James (10/5): Exceptional! - Amazing property! I personally visited because I'm a big fan of Bill Bensley's designs, and this one definitely didn't disappoint. Every detail was beautifully thought out. The food across the entire property was exceptional. Of the four hotels we stayed at during this trip, this was the only one where I genuinely enjoyed every meal. I highly recommend the private BBQ at your tent, the set up is so beautiful and romantic. But the true standout was the service. This was my first time staying at a Capella property, and the level of service was so impressive that I'll actively seek out more Capella hotels in the future, especially when I'm back in Asia. My favorite hotel in Bali has always been Mandapa, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve — but I’ve finally found a property that matches that same high standard. Nothing. And I'm hard to please!

The food and service are both excellent and the Capella team go above and beyond to preempt your needs. Absolutely recommend this as a wonderful life experience. Nothing, it all hits the mark!

The main bar area with pool table was lovely and the staff were all very friendly & helpful. There was a lot of steep uneven stairs up/down so may not be suitable for everyone. We had the tasting menu which was very disappointing for this standard of hotel.

The heated pool was ideal for swimming, and the river and its temple added a peaceful charm. I also loved the private Balinese dance lesson—such a unique experience. Truly a magical stay!

The resort is small but incredible, and the tented villas are an amazing and unique experience. Many complimentary gifts, food and drink during the stay including afternoon tea, and free cocktails.. The steps and paths of the resort are not suitable for people with significant mobility issues.

My tent was amazing fitted with its own plunge pool, copper bath and outdoor shower. The attention to detail in this place is outstanding. We are in a room called puppet master, they have exquisite interior design and artwork, but we just not comfortable to have six puppet masks above our head when we are sleeping. Jeet (9/5): Experience of a lifetime ❤️ - It’s a marvel! The 2 nights we were there were enough to explore and just soak in the thoughtfulness, the tranquility and the accommodation itself. No need to step out of Capella. Food is 10/10. People 10/10. Loved it! We could not use the outside space of our tent because of rains. I expected it to be covered if required. Also, mornings they might be short on staff as we were kept waiting for our guide to take us around the property.
