- Silke (8/5): Gute Übernachtungsmöglichkeit außerhalb - Klein und gemütlich mit leckerem Frühstück , sehr nettes Personal 😊 Leider war mir die Matratze zu hart und das Zimmer nur oberflächlich sauber. In unserem Zimmer gab es Holzbalken auf denen sichtbar dicker Staub lag.

- Denise 1934 (6/5): Faltou estrutura e atenção ao cliente - Hotel reformado e confortável com as comodidades ok Nossa chave para acessar o hotel e o quarto ficou inativa e chegamos à noite e não conseguimos entrar nem mesmo com o codigo que nos deram ao chegarmos pela manhã. Por sorte depois de 20 mins tentando contato com alguém do hotel no portão( só dava cx postal)chegou um casal,o que nos permitiu entrar mas não acessar nosso quarto. Na recepção tinha um número de tel para emergência e só aí indicaram onde estava a chave "mestra"que abria qq quarto. De manhã no check-out reclamei da situação e nem um pedido de desculpas sequer recebemos. É um problema da tecnologia disse a recepcionista de forma bem grosseira. E me perguntou pela chave de emergência!Ela nem mesmo se deu ao trabalho de verificar que havíamos devolvido assim que entramos em nosso quarto. Se não fossem outros hospedes chegarem ficariamos fora do hotel ! Fica o aviso para quem chegar fora do horário da recepção que não é 24 hs. Desorganização e grosseria foi o que tivemos em nossa estadia.

- Westcott (8/5): - Location. Unexpectedly peaceful as we had shortly passed under a huge concrete road bridge before reaching the property - that was quiet with views down a valley. Apart from comment below we might have given an even more positive review. 0 Arrived to find no way of entering property grounds with no response to bell push. Entered through hedge to find 2 cleaners who eventually contacted someone who provided a 'pin' number that allowed an external lock-box to be opened that contained key etc. I checked my emails but did not find any information provided about this entry procedure. Room was very pleasant but did not see any staff untill we were leaving the next day!

- Philip (10/5): Clean, well-located hotel with excellent post "sidreria experience" breakfast and perfect hostess. - Conveniently located rural location just 20 minutes walk from the centre of Astigarraga. Spotlessly clean, warm, comfortable bedrooms with character. Generous breakfast with fresh organic produce. Olatz, the multi-lingual hostess, was friendly, efficient and very accommodating before and during my stay. I recommend Sagarlore without hesitation to individuals and groups alike. There was nothing to dislike.

- vincent (3/5): Je ne reviendrai pas dans cet établissement - Le déjeuner m’a été facturé environ 26 euros, plutot que 14,5, parce que j’ai mangé le quart de jambon Serrano qui etai sur ma table, offert, mais appartenait à quelqu’un qui ne m’accompagnait pas. Quelle pingrerie ! La chambre était jolie et propre, confortable et donc appréciée. Cela précise, l’isolation de la lumière et sonore n’est de lin pas optimale. Compte tenu de la remarque precedente, c’était calme Le ton agressif de la réceptionniste, à la limite de l’agressivité et du manque de politesse

Está cerca y bien comunicado con San Sebastián, pero tiene todo lo positivo de una zona un poco retirada y silenciosa para descansar. Las habitaciones y el alojamiento están decorados de una forma confortable y con mucho gusto. Muy recomendable.

A mi amiga y a mí nos hicieron una sorpresa muy bonita: decoraron la cama con un corazón hecho de pétalos de rosa rosados y nos dejaron bombones de chocolate. Fue un detalle muy tierno y agradable. La chica de recepción nos explicó todo con mucha paciencia y amabilidad, incluso se quedó después de su horario de trabajo para esperarnos y asegurarse de que todo estuviera bien. La habitación es acogedora y muy cálida. Aun así, la estancia fue muy agradable. En verano, sin duda, el entorno debe de ser especialmente bonito y acogedor. El único inconveniente es que el baño no está completamente separado de la habitación, solo por una mampara

Que se escucha lo de las otras habitaciones, deberían tratar de insonorizar. Me tocó la segunda planta muy bonito pero las columnas sobre la cama muy llenas de polvo y telaraña.

- Greg (8/5): Enjoyable stay with great service - Friendly and helpful staff who made the stay easy from start to finish. The facilities were well maintained and pleasant to use, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet. Peaceful surroundings, very easily connected to Donostia by car. Overall an enjoyable stay. We had to change rooms in the beginning due to the first one smelling from the drains of the bathroom, but the staff changes us quickly without any issues.
