• Laura (8/5): - Lovely little hotel with communal garden. Breakfast was provided even though not advertised that this was offered as part of the price. Great spot a couple of minutes walk from Loch Ness.

• Bernard (10/5): - Very welcoming experience staying at Loch Ness Guest House. Lounge and kitchen facilities were great and more than expected. Complimentary continental breakfast was very generous. Location was great, you can easily wander about Fort Augustus. Have a drink with the locals at the Legion pub, lovely people and great to chat to

• Olaf (7/5): Ein cozy Bed & Breakfast. Niedlicher Gemeinschaftsraum , Preis Leistung ok. - Die Zimmer waren ausreichend groß , es gab ein kleines aber gutes Frühstück . Das Personal war (wenn vor Ort) freundlich. Es war kein freier Parkplatz vorhanden. Wir mussten auf dem kostenpflichtigen Parkplatz im Ort parken und zu Fuß zur Unterkunft laufen. Es war kein Personal vor Ort um den Checkin durchzuführen oder die Parkplatzsituation zu klären. Code für die Tür wurde per Email geschickt , Schlüssel lag im offenen Zimmer auf dem Bett. Wir waren etwas spät , aber im Zeitfenster der angegebenen Check in Zeit.

Un emplacement pour poser ses affaire de toliettes serait bienvenu.

• Stephen (5/5): Reasonable, but a shame about the inefficient management - Good location for local facilities Comfortable bed The manager cancelled one of our bookings a while after accepting the booking which wasn’t professional and left me with a problem finding accommodation for 2 people elsewhere. When we arrived I checked what time breakfast was and was told 08.00hrs. Very late that night I received a text asking me to move breakfast back as they had booked in a large party, I explained this was not possible as plans had already been made with the party staying elsewhere. He suggested 07.45 as a compromise which I accepted. However, when we arrived there was no breakfast ready, so it ended up being 08.00 after all. The room was ok but instead of a kitchen in the room perhaps a comfortable seat and better hanging space would be better.

Breakfast was continental style and help yourself. Slightly overpriced compared to other places we have stayed on the Great Glen Way but good in all other respects. Unable to check in before 4pm despite emailing and asking for earlier in the day

Fort Augustus vaut le détour. Joli village et belle vue sur ke Loch Ness. Chambres petites, peu de place avec les valises qui encombrent le passage. Grande salle de bain mais rien pour poser ses affaires.
• Anaïs (7/5): Stop très pratique et petit déjeuner surprise au Loch Ness - Hôtel très pratique pour un très court séjour, simplicité d'accès et de check in/out. Bon rapport qualité/prix. Petit déjeuner non annoncé donc vraiment un plus d'avoir pu en profiter, il est sommaire mais parfait :) Les chambres sont assez exiguës et l'intérieur nécessiterait un petit coup de frais mais encore une fois pour le prix et pour une nuit celà fait bien le job.

• Timothy (9/5): Nice place. Great location. Good continental brekkie. - Goog location, nice room. In-room fridge 👍👍 Check in at 4pm, check out at10am. They quoted “social distancing” as reason! We are well beyond those awful days. 1100 check out would make a big difference as would 2pm check in.

Room was clean and well decoratef Although no meal option the continental breakfast was both welcome and well presented. Soundproofing was poor between the bedrooms. The main road outside was busy and noisy from early morning. There was little storage which wasn't a problem for a one night stay but in a family room for multiple nights might be for some guests. My main concern was the bike shed which although seemingly secure wasn't. Happy to give details direct to establishment

• colin (10/5): Great stay - The location and accommodation was great There was no email sent prior to self check in , so we didn't know the code or room number , this happened to at least 4 other guests on the same day , we had to let a guest staying into the premises for the same reason ,no Saff on site , it did not spoil our stay and would highly recommend ,

Tracce di muffa sul soffitto, assenza di ascensore per raggiungere la stanza al piano superiore. La sala comune era un po' fredda (c'è un caminetto ma era spento)

Le check-in est autonome mais un peu laborieux si l'on a pas pensé à regarder les messages sur l'application Booking avant de venir. L'accès à la chambre est un peu chaotique car l'hôtel est un vrai dédale. De plus, il y avait une petite odeur de renfermé dans le couloirs.

• Serena (10/5): Great facilities and good location - We particularly liked the communal facilities. There was a comfortable lounge area, with a log burner and kitchen with fridge and microwave. The help yourself breakfast was perfect for us. The bedroom itself was a little small , but we can’t grumble as the communal lounge more than made up for that.

A nice ground floor lounge with free tea & coffee Soulless. It came across as very coperate! Key code entry . No one on property to meet & greet. The only time we saw staff was at breakfast . All communication was staff manager, gen. Manager. etc

Ottima colazione, abbondante. Tutto molto pulito e curato. Grazie Rumore delle altre stanze, non insonorizzate bene le camere. Tutto il resto perfetto!

Très bon accueil et très bonne communication avec les hôtes. Parking gratuit devant le logement. Petit-déjeuner très apprécié le matin. Village très facilement accessible à pieds (5 minutes). Nous recommandons fortement.

• Susana (6/5): Correcto - El desayuno de cortesía correcto, sin pretensiones pero suficiente para empezar el duro día de caminatas. Fort Augustus no está mal pero esperaba más ambiente, quizás es por la época. Es un hotel contactless. Puedes comprar tú comida y usar el comedor común cosa que es muy útil.
