Good variety of options for breakfast But check-in in the central building with the specific traffic in the city took much longer then expected. Also I had to came back to the central building, cause front desk forgot to give me the key from a parking place and I had to go back and forth. I think they should have hired one front desk worker to stay at Art Deco walker, to not make inconveniences for your clients. As well, stuff isn't speaking English, only Czech and russian. Too many loud and impolite tourists from russia in the central building

Чудовий вид з балкончика, де дуже приємно посидіти з кавою (каво-машина та капсули є в кімнаті). Окреми додатковий туалет - гарний бонус для сімї з 4 людей. Скористалися також СПА в основному корпусі готелю (за додаткову плату), дуже чисто і доглянуто. Трохи були проблеми з пошуком ресепшн через односторонній рух та з паркуванням.

All those information are only provided after booking. Plus people with car have no way to park next to the building to drop off or pick the luggage.

• Thomas (9/5): - Wir waren mit 3 Personen unterwegs und waren mit der Größe der beiden Zimmer sehr zufrieden, Ausstattung war absolut ausreichend, Badezimmer ebenfalls sehr geräumig.Frühstücksbuffet war sehr umfangreich und es hat sehr gut geschmeckt.Personal war sehr hilfreich beim check in,auch sonst sehr nett. Es war alles sehr schön,bis auf die Parkplatzsituation,aber das scheint ein großes Problem im allgemeinen in der Kurzone in Karlovy Vary zu sein...am besten gar nicht erst mit dem PKW anreisen.
• Ursula (7/5): Die Dependance ist gut. Frühstück und Service im Haupthaus eher unterirdisch. - Das Art Deco Walker war zum Übernachten gut. Sehr geräumig und zentral gelegen. Alle Räume waren sauber und die Matratzen waren hart aber sehr gut. Wir konnten bestens schlafen. Im Astoria findet das Ein- und Auschecken statt. Die Begrüßung und die Informationen rund um die Begebenheiten lassen zu wünschen übrig. Man hatte den Eindruck man stört. Der Frühstücksraum und das Frühstück sind nicht einladend. Das Essen ist nicht zu empfehlen.

• Roman (10/5): Úžasné, moc jsme si to užili, vybavení pokoje, čistota, design, tady někdo přemýšlel. - Výborná snídaně, bylo z čeho vybírat, skvělý personál, výborná lokalita, vkusné a designové zařízení pokoje, hotel útulný, čistý, doporučuji. Personál vstřícný a ochotný. Teď si nic nevybavuji, co by se mi nelíbilo. Vyšli nám se vším vstříc.

Zimmer waren sehr komfortabel und geräumig Früh um 6 war das Reinigungsteam so laut auf den Gängen das man davon wach geworden ist. Beim Frühstück im Astoria hatte man sehr zu tun ein Tisch zu bekommen. Massagen buchen war unmöglich

Він чудово розташований у пішій доступності безліч ресторанів та джерела з термальною водою, усе буквально поруч. Я подорожувала автомобілем, і для мене заздалегідь було зарезервоване паркомісце всього за дві хвилини ходьби від готелю, що дуже зручно. Сам готель після ремонту усе виконта но зі смаком, стильно та затишно. У номері є все необхідне: кавомашина з капсулами, чай продумані навіть дрібниці. Сніданки проходять в іншому готелі, але я знала про це заздалегідь, і це зовсім не створило незручностей. Навпаки, це була чудова можливість прогулятися красивими вуличками цього чарівного міста. Із задоволенням повернуся знову. Такого немає

Some members of the staff were not helpful, perhaps due to poor language skills. The breakfast was quite good, but a larger choice would be preferable.

Im zimmer in dem das schlafsofa stand, war am ausgeklappten sofa ein metallteil abgebrochen, sodass es eine sehr scharfkantige eckke gab, an welcher sich meine kinder verletzt haben. Das personal verstand mich nicht, sodass nicht darauf eingegangen wurde.

• Lenka (10/5): - Vše perfektní, lokalita ubytování přímo u Vřídla byla bezvadná a rovněž snídaně (výběr super, personál moc milý). Vybavení pokoje krásné, vše čisté, káva na pokoji a oceňuji udržitelnost - ne vždy je potřeba úklid a čisté ručníky každý den.
• Aryn (7/5): Spectacular - The place is beautiful ,clean rooms, neatly organized. Friendly staff. Loved it and the view was spectacular the breakfast has many options which is good. Overall the workers are respectfully nice and the rooms are fantastically cleaned. There’s two hotels one somewhere else and the other one elsewhere. But all share the same reception. If you want to check in and you have luggage you have to drag your luggage all the way to the reception which is on the other hotel. It’s inconvenient. It would be better if they had another reception on the other hotel . Check in and check out has to be on the main hotel.

• Lydia (5/5): Enttäuschend - Zimmer war gut ausgestattet, ansprechend und sehr sauber, Lage war top, mitten im Zentrum Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr unfreundlich und genervt, keine Begrüßung, keine Verabschiedung, kein Bedanken. Da wir nicht im Haupthaus untergebracht waren, sondern im Nebenhaus ca. 400 m weiter, mussten wir unser Gepäck dorthin schleppen ohne Serviceunterstützung vom Hotel. Das Frühstück war vielseitig, aber qualitativ katastrophal, wir frühstückten am 2. Tag in einem Café. Das Badezimmer war kalt und das im Januar bei -10 Grad. Fernseher bot nur seichte Programme an. Fazit: Nie mehr!

• Julia (7/5): Bonito y cómodo, pero no para 4* - La ubicación es muy buena. El apartamento estaba muy limpio y era muy cómodo para una familia de 4. El edificio por dentro es muy bonito. Hay que andar 300m hasta el Astoria para el desayuno, ida y vuelta. No nos ha parecido que eso corresponda a un hotel 4 estrellas. Además, las recepcionistas no hablaban prácticamente inglés. El desayuno variado, pero la calidad de lo que tienen no nos ha parecido buena.

Уборка номера были разногласия,наверное языковой барьер,но когда меня спросили нужна ли уборка,я сказала да ,мы ушли гулять,пришли уборки небыло,в следующий раз тоже пришла горничная и начала меня спрашивать за каждую опцию отдельно,нужно ли пылесосить,менять постель,мыть пол,я так думаю,что если я не хочу уборку я вешаю табличку не беспокоить,в других случаях уборка должна быть полноценной,это единственный минус над которым можно было бы поработать на мое мнение.

• Meral (9/5): Autofeindliche Zone- So schwer sein Auto abzustellen trotz Parkplatz Reservierung - Wir hatten eine kleine Suite und 2 Zimmer Bad und WC. Man kommt aus der Tür und fällt ins Zentrum. Alles ist zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Auch das Spa mit Sauna ist ausreichend. Das größte Problem ist der Parkplatz da autofeindliche Zone. Auch das Erreichen des Hauphotels ist beim ersten Mal sehr schwierig gewesen. Das Schwimmbad ist klein hat aber Massagedüsen. Das Frühstück ist....typisch tschechisch. Wer Würstchen und Fleisch morgens mag ist gut bedient. Aber sonst eher zu wenig an Auswahl.

• Rusu (9/5): - The location is very good, it is in the city centre. The room was nice, clean. The breakfast varied and tasty. The staff was not very friendly. No parking place, it is very uncomfortable to reach the hotel. The rooms are situated in a different building than the main one where is the restaurant and the spa facilities.

• Natalia (10/5): Fantastisch,glücklich,zufrieden - Frühstück war fantastisch,(Brunch steal),deswegen haben wir das Hotel gewählt,das zweites Mal.Koch hat nach Wünsch sogar am nächsten Tag frische Buchteln mit Vanillesoße gezaubert. Lage war sogar besser als das zentrale Hotel. Ein minus ist das Parkplatz.Da gibt’s nur 3-4 Stück hinten dem Hotel.Man muss auf eine Straße parken und ein Stück laufen.Nichts für unsportliche Menschen 😀.
