Because of this we had to change apartments on the 2nd day, but the host apologized, altough it was not her fault, she was very nice and helpful.

Die Gastgeberin stand uns jederzeit zur Verfügung. Zur Seilbahn sind wir mit dem Auto gefahren, da wir kleine Kinder dabei hatten, daher kann ich nicht genau sagen, wie lange man zu Fuß mit Skiausrüstung braucht – ich schätze jedoch nur wenige Minuten. Alles war gut.

- Hani (1/5): - כלום! טעות בבחירה. אחרי עשרות דירות שהזמנתי בחיי מבוקינג נפלנו ובגדול. דירה חנוקה ורותחת!! זה עלית גג לוהטת ללא חלונות רק כמה חלונות גג לא אפקטיביות. גם שבחוץ היה נעים בדירה היה גיהנום. המטבח קטן ולא נח. ובעל הבית שצעק עלינו בצורה לא הגיונית על כל רעש קטן.. בנוסף להכל אין נוף בדירה מה שרואים מהמרפסת הקטנה זה עוד חצרות אחוריים של בתים. מאכזב מאוד. עזבנו יום אחד קודם בגלל הסבל ולא קיבלנו החזר כספי.

Die Wohnung war für unsere Familie (zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder) einfach perfekt – gemütlich, sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt. Der Verwalter war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wenn wir den Gletscher wieder besuchen, werden wir garantiert wieder hier übernachten!

Andrea was incredibly kind and even upgraded us to a larger room than we originally booked — and it was probably the best one! Everything was perfect, and we truly enjoyed our time here. We will definitely come back! One of our three mobiles couldn't connect to the Wi-Fi, but it wasn’t a big issue for us

Rummelig lejlighed og meget stille (det skal siges at ikke alle værelser var booket). Nu var vejret ikke det bedste da vi var der, så det var nemt at køle værelserne ned om aftenen. Men i varmere vejr er aircondition nok nødvendigt, hvilket er eneste mangel.

Personál byl velmi příjemný a ochotný, se vším nám pomohli, poradili, kde všude můžeme vyrazit na výlety apod. Určitě se rádi vrátíme 😊

- DanielaOlar (10/5): - The apartament is spacious, it is fully equipped. We had a 4 month baby with us and they provided a nice crib for the baby. Close to all the restaurants but also quiet. The walk to the Planai gondola is not too long (at least wearing snowboard boots, maybe for skiers is a bit harder to do ito fully equipped).
