• Brown2je (6/5): - The location was good and the room was a good size. It felt very clean and was fully stocked. The room we had was very dark, with dark floors and walls. The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable and firm. Also had a small TV that doesn't connect to steaming services. Made it hard to relax after a long day exploring.

• Karla (10/5): - Great central location, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay for a group of 5 for 5 nights. FamilyMart and 7/11 very close by. Short walk to local station and playground, and plenty of food options in the nearby streets. Very thin pillows. That aside, it was perfect.

Need to pre-register your details the day before to receive digital building access pin & digital access code for your apartment. Clean and tidy apartment with small lift access. Two apartments per floor. 2 x double beds (hard and not comfy) after hours of walking all day. Friends in the apartment below also experienced similar discomfort with their beds. Sliding doors separate a small mostly sunlight loungeroom at the end of the apartment. Small futon style lounge that converts to a small bed. Double wardrobe for hanging clothes / storing suitcases. Effective split system Aircon/heater. Wet room, so no curtain, but enclosed room. Separate toilet. Deep bath but quite short. Hand held shower mixer in the wet room. 2 wall to wall rails for hanging clothes over tub. No bench / counter space in bathroom (resting toiletries on washing machine lid). Small double mirror vanity for storing items. No clothes dryer. Plenty of coat hangers & 1 x octopus hook with pegs for hanging small clothing items. The 2 x double beds were rock hard and didn’t provide relief at the end of each day. No clothes dryer but not a deal breaker for us

• Susanna Helena (10/5): A great option when in Osaka! - The location of this accommodation was amazing! The beds were comfortable (even the tatami), the kitchen had all we needed and we were provided with towels and toiletries. The room had a washing machine and even some detergent, which was really helpful! The check-in process was also very simple. All of us hit our feet against the bedframes that were made out of wood, which was pretty painful, so just be mindful of this :)

• Caitlyn (9/5): - The location was great, the apartment was super clean, it had space for all 4 of us that were staying in the accomodation, and room to actually open our suitcase. It was pretty central, and a 15 minute walk from Dotonbori. Beds were super comfy, and heaps or charging ports for devices, would stay there again.

• Danielle (8/5): - Overall, it was a good stay. The place was clean, tidy, and had a decent-sized living space for a short-term visit. For us, a minor inconvenience was the disruptive noise from extremely loud upstairs neighbours during late hours. Based on other reviews we already anticipated this, so future guests should just be prepared to deal with some noise in homes like these! My only constructive criticism is that future guests might appreciate more comfortable mattresses that don’t have coils digging into the skin— and sturdier quality bed frames that don’t squeak, bend or warp in the middle under the weight of a 170-pound person. Everything else was good, with clear instructions for check in! Thank you very much.

Around 10-12 mins walk from the famous Dotonbori area. Improvement needed in one of the mattresses as found to be tough to sleep on.

• Nicolas (8/5): Comforable apartment with a great location close to the Namba district - Excellent location, within walking distance of Namba JR station and the restaurants and shops in the Namba district. The apartment is cozy, the beds comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped, with a large table for meals. The sleeping area and kitchen have no separation at all, so everybody had to go to bed and get up at the same time. This was expected from the listing, but having something like a curtain between the kitchen and bedroom areas would've been convenient. Not much space for drying clothes (we had to use the closets). Somewhat limited number of power sockets, additional ones or multisocket adaptors would've been convenient (admittedly we did have a lot of devices to charge).

• Anna (6/5): - 部屋や立地はとても良かった。 建物に入るときによくわからずすごく手間取りました。 他にもわからないで困ってる宿泊客もいました。 なんとか建物に入れたので部屋も解除しようとしたら今度はパスを入れても入れず... 何回やってもダメなので管理人に連絡したけど全然電話にでない。 もう一度エントランスに行ったらたまたま管理人が来てたので開けてもらいました。 結果鍵の電池かなんかの故障だったみたいでした。 とても暑い日だったので入室するだけで疲れました。

The check-in information email contained a detailed guide on how to find it though. The email was not automatically sent to me though I had to request it but their response to my email was very quick and helpful!

• Gabriella (9/5): Close, yet quiet. Highly recommended. - The accomodation is close to Dotonbori, there are many restaurants nearby, and still it is quiet. There is self check-in. Although we forgot to send our datas before arrival and it was 9.00 pm, the staff answered our email in about 10 minutes and we got our opening code for the accomodation’s door. The room was well equipped and clean. We really missed those little plushes in the pictures from our room. :( Otherwise nothing at all.
• Macdonald (7/5): Good - We really enjoyed the proximity of this hotel to convenience stores and Dotonbori. The room also had enough space for all of our suitcases and the washing machine was very convenient. Check in was also nice and easy. The beds were very squeaky and made sounds every time someone moved. The water for the shower never got warm and we could not figure out what the hot tub was. The air conditioner only worked in one room making the rest of the place pretty warm.

• John (9/5): Top location and great apartment. - Well appointed self-contained flat. Really nice, comfortable and super close to all the good stuff in Amerikamura. We loved it. Wi-Fi had the wrong password so we couldn’t use it. Little bit tricky to find and get in the first time but after that, smooth sailing.

• Claire (10/5): Spacious, good value in the heart of Osaka. - Great, quiet location. The host was very responsive and helpful. English instructions were great, and everything worked well. Quite spacious by Japanese standards too. When people next door were being loud at 11pm he replied to me straight away and had asked them to be quiet. The only thing we’ve found everywhere we’ve stayed in Japan is there is not much space to hang anything up (eg hooks for towels near the bathroom).

• Jodi (8/5): Overall, I would recommend this place. It’s an excellent value and great location. - Conveniently located, keyless entry, VERY clean. The towels were small and only one per person requiring frequent laundry. Beds were hard but sufficient. Lacked storage/shelving for clothes. While there was a large closet only 10 hangers and no shelves or drawers. We had to live out of our suitcases which isn’t enjoyable for a two week stay. Barking dog in nearby unit on some nights.

They took our money for 4 nights in advance and didn’t provide access to the property. We provided our passport and identification documents on 2 occasions prior to the check time and ended being in left in the rain for 3 hours waiting for information on how to access our room which we never ended up receiving. We had to arrange and pay for alternative accommodation for our 4 nights. The property manager is in denial and we are yet to receive any form of a refund. This experience totally ruined our impression of Osaka
• Maria (8/5): Nice clean properly located in a quiet side street. - The room was clean and fairly large with a nice sitting/lounge area. The area was fairly quiet. The property is a little far from Dotonbori, train station and other attractions.
