Olga (10/5): Location is great, window is dangerous - Amazing location, a couple of minutes by foot from Vatican. Great host. Comfortable room, good bathroom, no problems with hot and cold water, good AC. Breakfast was not really good (fresh bread would be nice) but fresh fruit is good! The window opens and is below the waist, and in addition there is a puff below the window, just perfect for someone to fall out to the patio (and I am not joking, it is a very high floor). Please find a way to block the window completely, this is dangerous.

Victor (10/5): Wonderful, friendly stay in a real Roman neighborhood, only 10-15mn walk from the Centro Storico! - Guest Art Rome was a wonderful find, the perfect base from which to explore the city. Emiliano and Gabriele are the kindest, most helpful, most accommodating of hosts. The apartment is in a real Roman neighborhood, where real Romans live, and yet a mere 10-15 minute walk to the old center. Plenty of neighborhood stores, cafes, restaurants, markets -- you will feel like you live there. The accommodation itself is wonderful (I had the room with the ensuite bathroom) with a broad view on the wide inside courtyard. It is high up (5th floor US / 4th European -- with an elevator) on a fairly quiet street, so not much noise or pollution. The place is stylishly hip and extremely functional, with a lovely, fully equipped small kitchen. Espresso coffee machine and fruit are available, and there is all you need to cook. the beds are extremely comfy. The wifi is strong. E. and G. keep their place spotless. It is truly a wonderful place, very reasonably priced, which is probably why it is so often full! There was truly nothing -- nothing! -- not to like about Guest Art Roma! The apartment is centrally located, stylish, comfortable, easy to find, and affordable, and the hosts are delightful! I will try to return whenever back in the Eternal City!

Our host Emiliano was very warm and friendly as well as very helpful with suggestions of what to see and eat and do. I love the cute and artistic touches around the apartment. My husband loves the complimentary coffee 😁 Nil.
Valeria (10/5): Exceptional - The room was really nice and cozy, it was clean and warm. Even though the bathroom was outside the room it was close to it and it was not a problem. The bathroom was private and we had a key for it. There was also a kitchen available for use with personal cups and plates for each room. Emiliano, the host, was really friendly and helpful - he showed us most of the popular places in Rome and gave us recommendations for places to visit and to eat. Overall we had an amazing stay and we would definitely come back to Guest Art if we visit Rome again.

Had a wonderful stay in Guest Art with clean environment and very very near all the facilities and tourist attractions.I would give more than 10 stars if there is. nothing much , but I preferred more softer towels and better pillows ( but that’s my personal preference) hehe..

There was no one to greet me when I got to the booking but the next door neighbor was kind enough to call the manager for me. There was a lot of noise at night as two bathrooms were in the hall and I could hear other guests' comings and goings.

Very warm welcome with a great introduction to the city and great advice on places to visit. The whole place was spotlessly clean and having a shared kitchen was such a bonus. 2 adults and 1 teenager in rhe room and there was plenty of space. Would definitely recommend this to any visitors looking for affordable, good quality accommodation. Thank you also for allowing us to check in late.

I think we got different room in the flat than we booked but it was nice as well. I would appreciate a normal duvet cover.

I liked the fact that the kitchen was accessible and everyone had their own compartment in the fridge and also cups in the cupboard 😁. There was food and drinks available all the time and Emiliano stocked it up when it was about finishing.The apartment too was in close to the Vatican and other places of interest. I enjoyed my stay overall and will definitely recommend to my friends who may visit Rome in the future. Everything was great!
Modris (9/5): Superb - A very nice, spacious and clean place, an extremely helpful and nice host. The kitchen had more than needed to cook meals every day. The window sound isolation is perfect so don't worry about the Rome and Vatican busy night traffic noises. The two very nice touches that made the place special: the host cleans up every day, both the communal places and your room (similar like in a hotel), the kitchen had almost unlimited number of free and tasty espressos and tea. Thank you, we loved our stay. The only minus that comes in mind - small pressure in the shower and the hot water only starts to come after about 5 min.
