Jan (9/5): - Hotel moc příjemný. Parkování je složité ale zejména během půlmaratonu pochopitelně vše obsazeno. Nakonec mi poradila recepce parkovat v ulici Na vyhlídce a vyšlo to. Hotel je čistě uklizeny, na pokoji velmi příjemná postel a k dispozici kávovar na kapsle. V druhém patře je k dispozici Tea room, který je fantastic bombastic. Wellness a Spa menší a velmi čisté, stojí za to si připlatit a mít to k dispozici. Procedury na hotelu jsem nevyužil. Snídaně super. Pozice přímo na kolonádě naprosto bomba. Ze snidarny jsme koukali na kolonadu. Celkově velmi dobré a doporučuji.

KWON (10/5): おすすめ出来ます。 - 立地も良く早めに着いたがスタッフが快くすぐに部屋に案内してくれた。特には無いが勝手に温泉があると思ってたら多分、温泉ではない。マッサージを受けようとしたらすぐに埋まってしまうので受けたい方はチェックインと同時に予約した方がいい。また、スパだが水着の貸し出しをしておらず近くのショッピングモールまで買いに行った。滑るのでサンダルも必要。

Christoph (4/5): Tolles Hotel mit versteckten Zusatzkosten - Traumhaft schön renoviertes Hotel mit schönen Zimmern und einem tollen Frühstücksbuffet und sehr freundlichem Servicepersonal und sehr sauberen und gepflegten Zimmern. Leider versucht man durch versteckte Zusatzkosten den Gewinn zu optimieren. 13€ für Nutzung des hausinternen Schwimmbads und Sauna lassen sich noch verkraften, aber für ein Haustier den halben Preis eines Einzelzimmers zu verlangen ist mehr als enttäuschend.

Rodica (1/5): Nu recomand,dezamăgire totală! - Locația Izolarea fonică lipsește, auzi pe cei de alături cum sforăie și/sau vorbesc, lavoar care curge, imposibil să-l folosești, am stat tot sejurul c-un prosop în jurul lui. Sunt 3 locuri (parcare pentru 30 minute) destinate pentru descărcare și încărcare a lucrurilor personale din mașină care nu au fost asigurate (erau mașini parcate de citeva ore) cît am încărcat lucrurile personale am fost terorizați de o lucrătoare acest timp , ne-am ales cu uși trinitate la mașină și înjurați .

Dalibor (9/5): Můžeme doporučit pro kratší i dlouhodobý pobyt, vše bylo naprosto v pořádku. - Poloha přímo v centru lázeňské části města, ochotný personál, čistota ve všech prostorách hotelu, velmi dobrá snídaně. Pokud přijedete autem, musíte počítat s tím, že parkovat budete cca 10-15 minut chůze od hotelu.

Наличие чайной зоны и возможность наслаждения различными сортами чая в уютной атмосфере. Неплохая спа-зона. Грубое отношение персонала на рецепции. Уборка в номере практически не проводилась, зачастую только в санузле только , при обращении к персоналу проявление агрессии. За время нахождения в отеле ни разу не поменяли постельное белье, полотенце и халаты.

Hartmut (3/5): Fazit - nicht empfehlenswert - Die Lage Der reservierte Parkplatz ist 500 Meter vom Hotel entfernt und es ist ein Kampf, überhaupt einen Stellplatz zu bekommen. Anreise mit einem SUV ist nicht empfehlenswert, zumindest nicht in diesem Parkhaus. Schon mit Mittelklassewagen sehr eng!!! Um den extrem kleinen Spa-Bereich zu nutzen, muss man die Kartonagenhülle von der Hotelkarte aufheben - wäre gut, wenn man darüber im Vorfeld informiert werden würde und dann nicht eine größere Diskussion, bei der man als ‚etwas blöd‘ dargestellt wird, an der Rezeption danach fragt, da die Damen am Spa-Eingang kein Deutsch und kein Englisch spricht. Frühstück war ebenfalls ein Tischkampf und es war sehr Lauf. Teller wird einem fast noch beim Essen unter der Nase weggenommen. Daher steht der Preis in keinem Verhältnis zur Leistung.

Dále bych také ocenila čajovnu, kde jsou každý den k dispozici čtyři různé čaje a něco malého na zub. Rozhodně jsem tam nebyla naposledy. Faktura vystavená v eurech - problém pro proplácení pracovní cesty. Po domluvě je alepsoň možné připsat na fakturu částku v Kč.

tiagodan777 (2/5): Probably the worst “4-star” hotel I’ve ever stayed in - Probably the worst “4-star” hotel I’ve ever stayed in This is, without exaggeration, one of the worst hotels I’ve experienced in my life. And by far the worst hotel that claims to be 4 stars. MAIN AND ABSOLUTELY UNFORGIVABLE ISSUES 1. No drinkable water. And complete indifference After several things had already gone wrong (details below), we returned to our room and found: - No water bottles - An empty minibar Already strange for a 4-star hotel. I went to reception (already frustrated). The conversation went roughly like this: Me: We don’t have water bottles in our room. Maybe someone forgot to put them? Receptionist: There is no water. Me: What do you mean? This is a 4-star hotel. Can we buy water somewhere? A vending machine? The restaurant? Receptionist: The restaurant is closed (this was before 10 p.m.). We have nowhere to sell water. Me: So there is no water at all? Receptionist: No. This is a spa hotel. Bye. Let that sink in: no drinkable water available anywhere in the hotel, and absolutely no concern for the guests. This alone is unacceptable. For a so-called 4-star hotel, it’s indefensible. 2. “Hotel & Medical Spa” - pure marketing fiction They advertise this place as a hotel & medical spa. The reality is laughable. The “spa” consists of: - One small pool, no different from any average hotel pool - One sauna that allegedly reaches 95°C (it doesn’t come anywhere close) - Two of the worst steam baths I’ve ever seen - Three tiny foot/leg pools (there were four - one is broken) There are no instructions, no explanations, no rules displayed anywhere. Just the name of each room. You’re expected to guess how everything works. 3. Rude staff and zero English in 2025 One of the rudest hotel staff members I’ve ever encountered. She does not speak a single word of English and makes no effort to communicate. She aggressively told us we could not use flip-flops, meaning: - Barefoot in the spa - Barefoot in pool and sauna areas Apparently, hygiene, fungus, or athlete’s foot are not concerns here. To use the sauna, you are required to wear a blanket/towel (whether naked or not) - but this is written nowhere. No signs. No explanation. You are expected to figure it out through basic hand gestures. Again: not one word of English, in 2025, in one of the most touristic cities in the Czech Republic. OTHER PROBLEMS - Very small rooms - Extremely hot rooms - One robe size for everyone (if it doesn’t fit you, too bad - just walk half naked through the hotel - Windows don’t always close well, so cold gets in (this is especially bad in the winter (which was our case) where temperatures at night can reach negative Celsius degrees) This hotel is not a 4-star hotel by any international standard. It’s poorly managed, poorly staffed, misleadingly advertised, and shows clear indifference toward basic guest needs. I strongly do not recommend staying here, especially if you expect: - Basic comfort - Drinkable water - Professional staff - Or an actual spa experience Avoid.

Mario (9/5): Ein gemütlicher Kurzurlaub. Gerne wieder. - Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, direkt gegenüber der Kolonade. Die Heilquellen sind somit fussläufig und schnell erreichbar. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut. Ausreichend und von der Auswahl her vielfältig.

Felipe (9/5): Comfortable stay, ideal for a weekend getaway - The location was perfect, just a short walk from restaurants and the city center. The room was clean, quiet, and had everything we needed. Comfortable bed, toiletries, and a cozy atmosphere. The spa was very well maintained with friendly staff, and the tea area in the 2do floor was flawless, offering plenty of tea options and a quiet space to relax or read a book. The breakfast buffet was great with plenty of options, although it got quite busy around 9:00 a.m. It took us about 10 minutes to find a table. Keep that in mind if you’re staying for a long weekend and plan to have a late breakfast!

Michal Smrz Snow (8/5): - Good hotel with tea cake room that works all day long with little library and sitting areas. Good breakfast and seems dinner was included as well which we did not realise until 2nd day. Great room over looking centre of town. Parking is a long way away because hotel has no parking onsite. Police hunt drivers who turn into the hotel from only street access there and fined me for not driving an extra 3 km all the way around town to be able to reach the hotel which no one would ever work out who has not been there. So got booked at front door of hotel as would almost anyone who try's to checkin by car which is quite rude. Staff were a bit unpleasant at times. The guy who helped me with luggage slammed our door in anger for not getting a tip after I got fined on arrival. Lady at breakfast said I could have 5 Tomato juices if I want and then brought me non. So they were a bit sarcastically crude people. Could have given the hotel a 9/10 if it was not for this.

Natalya (10/5): - Great location. Very convenient to the colonnade. Clean comfortable hotel, larger than it looks from the outside. Very good breakfast buffet with a variety of food. Hotel offers little extras like herbal teas, coffee and infused water available in the comfortable lounge, which makes the stay more enjoyable. Nice spa with several saunas, steam rooms relaxation areas. The hotel staff is very accommodating. My room window was facing the roof of the spa which made the room noisy because of the noise from the ventilation and recirculation system.

Dmytro (6/5): Overall OK, but I'd search for better value/money options next time. - Good location, right in the centre. Good wellness facilities and breakfast. The hotel had seen better days. It feels like there is no investment in the furniture and general feeling that hotel is saving on everything. I didn't even have a bottle of water on the arrival in the room. Very bad sound isolation between other rooms and hallway.
