Communication with the host was quick and very friendly, and the check-in and check-out instructions were clear and easy to follow. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Florence. Thank you for your hospital
- Argeo (8/5): Bonito apartamento para un grupo de hasta 6 personas - El departamento es bonito, solo que en nuestro caso éramos 8 adultos y fue complicado acomodarnos bien, pero lo conseguimos. El departamento es cómodo y tiene todo lo necesario para pasar algunos días en Florencia, pero lo veo adecuado para un máximo de 6 personas. Hay dos baños bonitos amplios y limpios. El ambiente del departamento es agradable, con diversas pinturas en las paredes. Cercano al Palazzo Pitti. El sofa cama de la sala es incómodo hasta para sentarse, mucho más para dormir, tuvimos que poner la colchoneta en el suelo. Otra de las camas tuvo el inconveniente de que se caían las tiras de madera que soportan al colchón. El papel higiénico fue insuficiente. Un poco alejado del centro.
- ANA (1/5): Estancia muy lejos de lo esperado: falta de mantenimiento, cuidado y transparencia del propietario. - Buena ubicación. La persona que nos entregó las llaves fue amable, con buena comunicación. Cogimos el apartamento para 8 adultos, pero es para 6 solamente. El sofá cama del salón estaba claramente en mal estado, hundido hacia el centro, con una colchoneta de 8 cm. Dormir allí fue un martirio para la pareja. Con el sofá abierto, apenas hay espacio para pasar y únicamente tiene la mesa y sillas del comedor para dejar el equipaje. En uno de los dormitorios cedieron de golpe 3 lamas de un somier a mitad de noche, con el consiguiente golpe de la persona que dormía ahí. En teoría lo arreglaron pero se limitaron a meterlas y como estaban cedidas, se volvieron a salir la 2ª noche. El mobiliario, claramente no estaba en condiciones adecuadas. Se utilizó la lavadora con ropa blanca y esta quedó toda estropeada, con manchas negras. Cocina muy poco equipada: no hay microondas, cafetera italiana de 4 tazas solamente, menaje escaso e insuficiente para 8 personas....Dice que proporcionan productos de limpieza y aseo, pero es algo totalmente exiguo. Es un tercer piso sin ascensor, de lo que éramos conocedores, pero las escaleras son empinadísimas, de un solo tramo entre cada piso y muy estrechas. Un riesgo evidente para subir y bajar equipajes. En conjunto, la estancia nos decepcionó profundamente. Nada que ver con las fotografías que proporciona el propietario.

- Markos (8/5): Natale a Firenze. - Appartamento in centro vicinissimo a tutto! Riscaldamento autonomo, appartamento molto caldo e acqua calda. L'appartamento si trova al terzo piano, senza ascensore e con molte scale corte e ripide. Inoltre, sarebbe bello avere una bottiglia d'acqua in frigo. Il divano è sbilenco al centro, quindi non è molto comodo.

Good location. Many attractions are within walking distance. The only problem is the staircase in the entrance. It’s difficult for elderly people, those with small children, or anyone carrying heavy luggage to climb.

- Verified traveler (8/5): If you want a workout, stay here. - The host met us at the apt and made sure we knew how to open the doors and operate the air conditioners, etc. The unit was traditional but clean. However the 4 story walk up was difficult with our luggage. TV and WIFI all worked fine.

Cucina ben attrezzata (in dispensa però presente solo saliera e aceto) e funzionale. Posizione ottima. Zona silenziosa e piacevole. - Scale condominiali strette e ripide (per noi ok, ma inadatto bimbi piccoli o persone con difficoltà motorie). All'arrivo appartamento ancora freddo e caldaia da verificare per una perdità d'acqua (nella stagione fredda sarebbe meglio accendere la caldaia con maggiore anticipo).
