• Ronald (2/5): I would not recommend this hotel and would personally avoid staying under such conditions. - While the breakfast was good, the smoking in the breakfast room, despite the clearly posted ban, was intolerable. Guests openly ignored the no‑smoking policy in the breakfast room. Hotel staff did not intervene although I had asked for it. To avoid the smoke in the breakfast room, I had breakfast outside, which was possible thanks to the good weather. The window in the room could only be opened and closed with considerable force. Although I reported this to reception, it was not repaired, and no alternative room was offered. During my three-day stay, there was no room service — neither was the bed made nor was the bathroom cleaned.

• Sergio von Humboldt (7/5): - The location of the Putnik Hotel is excellent - and that is the key advantage of this hotel. The hotel is located in the plain centre of the city of Novi Sad, close to pedestrian streets, the central theatre, cinema, restaurants, cafes, etc. The public transportation of Novi Sad, local buses, is nearby. The room is large enough, so is the bed - worn out, hard pilllows, but the size is ok. The breakfast is average, but passable, with pieces of fruits and vegetables. Although the hotel advertises the parking availability, and even though I made a phone call to book the slot, and then on top of that received the written confirmation by email about the slot, when I arrived there was no parking slot available. I had to park at the public parking for 15 EUR per day. The parking was availed free of charge by the hotel the day after - but it turned out that hotel parking is completely inconvenient for any larger size car, with high risk of damaging the vehicle. I would recommend to use the public 15 euro parking nearby. The TV screen is very small - while it offers hundreds of TV channels, there is not a single independent Serbian TV news channel. Reading lamp beside the bed is useless.

• PAFSANIAS (6/5): Δεν ξέρω αν θα το επέλεγα ξανά. - Η τοποθεσία του ξενοδοχείο ήταν πραγματικά στο κέντρο, δίπλα από τον πεζόδρομο. Η καθαριότητα δεν ήταν αυτό που περίμενα. στις καθαρές πεσέτες υπήρχε και μια λερωμένη. Στον νιπτήρα δεν υπήρχε το καπάκι και το μίνι μπαρ του δωματίου δεν ήταν στην πρίζα γιατί ήταν ξηλωμένη, επίσης έπρεπε να διαλέξεις ανάμεσα στο ψυγείο και στο πορτατίφ γιατί υπήρχε μόνο μία πρίζα.

• james (10/5): Definitely worth going to - Very nice and large room for a very cheap price, breakfast food was also good and the staff were lovely and hospitable. The location is also very convenient! Bathtub was missing a plug but this is an easily amendable issue :)

• Cenc (4/5): - stuff responsiveness and willingness to help Even though the parking space cannot be reserved, when we arrived all spaces were reserved already....strange? Stay was comfy, but the room was lacking some essential elements like slippers and hot water at times. Although the staff were kind, they all seem too scared as if someone is monitoring them waiting for them to make a mistake. It was fairly clean. We could hear the elevator from the room all the time.

• Anna (7/5): Fijn verblijf voor als je in het centrum wil zijn, en niet te lang verblijft. - Een 3 *** hotel was het maar net. De kamer was op sommige vlakken gedateerd, en de douchebak was oud en met schimmel. Ik vond het een fijn verblijf, midden in de stad en overal dichtbij. Ik vroeg de receptie of ik wat schone handdoeken kon krijgen en 5 minuten later kwam een mevrouw met een grote glimlach handdoeken brengen. De foto's op de site zijn anders dan de werkelijkheid. Het hotel is minder mooi.

• Zehnal (10/5): Skvělé místo a hotel, příjemný personál. - Poměr cena výkon naprosto luxusní! Výhodou je poloha přímo na náměstí v Novém Sadu. I tak je kolem klid. Nic mě nenapadá.
