• Julius (5/5): - I booked a double room which I know was comfortable for me - however I was upgraded to a family size room which was a dead room and I was very disappointed. Why upgrade my room without me asking or without my knowledge. I knew what I wanted and I went for it but maybe there was a reason why I was upgraded but that was a very very very very poor upgrade Taking me from a nice and clean double bed room to a dead and smelly family size room wasn’t necessary

• Merry (1/5): Didn't meet our needs. - Nothing Undesirable location for sightseeing London. VERY, VERY small room. Lack of electric outlets . No lift. Best nearby food was Subway sandwiches. No native Brits around. I thought I heard rats in the ceiling.

• Mateja (7/5): - Osoblje je jako uslužno i ljubazno. Imali smo nekoliko zahtjeva, a oni su se stvarno potrudili da nam pomognu. Nismo znali da imaju drugačije utičnice, pa nismo ponjele adapter ( nismo mogli koristiti svoje uređaje) ali su nam ponudili svoje. Također, izašli su nam u susret te smo mogli ostaviti svoje kofere kod njih na čuvanje poslje check-out. Hvala dečki!!! Tuš kabina je vrlo mala, i puna kamenca.

• Virtosa (10/5): We loved it ,noone bothered us or asked anything, we had our family stay for 3 nights,lovely - We didn't have any breakfast there , it's just stay the night ! We had our own food with us and enjoyed that we had smoking area very close ,no bother from anyone ! Cooking not allowed downstairs

• nicola (1/5): Worst hotel I have ever stayed in and the sheets and towels are dirty - It was close to the station The staff kept on opening the doors whenever they felt like it telling me what to do and making rude comments and came in the morning telling me to shower right now they what to check the fire alarm in my room. The sheets were not washed they had brown stains on them and so did the towel the window was opened with a hanger the bathroom towel was placed on the shower floor it was hard to access Netflix and bbc iplayer the staff made fun of me.

It was also very cold, no heating in the bathroom, it was damp around the walls with mould. It could do with a redecoration There were no tea/coffee facilities. Also several of the plugs sockets in the main bedroom would not take a plug

Run down condition and groups of other guests allowed to sit outside my room in early hours, I don't know if it was for prayer but surely they can be doing this elsewhere rather than outside other guests rooms in early hours of morning. One lady was actually leaning against my door so it was not the most enjoyable of stays. The staff are really nice just the rooms and hotel are very run down.

• Ariike (10/5): Great stay, vaule for money. - I Liked the location, it was only a night stay, but I enjoyed it, thank you. That we was giving a room with a door that didnt have no lock for the bathroom door, and the two black tables were bent, room 214. but overall it was decent.

• Łukasz (1/5): Najgorszy hotel w którym byłem !!! Nikomu nie polecam - Nic!!!!!! The worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Dirty, mold in the bathroom, ants crawling everywhere and getting into suitcases, the room was so small you couldn't walk past the beds, the window was covered in bird droppings, and the shower was disgusting. I had a three-night reservation but checked out after the first night. It was a disaster.
