La cama y el sofá cama comodísimos y en una zona muy tranquila. Sin duda lo aconsejaría al 100x100 y si volviera a Lisboa me hospedaría en el mismo sitio. Gracias por todo. Me gustó todo.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und perfekt gelegen – viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Cafés waren bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Besonders gefallen hat uns die gemütliche Atmosphäre und die tolle Ausstattung, es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer schnell erreichbar. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können diese Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen!

Lots of restaurants and parks in the area, plus easy access to supermarkets and the like. The staff were very nice and helpful too. Absolutely recommend!

- tara (6/5): Great location but would never stay again - The location was fantastic The first night we got back and plugged one single charger in. It tripped all of the power in the room, and since there isn't a desk agent on 24 hrs, we were left with no power until morning. That same night we also came back to find that the air vent was leaking a crazy amount and our clothes below it were soaked. While the location is great for the daytime, the room we were in was directly on the main square where people stay out loudly partying til around 4 am. That combined with the very heavy main entry door slamming throughout the night and no noise insulation between floors led to three nights of truly no sleep.

Helpful advice from reception.Hey the bed and pillows were really comfy Sharing the building foyer with smelly rubbish bins. Climbing across the bed to reach my side since the bed fitted almost wall to wall. A bit tight.

- J9 Travels (9/5): Cute property - Super friendly and staff. Location close to restaurants (highly recommend Pao de Canela), a happening park with locals gathered at night and grocery store. Room had great amenities (little kitchen) and clean. Bed was super comfortable. Would stay here again. Could hear ppl upstairs. It was across the street from hotel reception on the main floor and had a slight musty smell.

- Margaret (10/5): Amazing value for money in a delightful guest house. - We LOVED this place, perfect location, beautifully clean and everything could need. We booked just a room but it still had a kitchenette and was very spacious. The view from the top floor (towards the sunrise over Lisbon) was a treat. The staff were responsive and went out of their way to be helpful. As long as you are OK with steep stairs on the upper floors this place is perfect. We will be back and have already recommended it to friends. 👌🏼❤️

- Robbie (8/5): - The location, overlooking the Praça da Flores park, is quiet and peaceful (most of the time), with excellent cafes far from Lisobn's busy main streets. The rooms are simple but clean and comfortable. The rooms are located up a flight (or two) of rather steep stairs. Since there is no elevator, you have to carry your baggage up yourself, so it's only recommended if you are traveling light.

Meins war Praca de Flores, der Partyhotspot der Gegend. Etwa 200 laute Touristen nachts direkt vor dem Haus. Gut für Party, schlecht für Ruhe oder Schlaf.

I was just there for one night during a long stopover, for that reason it was okay. Beyond that I would not go back.

- Jennie (1/5): The noise was unbearable, two sleepless nights. - The staff was friendly and it was a central location. The noise. There were crowds partying outside on the street until 2am each night. Even worse—non-guests of the hotel were in the hallways and common area outside my room all day throughout the night (2 - 7am). ~8-10 people Shouting to their friends, pulling on my door handle asking where the toilets are. I got no sleep and even felt unsafe in my room. I messaged reception hoping for some assistance and eventually called at 7am but was told there’s nothing they can do as no staff was on duty until 8am and even then there were no other rooms available. The excuse was that there are long term renters on the 3rd floor that sometimes make noise and have access to the courtyard and common area on the same floor as my room. I understand this is partially outside of their control but it was unclear that it would be more like a hostel experience. I would suggest that the staff stay in room 108 next Saturday to better understand the experience and reassess the value. I remember when I booked it had an exceptional score of 8.8. Unfortunately, I would not recommend it to anyone.

- Kyndra (10/5): Comfortable, organized and spotless with and ideal location! - The location of Flores is superb, near (just a 2 minute walk) a small park with a jumping nightlife, great restaurants and bars. Staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, the r room and bathroom were spotless and the bed was very very comfortable. Also, a great deal for what is provided. I wish there had been a couple more coffee pods for the coffee maker. Everything else was perfect.

- José Ramón (3/5): ALOJAMIENTO INCÓMODO, SUCIO Y CARO - Lo más positivo del alojamiento puede ser la distancia al centro, siempre que no te importe andar al menos 15 o 20 minutos y subir pronunciadas cuestas al ir o al regresar del Chiado, la Baixa o Alfama. El alojamiento es un cuchitril en una casa vieja de la zona lisboeta de Misericordia y no vale lo que pagamos por él (290€ por dos tres noches). Es un bajo sucio y con el baño en una zona aún más baja, llena de humedad y con una ventana junto a la ducha que no creo que hayan lavado en años. Nada más entrara tienes un pedazo de cocina (bueno, es suficiente) y en ella el aire acondicionado que debe llegar al resto de estancias (no hay aire acondicionado en la habitación). La habitación es tan pequeña que para llegar hasta el otro lado de la cama hay que pasar encima de la propia cama. Han encajado la cama con calzador y no se puede pasar al otro lado si no es así, algo muy muy incómodo cuando van dos personas. El portal daba pena, olía a pintura y los contenedores de la basura junto a la puerta del apartamento. No soy especialmente delicado con los alojamientos y he dormido en sitios que ni imaginaríais, pero lo que no gusta es que me tomen el pelo como desafortunadamente hicieron en el Flores Guest House. Nos hicieron la habitación un día, pero el siguiente no. El ayuntamiento de Lisboa o el Gobierno debería hacer más controles para no permitir que este tipo de establecimientos estuvieran abiertos al público y, mucho menos, que cobraran el dineral que cobran.
