Ci è piaciuto molto il pensiero che hanno avuto per il compleanno di Samu , sono quei gesti che ti fanno voler bene lo staff. Gli arredi sono decisamente migliorabili , molto vintage seppur efficienti. La pulizia non è il loro cruccio principale , e manca sempre il maledetto bidet
• Zsuzsanna (10/5): - Super clean, very well equipped, comfortable apartment, very nice and friendly staff, we also had a really nice balcony with sight to a very well and nicely kept garden with a small pool. Everything was perfect, the apartment is like 5 mins walk from the ocean promenade, a shopping center and other grocery stores and bars still, it is in a very nice and quiet area. If we come back, we will definitely choose this place to stay at. There is nothing I could think of. Everything was perfect.

• Melissa (5/5): They gave our room away - The beds where comfortable. We where put in a different appartement then the one we booked. Other people wanted to stay longer so they gave away our appartment. The one they gave us was outside the accomodation, much too big for 2 people, didn't have a balcony and it was dusty and dark. When we didn't accept they found us something else the next day. They saw the new accomodation as sufficiont compensation. No other effort was mate to compensate us for the lost night and stress. The new accomodation Dunasol was really nice and clean and bright with a balcony, just what we booked.

The sun started shining on the balcony at 8:30 am, and it was lovely to enjoy our homemade breakfast there. The sun lasted until 6:30 pm. Plenty of dishes provided. Friendly staff. A few minutes’ walk to the beach and the Cita shopping center, where there is a bus stop. About 10 minutes to Yumbo. We are very satisfied with everything.

• J (8/5): Dichtbij winkelcentra, strand en restaurants - Balkon uit de wind in de zon. Rustig complex. Ontzettend vriendelijke mensen bij de receptie. 5 minuten lopen van de Cita en 15 minuten naar de jumbo. Je kijkt tegen een gebouw aan. Dit wisten we van te voren, maar viel toch wat tegen.
• Peter from Glasgow (10/5): - Excellent location between town and beach, only 10mins walk either way. Quiet street with very little noise - bright lights at night. I received very good communication from the initial booking - clear advice and guidance and booked transport to/from the aeroport for me. Spanish, English, German all spoken. Check in was all in place, left luggage available and there's small shop for essentials in reception. Apartment was ready right on time, spotlessly clean, fresh with welcome water, fruit, nuts. The facilities are all we needed, working and sufficient for the time we spent in the apartamento. Plenty of drawers, cupboard storage space. There is a private balcony with table, ideal for catching sun or glass of wine in evening! Air conditioning is available at cost, but by using the windows and airflow we didn't need it. No dislikes - just couple cautions - Check your arrival time as the office is closed 13.00 - 17.00 with no access to checkin or luggage. There is a luggage option but I'll not make public here. The upper floors are accessed by stairs if mobility is an issue, though there is street level access to 1st, 2nd floor. Cooking facilities rather limited, but tbh with so many good restaurants, bars around, not needed. Beds comfortable, but mattress bit thin and I felt it by fourth night. Satellite TV available but dominated by German channels, only BBC News available. You need a degree to work out the two handsets - a written guide would be useful.

• Erika (9/5): Schöne Unterkunft im Süden Gran Canarias - Mir hat die Lage sehr gut gefallen, nah an den Dünen von Maspalomas und doch ruhig. Die Apartments sind gut ausgestattet und haben einen geräumigen Balkon zur Sonnenseite.. Man kann kostenlos auf der Straße vor dem Gebäude parken. Der Rezeptionist sprach deutsch, ich fühlte mich gleich heimisch. Es gibt gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in den beiden nahe gelegenen Shoppingcenter. Die WLAN-Strahlung war sehr stark, was für mich als elektrosenible Person problematisch war.
• Mr. Hayon (4/5): Extra Zahlung Safe . AC . - Die Einrichtung ist sehr veraltet. Für die Nutzung der Klimaanlage sowie des Safes musste extra gezahlt werden (über 40 € für einen Aufenthalt von 10 Tagen). Es gab nicht ausreichend warmes Wasser, sodass zwei Personen nicht nacheinander duschen konnten. Zudem war das Rezeptionspersonal sowohl bei der Anreise als auch bei der Abreise unfreundlich.

Fresh bread rolls available to order every morning. Reception sell water beer wine and soft drinks..5 minute walk to the Cita centre with supermarkets bars and restaurants. 5 minutes to the beach. ( Lot of steps down to the beach if you have reduced mobility ) Towels and tea towels need renewing. Bring your own. The apartments look bigger in the photos and are a bit dated. Wifi is not great. A lot of older people there and it was difficult to get out of the pool as the steps are quite high. Would suggest getting longer ladders. Lot of steps into complex if you have reduced mobility.

Nice pool, very clean. Poor lighting. Only a couple of shelves in the bathroom for toiletries - a bit more storage would be great.....

• Atanas (8/5): - Very good location, near the beach with a lot of parking places. Very comfortable temperature in the room, we didn't even need the air conditioner. There was a fully equipped kitchen if you don't want to eat in restaurants every day. Towels were changed only onse for a week.

Rooms basic but clean, all the kitchen cooking utensils and cooking facilities you need . A lovely balcony too. The staff are quick to respond to any problems and sort things out. Will undoubtedly return. There is nothing to not like.
