• Rebecca (9/5): Great little family run Riad in the heart of the Medina - It was comfortable, quiet and private. The host family is very kind, and the breakfast was excellent - I highly recommend getting it, lots of food to start your day. It was warm in my room with a heater in the bathroom and air conditioner if needed. Extra blankets. Lots of plugs/outlets. Shower had plenty of hot water, you just had to be careful as it’s a handheld and can easily get water on the floor. I felt it was very clean. The location was amazing, a very short walk to the main square and the Souks. The bigger street off of the Riad was amazing at night for local food. Nothing much to complain about. The bed was a bit harder than I’m used to, but I still slept well.

• Ines (6/5): Nice for the value and a short stay - Very well located and host was available for late check in. It is a but hard to find but the host was available to help. We did not have warm water but that might have been just bad luck. To be fair we only noticed the day before leaving so we did not say anything. Maybe they could have fixed it. This is more a warning to check when you arrive

• Éva (9/5): Good value for the money - The staff was very nice and helpful. I do recommend the breakfast option, it was nice and comfy. It is a typical Riad (authentic).They do give plenty of blankets also a huge one against the cold (January). They provided a small heater. It is in the Medina, but it is easy to find. It was really cold, but it is not their fault. Wifi could be better, but I was at the top floor.

• Juliana (10/5): Excelente :) - La ubicación, a pocos metros del camino principal que te lleva hacia la plaza. Las habitaciones muy cómodas y limpias, igual que el baño. La familia propietaria es muy amable y acogedora. Dato no menor, puedes dejar el equipaje antes del check in si llegas temprano. Recomiendo 100%.

• Smail (10/5): Formidable !!!! - L’emplacement est parfait, tout près de la place Jemaa El Fna. J’ai vraiment adoré le quartier : sécurisé, agréable et situé au cœur des ruelles typiques de Marrakech, exactement l’expérience que je recherchais. Le personnel est incroyable, et Redouane est particulièrement aimable, toujours prêt à aider. J’avais choisi l’option transfert entre l’aéroport et le riad, que je recommande vivement, surtout si vous arrivez tard comme moi. Même si mon vol a eu deux heures de retard, ils sont venus eux-mêmes me récupérer à l’aéroport : un vrai geste professionnel, chapeau ! J’ai vraiment aimé la ville, les gens, l’atmosphère et l’ambiance.

• ismail (6/5): - The woman working there greeted me warmly and offered me Moroccan tea and cake when I arrived. The location is close to the Medina and away from the busy streets. I chose this location because it was away from the crowded streets, but a group of young people came to the hotel in the evening and made a lot of noise. They stayed in the room right next to mine.Since the rooms are close to each other, if you have allergies to noise, you may want to consider another alternative.

Colazione tipica e ricca da pagare a parte con un'aggiunta di 50,00 dhr (meno di 5 euro),ma ne vale davvero la pena :) Ho soggiornato in un una camara doppia ad uso singolo, semplice-essenziale e pulita! No m'ha agradat que no ens han netejat l'habitació durant tota l'estada. Sense tindre en compte si necessitàvem altres toalles o paper de wc. La cortina de la dutxa estava desfeta, penjava sols per dues anelles.

Nos mando un taxi para recojer y llevar al aeropuerto Riad muy antiguo y bastante sucio la habitacion tenia muy poca luz natural por no decir nada era sucia incomoda el baño era tan mal que no lo usamos para ducharnos en los 3 dias no tenia ni un jabon de manos las toallas limpias pero muy usadas y con manchas . La zona esta cerca de plaza pero muy fea y sucia con mal olor y caca de gato por todas partes Me esperaba otra cosa . No volveria.

• Anna Chiara (8/5): Consigliato! - Stanze pulite e spaziose, staff cordiale. La zona circostante il Riad sembra autentica ed è stato carino esplorarla. Le docce non hanno il box e alcuni soffioni non funzionano al meglio.
• isabelle (10/5): - Nous avons vraiment apprecié l'accueil de nos hôtes,de se sentir "comme à la maison"; d'avoir été accompagné pour toutes nos.demandes (excursion,reservation de taxi,de bus...) telle une agence de tourisme. Le repas proposé est d"excellent rapport/qualité et le.petit dej très bon et très copieux. La localisation dans la medina en fait un endroit idéal pour être qq jours au coeur de Marrakech! rien à dire sur le riad en lui meme ni sur nos hotes: c'etait parfait! Peut être juste sur le choix du chauffeur de taxi: Mohamed est vraiment au top pour accompagner les touristes (c'est plus qu'un taxi); mais nous n'avons pas eu la.même chance avec celui qui nous a accompagné à l'Ourika (très peu de discussion, ni d'information)!

• Ranganath (7/5): Good - Good value for money if you want to stay in the medina. We didn't spend a lot of time in the room. So the room was good enough. Owner was nice and there was freedom to go out and come in at any time. The floor was a bit unclean but did not bother us too much.

• Deborah (3/5): No electricity, sketchy owner - Clean with comfortable beds The building has faulty wiring, according to the owners, so there was no electricity for about 6 hours of our 15-hour stay. We had to shower with cold water in the dark. Worse, though, was the fact that the owners were very difficult to deal with. They demanded a cash payment when we arrived to cover 2 additional people in our group and to pay for city taxes, then continually told me they didn't have to give me a receipt for the extra cash I paid them because, "they weren't keeping it." When I contacted Booking's customer service re: the extra cash payments they tried to contact the owner, but he did not respond; he said Booking never contacted him. I was traveling with a group of students, so a receipt for the extra payments was absolutely necessary, since most of the payments were covered by student money. I finally did get a receipt after a great deal of argument. The owner did not fill out foreign guest paperwork for us as Moroccan law requires of all accomodations, and he made fun of us and called us names, not realizing we understood what he was saying in Arabic. At no point was communication with him clear, direct, or pleasant and because of all the sketchiness I would not stay there again.

I had a private twin private bathrooms.Do not expect luxury. Good value for what you pay.Medina is very busy,not for those who don't like crowds Details in the room could be improved. Sockets with exposed wires are not safe.

• Fizza (7/5): Good - The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room and facilities were adequate. The entrance door was open 24/7. It was close to major attractions. There was no mention anywhere of the fact that cars do not access the property, and that you get dropped off a good 300 metres away. If you don't have Google maps, you can keep going round in circles for ages, as no one in the neighbourhood has heard of the place. This happened with us. The immediate area is not touristy, and the riad was not easy to find. The room did not have a window opening onto the outside, so was a bit stuffy and dingy. We stayed 6 nights, and nothing was cleaned during our stay. Also, the only window opened onto the corridor and house courtyard (it's actually a private house), and it was extremely noisy from early morning, with kids screaming, until late at night with the other guests banging doors and talking loudly. Also, there was no common area to sit in, only the roof, which wasn't very pleasant, and the room was really only to sleep in.
