• Birgit (8/5): Het appartement was echt fijn; voor ons zijn de bedden en de hygiëne het belangrijkst en dit was top in orde, en Cascais - Locatie perfect, nog geen 10 minuutjes lopen naar centrum en zee. Heerlijk bed, de matras is heerlijk zacht. Ook de bedbank ligt erg lekker. Het is er schoon. Het douchescherm sluit niet goed af waardoor het erg lekt en je elke keer moet dweilen na het douchen. Iets meer handdoeken zou fijn zijn.

• Brenda (10/5): We had a memorable holiday in Cascais and loved the apartment. - It was bright, airy, great space. Good appliances and clean. Comfortable bed. Excellent area and so close to walk to the market, the beaches, restaurants and shopping. Nothing. We would return and highly recommend it.

• joao paulo (7/5): très sympa - proche du centre ville, plage a 10mn a pied grand appartement + parking appartement bien équipe marché + boutique proche beaucoup de restaurant, pour toutes les bourses beaucoup de monument a visite un jardin pour se balader depuis que je loue avec booking, +de 20 ans, c'est la 1er fois que ca m'arrive, a croire que j'allais me faire pirater, avec leurs mode opératoire pour la location, après avoir valider chez booking, il faut passer par une appli, plateforme, pour le payement de la location, + une deuxième validation pour un prélèvement de 150€, normalement restituer 1 semaines après, c'est même pas une empreinte, mais un prélèvement. les clés il faut aller les chercher au bureau du siège, (10 mn en voiture). ( j'ai eu de la chance ou le jeune homme est venue me les ramener, super sympa).

Der Check-In Prozess mit Ausweisbereitstellung und Abholung Schlüssel an einem ganz anderen Ort war etwas mühsam. Infos zum Zugang zum Apartment kamen nur auf Nachfrage und Personal könnte freundlicher sein.

• Gómez Acín (7/5): Buen apartamento pero recepción de llaves y check in mejorable - El apartamento está bien, es amplio y tiene todo lo necesario; la habitación de matrimonio es muy grande y el sofá cama es amplio aunque no muy cómodo. La cocina está muy bien y esta equipada con todos los utensilios necesarios No me gustó que tuve que ir hasta su oficina que está en Estoril (a 15 minutos en coche del apartamento) a buscar las llaves, lo que resultó un problema porque tuvimos que coger un Uber e ir hasta el sitio a buscar las llaves. El apartamento esta a 6 minutos caminando del centro. Tuvimos que hacer el check-in online ya que en la oficina dijeron que no podían coger ningun documento; ello implicó subir nuestros documentos de identidad por internet, cosa que no me pareció correcta y así lo comenté con la oficina.
• Anna (8/5): Vi hade en toppenvecka i Cascais och trivdes bra i lägenheten. - Nära till frukostcafe och trevlig marknad. Toppen med egen parkering. Rymlig och fräsch lägenhet. Hissen var väldigt liten. Krångligt att behöva hämta nyckeln på en annan adress.
• Victoria (8/5): - Está bien situado: cerca del centro, de la estación de tren. Es muy amplio y tiene aparcamiento en superficie. Junto al mercado, es una gran experiencia pasear por él y poder comprar fruta, pescado, pan, queso… Todo el apartamento está bastante nuevo excepto el cuarto de baño. Es lo más antiguo. Tiene una bañera bastante alta que puede resultar incómoda. Echamos de menos perchas para poder colgar las toallas de los 4. En la cocina, no teníamos ni paños de cocina ni bayetas.

• Alexander (9/5): very good - the staff was very friendly, location just next to fresh market. railway&bus station nearby 5 min walk. The accommodation was warm in cold season and had a central gas supply. fully equipped kitchen, wash machine,iron etc. it was the building under construction nearby, so you can hear annoying noise full time. Except this all was perfect.

• Fabiana (6/5): Pleasant - you don’t feel welcome. keep receiving messages that you cannot check in unless you pay 150 euro more . that money is charged and after 9 days returned. you feel a hostage, not a guest. it is a real shame. the problem is how the apartment is managed, not the apartment itself. I didn’t like the experience at all

• Szimi9 (6/5): Pleasant - The accommodation is in an excellent location. Large, spacious, clean and well-equipped apartment. The private parking space is very useful because the whole area is paid. The apartment has some equipment that needs renovation. The most problematic is the bathtub, which is an old non-functioning massage bath. It gives a very bad impression because it could be completely cleaned. Very unhygienic. You can say it's disgusting. It doesn't fit the whole apartment at all. It's not the landlord's fault, but unfortunately the soundproofing of the apartment is very bad. You can often hear the slamming of doors from the corridor and from the neighbor late at night - very loudly... Since the apartment opens onto the parking lot of the market, it is unfortunately not possible to open the windows at night. Either there is noise due to the preparations for the market (Wednesday-Saturday) or young people have fun at night under the windows. We spent 6 nights in the apartment with a fantastic location, but we couldn't sleep a single night because of the noises. :(
• Fishlek (9/5): Superb - free parking in central Cascais, spacy apartment, nice and quiet place despite proximity to the centre, restaurants and food market nearby beaurocratic and long procedure of registration, payments, confirmation, no plug for bathroom tube so could not use it
• T (10/5): Exceptional - A very spacious apartment, nice furnishings and good location. 8 minute walk to shopping, restaurants and sea front.

• Peter (8/5): Great place, great location but completely spoiled by the deposit experience and their lack of help. - The apartment is large and in an excellent location, it was also very clean. The protracted payment method was bad enough but the return of the damages depsoit is an absolute nightmare if the card you paid the original deposit with has expired. This is because that despite advising the property manager that we did not want the refund to be credited to the card we paid the original depsit on (11 months earlier) had expired, and the bank account closed they refused to refund it onto the card I paid the damages deposit on and paid it back onto the expired card. As the card is closed and the bank account closed this is crazy but they offered no help, additionally despite numerous calls to Booking.com and even a written promise they would refund me the deposit themselves they completely ignored me and cut me off on numerous occasions. All in all a disgrace.

• Michael (8/5): Nice place near central market - Location was great, AC cold, well furnished including everything you need for cooking. Needed a bit more lighting as it was dim at night. Shower had a maintenance issue that prevents the hand sprayer from attaching to the upper mount to convert to a fixed shower. Also the bathroom door handle is stripped on the inside.

• Alexander (8/5): Very good - Very spacious apartment. A large kitchen with all you might need. Bathroom is large too. Bed is so incredibly comfortable that you can't force yourself out of it in the morning and keep counting time until you go to sleep in the evening. Location almost ideal if you like quiet areas with a good access to natural parks. For a mountain biker like me coming out of the apartment and immediately finding myself on a hiking/cycling path leading to a forest was a priceless bonus. And yet it is very close to Cascais railway station and to a huge supermarket. Poor lighting all around the apartment. Wet floor in the bathroom after the shower. Manager sometimes very slow with response.
• Ekaterina (3/5): Very disappointing. - Good location, free parking. Not very positive experience overall. I received around 30 emails from them and the whole booking process was too complicated. They have booked a deposit without my confirmation - I believe it's absolutely unacceptable. I didn't receive any notification upon check-in (which was quite bad as well as we had to wait a while) and no information about refund when I asked. The bathroom was leaking, so the floor was completely wet after taking a shower. I asked the host about some extra towels but again received no reply. The furniture is very old, communication very poor and it's really overpriced. Would not recommend to stay there.
