- Lynn (10/5): - We loved staying at the Williams House! We had our dog so we were in Cooper Cottage which was lovely and spacious. The main house is beautiful. Breakfast was outstanding. Joe and Cody do a spectacular job hosting their guests! Ask if Joe made his Hummingbird Cake. It was amazing! They gave us lots of recommendations for eating and things to do. If you are coming to Hot Springs definitely stay at the 1890 Williams House!! Don’t miss the Superior Bathhouse Brewery. We could bring our pup inside and the food was amazing! Plus the beer is brewed with the thermal water. So good! If you’re looking for a relaxing time go to Buckstaff Bathhouse for a soak in a tub of mineral water! It was terrific! We explored the National park. Did a couple of hikes and enjoyed the town. Great place to visit!!
- Thomas (10/5): - Exquisitely restored mansion with modern amenities. We were astounded by the attention to detail in every way. The mansion was decorated in the style of the period with comfortable and beautiful pieces. Two large sitting rooms for work or game play. One on each floor. Each room was unique, all with modern and large bathrooms. Our cottage out back was a small piece of heaven. Quiet and comfortable even unseasonably cold weather. The food preparation was beautiful, delicious and customized for our needs. We were delightfully pampered by the owners in a friendly, but not overbearing way.

The owners were fabulous, the breakfast delicious and we were able to walk to their strip of downtown, bathhouse row etc. And then also the other way catch the trails in the National Park without ever getting in our car. Highly recommend it to couples and friends not family with children.

They showed true care and concern for their guests. And the breakfasts were to die fir as well as the home baked cakes!! And it was a beautiful home filled with gorgeous antiques. Loved the hot tub in each room too!
- Martha (10/5): Perfect get away! - We had a wonderful time staying at 1890 Williams House! It was absolutely beautiful and Joe and Cody were amazing hosts! My adult daughters and I decided to stop in Hot Springs for a few days and we are so happy we stayed at 1890 Williams House! A couple of days before we came in, Joe called to let us know that the room we were set to stay in was having roof issues due to a Hurricane that had just passed through. He was kind enough to put us in two other rooms on the second floor. I am on dialysis and brought all of my equipment with me and Joe was amazing helping us move everything in and out of our rooms. The breakfast was to die for and the recommendations on what to do and places to eat were perfect! They have a side room with treats and drinks for guests to snack on and the chocolate cake was delicious! We adored our time with them and look forward to coming back in the future!

The only down side is we weren't able to spend more time at their beautiful Inn and enjoy the pleasant company they provided. Super clean, well located and an all-around superb experience.

The property is located near Central Ave and is within walking distance to a lot of Hot Springs attractions. The inn keepers and staff are very hospitable and the food is delicious. We had a wonderful, relaxing weekend. We would live to stay here again in the future.

- Pamela (10/5): Loved this historic house and its fabulous hosts! - This was my first stay at a B&B and now I am hooked. My husband and I had a wonderful weekend getaway at the Williams House Inn. We stayed in the Carriage Chamber room. It was cozy, comfortable and the jet tub was a wonderful way to relax at the end of the day. The hosts were friendly and accomodating. There was a cute little cat (Mrs. Kitzler) that greeted us everyday in the parking area. The breakfast on both days was delicious. (If I had one complaint, the coffee was a bit on the weak side. I don't know what it is about Hot Springs, but coffee shops or just a decent cup of coffee in general is a rarity.) Other than my coffee complaint, this place was fabulous. We'll definitely stay there again next year!

Not a bad walk to bathhouse row, but the Inn is on a hill, so be aware. The shower in our suite was barely functional - took forever to heat up & then just trickled. There is a great jetted tub too, so I used that instead.

You can sit on the swing on the expansive front porch and relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. The owners were extremely helpful. They cook a very good home made breakfast and even gave us free run of their kitchen to cook the fish we caught in Lake Quichita. It is the nicest place to stay within walking distance of downtown Hot Springs.

They're new to the inn, so they're working very hard to make it even better! The breakfasts were fabulous! Great access to downtown area. Comfortable bed, luxurious jetted tubs in every room, early morning coffee/cocoa service outside the door. You couldn't ask for a better place to stay! Homemade carrot cake, fudge, tea, snacks and drinks available in the afternoon for a special treat.
