• Mildred (6/5): Good location, good staff but cleanliness and facilities need to improve - Location and staff Toilet needs fixing… doors are spoilt and toilet often wet all over. Bed blanket also dont feel too clean.. a little sticky feeling

• Sue (6/5): Greats location but poor security - The location is super. Helpful for those who need to catch early morning flight. Very uncomfortable with the security. The female dorm entrance didn’t locked at all time. Tried to close twice by removed the stopper then next minute someone put back the stopper and kept the door unlocked. Not sure what is the purpose have door scan lock when ppl bypassed.
• norie (8/5): 受付のお姉さん、素敵な笑顔をありがとう！ - 受付のスタッフさんが親切！一人旅でしたが、沢山コミュニケーションを取ってくれた。これからの旅が一気に楽しくなった。ホテルは空港内にあり、深夜便でも外を歩き回らず安心。短い時間から長い時間まで利用できる。男女で部屋とシャワールームが分かれていた。 シャワーとトイレが隣りのドアだったから、1つのトイレの床が水浸しになりやすい。排水があるのでしばらくしたら大丈夫だった。

• HISN YU (8/5): 服務不錯，在機場裡很方便。 - 服務人員服務很好，也在機場裡面很方便 電熱水器瞬熱的效率不好，水要開很小，熱水才會熱，加上盥洗室冷氣強，就覺得更冷。
• Kuo (7/5): - 1.在機場肯德基後面，當時是周一晚上入住，女生房只有3人非常安靜，廁所也算頗乾淨，有插座(記得攜帶轉接頭，沒有的話櫃台好像也可以借)。 2.櫃台人員親切友善。 1.空調太冷，中途被冷醒。 2.check in 時，等了快一小時櫃檯才有人出現，打電話跟傳whats app訊息均未在當下回覆，我認為身為24小時的機場飯店這點是不太合理的。

• Mr. Tan (7/5): Location is excellent inside the airport tucked behind KFC at arrival hall. - Staff is friendly and checking-in service is fast. Luggage storage compartment is big enough for my wheeled luggage which is good. 2 UBS ports are available inside the bund free for use. bund air-conditioning is not cold enough and can't find any air-conditioner vent nor remote control at all. The water from the electric shower water heater was not hot enough for me. I have to lower down the water pressure just to enjoy the warm water shower.

• Megxy (6/5): Pleasant - Reliable staffs who responded to my Whatsapp texts. The thin walls! The KFC staffs next to the Capsule destroyed our mood & good sleep! We could hear their rowdy antics from our pods. The shouting, loud laughters & bangings were horrible!

• Nethkt (7/5): Quick night in BKI. - Super convenient for those who have over night transit or super early morning flight. Just walk behind KFC on ground floor and you will easy find it. Not so busy but can be loud if there are annoying, no manner guests around. All in all it's better than go out of airport just for a nap. Fellow annoying guests can be loud and not considerate.

• Carol (9/5): Extremely convenient place to stay if you have early flights at KK Airport. - Sovotel @ Napzone KKIA is perfect place to stay if you have a late night or early flight at the Kota Kinabalu Int'; Airport. You can literally take the elevator right up to check in and the gates. The cubical bed is so well thought out. It has everything including a mirror, outlet, pull down table and a marked spot to put your important small items. There is separate locker for your bag and an area where you can organize. The internet worked great. If the people staying there are not respectful then there is a bit of noise. This was not a big issue but in one instance there was a child in there and the parent did not control behavior. I stayed at this location more than one time, and this only happened once (kid related for sure). Not sure about restrictions on children at these types of places.
