• Ross (10/5): - Great location a block from the Christmas Market and about 10 minutes walk from other prime spots like the Ponte Vecchio, Duomo, and Palazzo Vecchio. It was quiet at night which was great for our four children. The bigger kids loved sleeping in the loft area and we put the littlest one in the separate bedroom for extra sleep. Having two full bathrooms (one with a shower, one with a tub) gave us extra flexibility. Full kitchen, towels, soap, and shampoo provided. Easy check in and out. Heat worked great to keep the place toasty warm despite the cold outside temps. Bedding was higher quality than most similar places we have stayed.
• Charlotte (7/5): Great location, not too expensive apartment. - Mirko met us at the apartment. He communicated well with us in the morning prior to our arrival. They allowed us to check in early with short notice, this was very helpful. We liked having two toilets and bathroom spaces, and the apartment was quite spacious for a family of three. The location is excellent for walking to all of the main attractions and there is a wonderful restaurant only a couple of minutes walk away. Don’t be put off buy the external appearance, it was similar to a lot of the little streets. One toilet runs with water after you flush it, you can stop it but it needs to be fixed. The drains in the bathroom sinks need to be cleaned, the water drains very slowly.

• Fortunato (8/5): Soggiorno a Firenze - L’appartamento è molto pulito e si trova in una posizione centralissima, perfetta per visitare la città a piedi. Bellissimo il patio con rubinetto esterno, proprio come si vede nelle foto: un dettaglio comodo e piacevole. Anche se non li abbiamo utilizzati, l’alloggio è ben attrezzato con tostapane, forno, piani cottura a induzione e un frigo grande combinato. Nel complesso, uno spazio curato e ideale per 4 persone con 2 bagni. I due posti letto aggiuntivi si trovano su un soppalco sopra la camera matrimoniale, con soffitto basso (circa 1,40 m), quindi un po’ scomodi per dormire, soprattutto per adulti. Inoltre, essendo un appartamento singolo, non è possibile lasciare i bagagli dopo le 10 del giorno di partenza.

• MARTA (9/5): La bella Florencia - El apartamento está muy bien situado al lado de Ssnts Croce, es una planta baja bien cuidada con dos habitaciones y dos baños y una guardilla con dos camas si vas con niños, en ls zona puedes encontrar restaurantes y el centro de Florencis donde se encuentra la Catedral está a 15 minutos. Creo que el alojamiento había estsdi cerrado fursnte un tiempo, aunque estsba limpio aparecieron varias cucarachas en el baño y el salón.
• Susan (1/5): The only positive was the location. - Excellent location near the Santa Croce Cathedral, and plenty of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The apartment was too cramped for a family of 5 or even 4. The 2nd bedroom is a tiny space with 2 beds squeezed against a wall in a very narrow space. The loft space is tiny and very stuffy in summer. The air conditioning units did not function properly. The Kitchen did not have basic amenities like a kettle, which was addressed quickly by the property manager. The washing machine did not work, and was communicated to us prior to our stay. If you are looking for a comfortable stay for more than 2 people, I would not recommend this apartment.

• Kirsten (9/5): Superb - Outside area and washing machine bonus. Reasonably spacious for 4 people. Kitchen great set up for family. Everything was pretty sweet and easy to access Florence hot spots. Lots of high level dust, that needs cleaning, along with spider webs. 2 single beds were rather narrow. Top area very low ceiling and stairs ridiculously scary and squeaky. Only good for sleeping. Bathrooms are very tight, but extremely functional too. More info on how to do rubbish and heating would be appreciated - like a welcome book

• Elizabeth (10/5): we would absolutely stay here again. Florence is magnificent and this was a wonderful property. - breakfast wasn't included, but the property is near many cute little cafes. It was quiet and clean and perfect for our family to spread out a little and have some private space. And the outdoor patio seating area was a great bonus! We couldn't find the drain plug to take a bath in the beautiful bathtub, but that wasn't a big deal. But, the hot water was plentiful for five of us to take leisurely showers.

• Katie (10/5): Excellent location. Loved it! - The location was amazing. You can see Santa Croce Cathederal from the front door. It’s only a short walk from most of the historic sights. Check in and check out we’re easy. We’d definitely come back here.

• Ana Maria (8/5): Estratégico y bien acondicionando - Ha sido una estancia de solo una noche, familia de 5 adultos y una niña de 15. Se trata de una casita antigua remodelada y que incluye un pequeño patio muy acogedor. Todo funcionaba bien, la ropa de cama estaba impecable. La ubicación estratégica del establecimiento es perfecta para recorrer caminando los elementos importantes de la ciudad. Muy recomendable. El único pero ha sido la comunicación con el administrador, ya que nos tuvo esperando tiempo en la calle antes de poder entrar, dentro del horario establecido.
