Guest Reviews
- Kilty (1/5): - Nothing we turned up and there was no rooms and haven't had a refund Everything how its been handled still waiting on refund
- Neil (8/5): Very good -
- Nick (5/5): Passable - Was told that there was limited availability due to a council "event" - this turned out to be housing homeless. It was not a problem and did not detract from my stay.
I have sayed over the past three years, some aspects are ready for a spruce up
The staff are really freindly and are doing their best
- Darren (8/5): Very good -
- Catalin (5/5): Passable - Position Poor condition and cold
- Stephen (1/5): Shambles - Nothing The room was diabolical.. Holes in doors, no hot water, kettle would not fit under tap - had to use cup to fill it, no towels provided, no one on reception and socks on the smoke detector - this is a health & safety concern, other guests were smoking weed.
This room does not reflect the photos on the website!!!!
- Yutong (8/5): Very good -
- Naomi (4/5): Basic - Location good Didn't get sent access codes, when I called for them I was kept waiting for 45 minutes outside the property, making it 1 HR 45 minutes late into the property. Finally got the message with the codes saying when I found check in at 7pm, 5 hours late!!
Hotel was basic, breakfast option would be good
- Nathan (1/5): Will the bugs eat me in my sleep? - Nothing Dirty
- Simon (10/5): Exceptional -
- Natasha (1/5): Disgusting! - I’m fuming, the staff weren’t very welcoming and when we turned our pillow over we found blood stains on it, we were that disgusted we left. I want a refund!
- Beckie (3/5): Not bad for basic - Security pad in and out!
Clean downstairs The fact that it was more like a hostel then anything
I did have to mention to staff that the room wasn’t ready for me for when I checked in but they soon apologised and did this.
- Stephen (5/5): Passable - Good location car park opposite, security door excellent. Seemed to be guests smoking outside the front entrance quite regularly.

- Robert (1/5): Worst Hotel you could ever stay in... - Nothing, absolutely dirty was very unhappy when I seen the room Worst Hotel I've stayed in...! Beware and avoid.... duvet and sheets where not cleaned as I found suger under the duvet on the sheets.... so differently wasn’t cleaned. Nappies found in the bathroom bin and a primart bag in the bin within the room. Cups have never been cleaned, still had the PG string pull stuck to the bottom of the cup, see below pictures. This is not a hotel and no better then a hostel but in a hostel bedding and cups are clean.... I may sue Booking.com as this was purchased through them. All I can say is keep away this is a health hazard of place and should not be in operation. SHAME ON THE STAFF AND HOTEL MANAGEMENT FOR LETTING PLEOPLE STAY IN THAT S#IT HOLE.

- Jennifer (6/5): On the whole it was very pleasant. - The location is good but the hotel doesn’t provide bewakfast as there are cafes close by. There is also a fridge, microwave and toaster available for use by customers. The room that I was allocated was on the first floor and the room was small. On arrival there was a small possibility that I might be moved to a double room but this didn’t happen.
