr sauber. Alle im Hotel waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ziemlich hellhörig, wir konnten alles auf dem Flur hören. Uns fehlte ein Wasserkocher mit Tee/Kaffee im Zimmer. Da man eine Frühstückszeit „zugewiesen“ bekam, hätte man sich so zumindest schon einmal im Zimmer einen Kaffee oder Tee machen können. Sonst war alles super.

• Andrea (9/5): - Kleines Hotel, sehr ruhig (Kirchenuhr wird in der Nacht abgestellt). Mein Zimmer war im 2. Flur, es gab keinen Aufzug. Es wäre gut, wenn es die Möglichkeit gäbe, auf dem Zimmer Kaffee oder Tee zubereiten, da nur der Frühstücksraum morgens bedient wird. Eine Flasche Wasser auf dem Zimmer als kleine Aufmerksamkeit wäre auch gut.

• Sascha (8/5): - Tolles Hotel mitten in Westerholt. Schöne enge Gassen. Das Hotel ist gut erreichbar, der Empfang war sehr nett und freundlich. Das Zimmer war sauber und sehr geräumig. Betten waren sehr gut. Wir haben es auf unserer Liste für ein nächstes Mal.

• Francisco (10/5): Underestimated the place! - They gave us a small studio, everything was renovated, clean, the location is beautiful and not a busy street at all, so you can relax and have a good night sleep! The breakfast was also very good! Staff was very helpful and kind. Nothing to declare.
• Maria (10/5): Wonderful. - They were very accommodating. We were a bit late to breakfast and nonetheless cooked up some eggs and chatted with us to help with our plans. Delightful. No improvements necessary. They were most accommodating in every way, especially regarding the idiosyncracies of our visit which was to visit a deceased friend in the Wald Friedhof. It was an incredible experience overall. Wonderful.

• Urszula (10/5): Exceptional - I was amazed how lovely and comfortable place it is! Surroundings look great, there is a wonderful restaurant literally next door which I really recommend as well. Definitely will book back again if I've got the occasion. Wifi signal wasn't the greatest, had to use my mobile data which wasn't ideal cuz I've had to use the roaming.

• Matthias (7/5): nice small hotel in a scenic location - The location in the old "village" (Dorf) of Westerholt is really cute (check it out, it's really as picturesque as it look on the photos on the web). Guests should be aware that there is (for practical purposes) no car parking at the hotel. Guests may stop by and unload their cars but then need to move on and find parking in public spaces nearby (should not normally be a problem). I had a less than friendly neighbor telling me off in the middle of the night that I couldn't park my car where I had left it (and where it clearly wasn't in anyone's way). - The hotel is easily found on Google Maps etc., but Google Maps doesn't seem to understand the local system of narrow one-way streets. Be prepared to ask passers-by for the way. - There is a full continental breakfast, but some guests might appreciate a freshly cooked egg on top of what there is (and similar small hotels manage to offer this, even with limited staff coverage).

• Dietmar (8/5): Hübsches Hotel - Hübsches, kleines Hotel in wunderbarer Umgebung. Das historische Stadtviertel ist wirklich sehenswert. Sehr grosses Badezimmer, renoviertes Zimmer (leider mit Teppichboden.)

• Verified traveler (8/5): Solide und modern in altem Gemäuer - Im wahrscheinlich schönste Teil des nördlichen Ruhrgebietes liegt das Hotel, aber einig Schritte entfern vom Stammhaus, in dem sich das Restaurant befindet. Zimmer sind modern und frisch renoviert, das Bett wirklich sehr gut, das Bad ist eng, aber mit allem, was man braucht. Zur Verdunklung gibt es Vorhänge, die auch ausreichen Der Empfang war sehr freundlich, mir wurden die Koffer nach oben getragen, ich konnte das Zimmer wählen, alles in allem ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.
• Cristina (1/5): 5 sleepless nights - The tall receptionist who makes the check in and prepare the breakfast...very kind and so his mother working in the restaurant , which actually do not belong to the hotel. I liked nothing else. When as a hotel decide to allow pets then biological cleaning must be done each day. Everywhere!! Clients want to rest and not to smell dogs all over...Carpets at the entrance stink does as hotel personnel carry their dogs at work. They don't care how clients feel about this...We were 3 colleagues from same company accommodated in this bed and breakfast....all of us were unhappy...my colleagues placed a complaint in the booking system of my company....even my bath towel was sticking dogs!! I will stop here...Pity...it could have been quite a nice place since it's newly renovated with everything new inside. . The photo of the review shows the breakfast on my first morning...very disappointing...
