• Oscar (5/5): El propietario ha puesto lo más barato en todo, desde enchufes hasta las camas. Se nota demasiado - Las camas un horror, no hay persianas, incluso una habitación ni cortina, entra la luz en todas al amanecer. y en general todo en la casa bastante cutre.
• CAROL V. (6/5): - Cercanía a la playa. Sólo cruzar la calle. Disponibilidad de parking en el residencial durante el mes de mayo. Piscina muy limpia y edificio de la comunidad cuidado. El interior del apartamento 6 en segunda planta es penoso por la falta de mantenimiento. Cuando llegué el interruptor de la luz de un dormitorio no funcionaba y el del otro, funcionaba pero no estaba conmutado y debías levantarte a apagar donde lo habías encendido. En enchufe de la luz en el baño estaba sacado y colgando. La puerta del baño no se podía cerrar porque te quedabas atrancado. Así le pasó a mi padre la primera vez que no lo sabía. El plato de ducha no evacuaba el agua y se llenaba en menos de 4 minutos de dar la ducha. La persiana del salón no subía ni bajaba. Mi padre se dió un par de veces al salir a la terraza. Las tumbonas de la terraza tenían el colchón rajado. Al igual que estaba rajada la cortina de un dormitorio y el mantel de la mesa de la terraza. Las puertas correderas del dormitorio y salón a la terraza no cerraban. Podían ser abiertas desde dentro y fuera. La mitad de las Luces fundidas en la cocina. Encima me habían pedido una fianza para cubrir posibles desperfectos. Fianza que me devolvieron. Vinieron a reparar el enchufe y el interruptor de mi cuarto y me ofrecieron venir otros días para el resto de cosas. Cosa que no acepté estando de vacaciones.

• Carolina (10/5): Repetiremos - El piso tiene una ubicación fantástica, con vista al mar, en una zona tranquila, con restaurantes y supermercado cerca. Es muy cómodo, limpio y con una distribución ideal para 6 personas. Sabrina siempre está dispuesta a ayudar y responde las preguntas muy rápido. Estamos muy contentos con nuestra estancia. Sólo añadiría poner cosas básicas en la cocina (sal, aceite, pimienta), y más papel higiénico teniendo en cuenta el número de días y de huéspedes. Por lo demás, todo perfecto :)

• Tomasz (5/5): - Location is great for family stay. Shops, beach, pizza, tram. Apartment is spacious, really big balcony, really high. The host is nice and responsive. Parking also fine. Even though we had to pay a damage deposit in advance, some things in the apartment were worn. Loose shower holder, door handle and other minor stuff. Bed frames really wobbly. Wifi wasn't working for couple of days. We stayed in February, it was really windy in the first line of the coast. I wish there was a dishwasher.

The furniture was very tired, broken blinds, in the windows rusty bins and it wasnt possible to close the doors on the balcony. The lamp shades had mold on them and so.e drawers in the wardrobes were falling apart There were no bowls in the kitchen for cereal and only 4 mugs for drinking coffee and the apartment is meant for 6 people. When i messaged the owner her response was something standard and didnt even answer my question. On the leaving day we had a flight late in the day and asked to stay until 1 instead of 11. We offered to pay. The reply was no, because they said the apartment was booked later that day. We stayed on the beach in front and kept an eye out for the cleaner coming but nobody came. So, very, very poor customer service.i would not stay thete again.

Sleeping on the bed in master bedroom was like advanture, one never knew if the bed will survive, a lot of things were broken or looked really old. The appartment has great possibilities that are not used. And that is really a shame. It would be enough to fine-tune a few details.

The hosts were fabulous—so welcoming and attentive, which made us feel right at home. There is a Tram stop a few min. walk away. The apartment is a little dated, and could do with a little face lift.

No Aircon but they did provide fans Good shower and plenty of clean towels for 5 of us Beach close by Loads of utensils and plates/cups in the kitchen even a washing machine Bit disappointed. The apartment needs TLC, we've stayed at other "myflats" and they are lovely modern and well kept, but this one seemed a bit grim! I would have asked for a refund and stayed elsewhere if we had booked for longer than 2 nights. Most electrics hanging off (see pics) one of the bedrooms was really dark, the furniture on the balcony was dirty. Stains on the sofa. We didn't know it was a residential apartment block where people have their homes so it made us feel a bit uncomfortable walking through the building. It's noisy too, someone was hoovering at midnight/1am balcony doors don't close properly so they just rattle and air whistle and you can hear the tram all night. Not many places to go for an evening meal other than places for "locals" unless you wanted to travel again back on the trams. Pool doesn't open until 10am so can't have early morning swim and it closes at the warmest part of the day when you want to use it the most and doesn't open again until 5pm. You have to give an exact time of arrival as there is no reception to collect your keys, so if you want to do some traveling first before you arrive it can make it a bit difficult to know what time you will arrive to meet someone there.

The apartment is quite old, some blinds do not work, curtains are broken, windows and doors are old. There were ants and it was not thoroughly cleaned. There is a washing machine but no soap to be able to use it. No rubbish bags. Very expensive for what it offers. A real pity.

• Viktoriia (8/5): Very good - It was an incredible vacation, the view from the window is simply gorgeous! there are many restaurants and supermarkets near the hotel. The tram that goes straight to the center pleased me with the fact that you can very easily get to the historical center of Alicante in comfort and for a good price, I highly recommend this hotel, although in winter it’ll be quite cool at night, but there are several heaters in the apartment, I lived alone and I was comfortable and warm. Unfortunately, the coffee machine was not working
• Małgorzata (8/5): Great views and location - The view from the balcony and some of the bedrooms is great. There was a big table on the balcony so we could enjoy breakfasts with a sea view. There are shops, bakeries and restaurants around, also the tram stop is just outside the building so it is very convenient. But the biggest advantage is being so close to the beach. I would appreciate to have salt and sugar in the apartment, it seems silly to have to buy a whole pack for just a few days of stay. There were not enough of cups and glasses for the size of the apartment.

• Kasia (10/5): Great apartment with an amazing view. - I enjoyed the stay in that flat so much, especially eating breakfasts with the sea view, also waking up with this view was amazing. The bed was very comfortable, great mattress. The tram stop is 2 min walk and can take you anywhere for example to town centre or to Benidorm. I loved it and recommend it.
• O'grady (7/5): Location is fantastic, but apt needs a revamp. - The location was excellent. The apt needed a complete revamp. The kitchen was poorly kitted out. Windows were falling apart. Handles on doors were stiff and sometimes stuck. Blankets were filthy and need a good wash or replacement.

• Svitlana (8/5): Perfect for a weekend - Breathtaking view! Tram stop is 100 m from the flat, bus stop is close as well. Perfect location for quiet weekend. Parking available. Fridge, microwave, dishwasher, kitchen utensils. Special thanks for a couple of heaters for cool evenings. If the weather is windy, the sand will cover all the flat. At the top of that, you will feel the wind even under a warm cover in the bedroom, as if you are sleeping in a tent. Needs some renovation.

Two toilets available. some locks did not work.

Flat was lovely, our children could access pool and beach easily and safely. Basketball court was a wonderful surprise. Location to tram was easy which we used to go to benidorm and alicante central. We will be back !!

It is a shame we couldn’t use the swimming pool because of the weather (it was cold). Regarding the host (Rocio) she was very nice and kind, we were very happy with the service! We would love to come back in Summer :)

• Shahid (10/5): Enjoyable and Relaxing. - Staying at My Azul Flats with my family for a short winter break December 2022 was just perfect. The host William was very kind and provided all information beforehand regarding key collection and the facilities. During the stay, I called him a few times for help with booking activities or general queries, and he was always helpful immediately. The flat is located in an ideal spot, right infront of the beach, with lovely views of the sea. Alicante and Benidorm are both less than 30 minutes drive away, and roads were very quiet in December, so travelling was very easy. We didnt use public transport, but the tram literally stops a few hundred yards from the flat, as the tram line is literally parallel to the beach infront of the flats. The property has a nice kitchen, lovely balcony, and ample car parking space within the premises, that was definitely a bonus. The balcony and the view is just amazing. We would sit there every morning and evening, soaking the sun and the views, whilst listening to the tranquil sounds of the waves. The location is better than i imagined and the facilities are perfect. El Campello is a nice quiet town (maybe because it was December), but it was nice to drive out to other cities and return back to the peace and calm of El Campello. To be honest I cant really fault anything, it was just right for us. But if I had to comment on something for improvement, the only thing we missed in the flat was a kettle, but to be honest, I didnt ask William about it because the kitchen has a nice electric hob/oven which served us well. The flats are self catering and we used the facilities without issue. Im sure if i had asked William about the kettle he would have just told me to look in one of the kitchen units and i would have found it there. I really cant fault anything. The property has a very nice garden and a pool, but just remember majority of pools in hotels/flats are closed during winter months.

It is great and quiet, clean, and has everything you need. The communication was super easy and quick with Mr. Willaim and was also very helpful since the beginning, available at all times whenever I had any questions. Totally recommend it. Just needs an air-condition
