• Jose (7/5): Happy with price and location . Nice villa and would use again . - The property is well located near to the strip . 5 minutes walk. The place was large and had 5 large bedrooms , 3 with en-suite bathrooms and one with on-suite kitchen and dining room . The property is slightly run down . Kitchen and bathrooms need updating so if you want 5 star , this is not for you . For me and group of guys , was perfect . Nice pool . If you have small kids , the slabs around pool need fixing as could trip on these .

• christopher (10/5): Clean and functional, staff extremely responsive and helpful - Property was clean and had everything you need for cooking and dining. Good internet access with boosters throughout. Air conditioning was excellent as were the showers, pool was cleaned daily to a high standard. Staff responded instantly to any queries and were so helpful and accommodating. Check in details were excellent and all done remotely. To be picky it was a 15 minute walk into town, we hired a car so it wasn’t a problem but even the walk isn’t the worst.

• Mark (5/5): My day was okay but it could’ve been a lot more better than okay if certain things have been carried out things like din - Great location, impressive size The facilities were old and had lots of wear and the mattresses at one time was a very good quality but I’ve have never seen mattress so dirty !!! Hot tub not working had to waste a day of my holiday waiting in for the repairs . The whole place seem to lack care by spending some money the villa would be amazing and the owner could even put the prices up
• Amanda (8/5): Great stay thank you, hope to stay again. - The price was great for the time of year compared to other properties of the same size. Yes there were areas that could be improved but fir the price it was amazing, I contacted the management for a new mop, more bedding, cups and glasses. These were delivered the next morning. The manager was very helpful. The pool was serviced every day. The outdoor furniture could do with replacing. All in all a great stay. All the facilities you could need apart from cleaning products. Please supply cleaning products such as dish soap, cloths, tea towels and cleaning spray, bin bags, we had to purchase all of these.
• Angela (8/5): However the rental cost was very reasonable and other villas we looked at were very expensive. So overall good value for - Nice pool area. Enough bedrooms. Walking distance to main strip. We liked the separate kitchen area in the basement as there were 2 families sharing and they could keep all their food/drinks in downstairs fridge. Good wi-fi The whole villa probably needs an overhaul as with so many new villas being built this one was quite dated. It just needs an upgrade in some areas. The kitchen needed more mugs and glasses. Maybe some plastic glasses that children can use round the pool. I had to buy wine glasses and a beer glass for my husband.

Evin içerisindeki eşyalar çok yeni olmamakla birlikte kirli değildi. Biz gelmeden önce temizlik yapılmıştı ancak uzun süreli kullanımlarda ev ister istemez kirleniyor. Çamaşır makinesi olması çok büyük avantajdı. Az eşya getirme fırsatımız oldu böylelikle. Ev eşyası sadece tuvalet kağıdı ve deterjan almanız yeterli. Diğer her şey villada mevcut. Klima ilk gün bize sıkıntı çıkarmıştı ancak sonrasında kendi kendine düzeldi. Zaten o kadar serindi ki klimayı sadece 2 gün açtık. Konum itibariyle sessiz sakindi. Sadece ilaçlanmaya ihtiyacı var çok fazla haşere vardı. Bizden önce yapılan temizlik de çok üstün körü bir temizlikti açıkçası. Yerler ,tuvalet vs tertemizdi ancak tavanda böcekler ve böcek yuvaları vardı onlar dahi alınmamıştı. Otel konforu beklemediğimi için bize yeterliydi,bulunduğumuz yerden gezmekti sadece amacımız. İbrahim beye çok teşekkür ederiz ilgisinden ötürü

• Yvonne (5/5): even though villa is dated really enjoyed stay because of town and surrounding area is amazing - Good location town is really good great atmosphere 150 tl taxi or 10 min slow walk friendly place 250 to oludeniz beach views to die for. pool very good .Villa good place as long as you dont expect too much. good food lots of restaurants and bars but not rowdy family friendly. Villa needs money spent on it some external doors dont lock just generally tired property even so still a good place as a base . There are some wild pigs so late night walks take a torch

• Rebecca (1/5): This villa should not be available to book. - The location, if you don't mind the gravel roads (uneven and loose rock) and steep hills. - Mould in the kettle. We found this out when making a bottle of milk for our baby, and very nearly gave her a bottle which had lumps of green and grey mould in. Thankfully we realised. - Mouldy bathrooms. - Toilet in 1st floor ensuite not flushing. - Ground floor toilet continuous sewage smell. - Many aspects falling apart, such as the sink unit in one of the 1st floor ensuites, and the door in the same bedroom. - Stair banisters were wobbly, creating a seriously unsafe environment for the children present. - Cleanliness was significantly below par - there was a hair scrunchy with hair attached left in a bathroom when we arrived, the cutlery drawer was filthy and the kitchen draining board was rusty. The rust had to be scrubbed off the kitchen draining board before it could be used. - There was a urine stain on the bedding of the lower ground floor bed. - In the lower ground floor ensuite, the metal toilet roll holder was not attached to the wall properly and regularly fell off. - There were no basic provisions within the villa, such as handwash, kitchen clothes and bin bags. Whilst I would not expect much, the lack of anything fell below my expectations. - The furniture was in a terrible state of disrepair - it was broken, torn, rusty and some had cigarette stains. It felt horrible to even need to use it. - The mosquito nets on doors were all torn and falling apart. - At times, the water within the villa did not run at all, and other times the water did not run hot. Call outs were made on this. - The pool lost power and stopped filtering, and needed someone to spend a few hours at the villa sorting it out. - It was impossible to actually park in the allocated area given the terrible state of the road. When all of this was shared with the villa, there response was as follows: "Since it was the end of the season and there were always crowded groups entering and exiting, we could not complete some of the missing items."
• Justin (5/5): Olympia B2 villa - The location and the pool area was nice, the beds were very comfortable so we had a good night's sleep. The villa was nice and big The living room was nice with comfortable sofas to Olympia B2 villa The bedroom on the 2nd floor door was broke, the wood were the latch attaches to it had snapped, so it couldn't be shut closed from the outside, only from the inside of the bedroom as they attached a bolt to the door to keep it shut. the bath in the 2nd floor room was mouldy. every morning between 7am and 11am there was no water in the villa at all, so we couldn't shower in the mornings and everyone was scared to go toilet as couldn't flush them. None of the cutlery was clean and there wasn't enough glasses in the villa, I think there was about 5 glasses available in a villa that sleeps up to 10 people, so we had to go buy disposable cups from the shop. It is such a shame really because if they sorted out the water problem and spent some money on fixing it up give the villa some tlc, it would be a really really nice villa to stay at

• Steve (8/5): - The actual building is good looking with plenty of space and the views are fantastic. The pool and outside area are very nice although the sun shades and sun beds are old/broken and need to be replaced. But it is inside the property that badly, badly needs to have money spent on it. Electric sockets hanging off the wall, loose taps and shower fittings, wardrobes with no shelves , loose wires, chairs and other furniture poorly repaired and needing to be replaced. The list goes on, but to put it bluntly a few thousand pounds needs to be spent on bringing this property up to a decent standard. On a positive note the wi-fi, air conditioning and hot water were all ok
• Mohamed (5/5): Overall disappointing. They need to fix the water problem. - Clean villa, with nice pool. Water. There was little to no water during my stay. Couldn’t shower, use bathroom or wash clothes and dishes. It was a nightmare. The host was unable and or unwilling to do anything to fix the problem and blamed it on the municipality. Olympia villas should’ve offered us a solution; a refund or booked us into another accommodation. Their guests should come as a priority. But clearly not the case.
• Alexandra (10/5): ideal holiday. there is a button outside the villa to press for a taxi, and it arrives within minutes. villa is beautifu - perfect location, 5 mins away from local bars/shops/restaurants. huge villa, plenty room, great pictures do not do it justice! amazing. the fact we had to leave!
• Gillian (7/5): Lovely, entertained. Lots of pool use. - The location is great, the space was wonderful. The cleanliness could have been better. The floor was quite dirty (my toddler had black feet after walking bare foot for a short amount of time, cobwebs all over walls and ceilings, hygiene sticker from previous guests bikini stuck to the wall). The road leading to the villa was quite dangerous, steep, stone road with a huge crack in the middle. Asked for a cot and highchair before teavelling and I was told it would be there. It wasn't so I asked the host and he said he would return the following say with them. He didn't.
• Anonymous (4/5): I would never stay at this villa again, would never recommend it. - close to all shops and bars poor standards 2 showers not working, kitchen falling apart not cleaned properly before we arrived. patio doors not opening floors dusty not enough shade in the outside area, steps into the pool much to steep to safely walk in 3 member of our party fell in they were over 65. The sauna stunk hadn’t been cleaned at all. As for the kitchen the plastic covered doors was all hanging off , there wasn’t enough cutlery or cups or glasses for the amount of people that the villa allowed. The banisters were falling off the walls up the stairs, upstairs bathroom stunk of wee. I complained to the host and one shower was fixed after 2 days, and the patio door.
• Julia (7/5): Nice looking villa and good location but needed some TLC. - Close to town. Beds very comfortable and very clean. Lovely sitting room. Did ask for new clothes airer as the one in the villa was broken but the manager brought us a new one. villa needed a bit of tlc. Dishwasher had wires holding baskets up so couldnt open drawers properly. Bannisters to staircase very rickety as were the railings on balcony areas. Needed proper curtains to bedrooms as very bright in the mornings. Door to pool area was very hard to open and close as you had to have two people push as it seemed off its runners. The sun didnt touch the swimming pool after 3pm so pool was quite cool. Hot water was not plentiful for a villa this size. Toilet next to front door light made an awful noise. Couldnt get the safe to work!
