When i ask about cctv, then knwing that one of the staff took the room key. The price for 1 room for 2 nights is RM180 but the manager ask me to pay double (walk in). Before leaving i message for the price explaination but until now no one to do so…

- Awang (1/5): Very Bad Experienced. - Nothing I can tell except I am very frustrated choosing Green Rose Hotel Batam. Service very Bad with totally no water for more the 5 hours .So I am suppose to stay 2 days but due to water problem I have to check out and stay only one night with very Bad experienced. I ask for refund but thier staff told me to refer Booking.com.

- Luq (8/5): Overall...I have a great stay. Having convenient shops around will be even better. - Staffs were great at handling my needs. Having an enclose wardrobe will be a great factor as I am a smoker and doesn't want my clothes to be smelly.
- Mandal (1/5): Its a scam. - It was clean Hotel receptionist don't talk in English. They are kind of scam. I told to book for 2 days. They took payment for one day and deposit advanced. After then next day they come up again saying room price has increased and took extra money for next day. That's very bad. They should have book 2 day at the same time... Its like every day they come up saying give today's payment and today price is more than yesterday. Totally unprofessional it is. Another thing i did not like is, no room cleaning, no water, no shampoo refilling from second day. If we ask for basic water, we have to pay. We needed to convince them they are supposed to provide one bottle water everyday free of cost.

Room which I was assigned to had random occurrences of flooding in the restroom of 406. I would like to suggest for the management of hotel to consider installing another drainage system just below the toilet sink. Thank you!

During our last night there, a lady staff was kind enough to help deliver my wife's medications from the lobby up to our room without us requesting for it. Thank you for that. I did requested for the receptionist staff to send in new set of towels, toiletries, coffee and tea packets as well as mineral water to my room on my 3rd extensions but nobody came. I am quite disappointed for this aspect. On the note, later at that night, a lady staff was kind enough to help deliver my wife's medications from the lobby up to our room without us requesting for it. Thank you for that.

My husband and I have to do our cleanings.. I only call housekeeping to clean the toilet.. The bed is not clean.. my husband had itchiness for 3 days..
