- Tiayla (10/5): - I liked the staff and the location There wasn't a way to cast my devices to the tv. Nothing modern like Netflix or YouTube on the tv.
- Kevin (10/5): -
- Victoria (10/5): -
- samanske (10/5): - The staff at night when we cheked in, very nice The morning front desk employee not very ambitious, was looking at her phone the entire ti.e we ate breakfast

- Tyler (9/5): -
- Melanie (8/5): - Location was great for us. The breakfast was good. The bedding was whack. fitted sheet and mattress cover kept coming off throughout the night, and since we are seniors, I don't think it was due to rambunctious activity!
- David (9/5): The room was very clean and modern. The breakfast was great. The staff was friendly. Overall great stay! - Very clean modern room.
- Tyler (9/5): -
- Dixie (10/5): Always a great place to stay. Clean and safe -
- Finestead (10/5): -
- Charles (9/5): -
- Wendy (6/5): - Friendly, decent, central location. Cold, noise, ugly food
- Robert (9/5): -
- Amy (10/5): Great from the toom to the coffee it was awesome - Cleanliness and the breakfast area was clean and food was warm and tasted good. Coffee was great and there was even a fresh pot made mid morning and mid afternoon which was nice. Suggestion: Construction vehicles that are larger - could they park at one area of the lot, like the area by Braums or somewhere all together as they are large vehicles and take up a lot of space -and when they park next to you it makes it hard to get in and out of your car. I was not unhappy as I know the guys were younger workers who just did not realize and I get it but would be nice if they had one area to themselves to park in.
- Barbara (5/5): Room/location & check-in were great. If I were the manager, all employees would look professional - The lady that checked us in was excellent - LaKendra, she was friendly and professional! The morning lady that worked was very unkempt and not overly friendly, looked like she just got out of bed. The breakfast area was not what I would call clean and stocked. If you want this hotel to be desired by travelers, it starts with the appearance as you walk in and who greets you. All should look professional.
Afternoon man was very nice.

- Mbayar (10/5): -
- alexandrea (9/5): Great stay nice safe location! - Location is great close to lots of restaurants, shopping and entertainment The bed wasn’t the most comfortable. I would give a 10/10 but beds need updates
- Mark (8/5): -
- Kelly (4/5): Never will stay again. - Clean!! Check out, managament, beds, noise level, housekeeping walked in our room at 8:30 when I told them we would check out at 10, breakfast was not great- pancake machine kept breaking and front desk would rather be on phone than be helpful.
- Joe (9/5): -
- Bruce (10/5): - very good selection
- Jared (8/5): -
- Stephanie (9/5): It was a short, comfy stay. - Coffee was good and loved you had oatmilk. Loved the yogurt option. The breakfast was okay. Would prefer waffles over pancakes.
- Tina (10/5): I will plan my future stays in Wichita here. - It was perfect all the way around. Nothing… it was all good.
- Christina (8/5): - Comfy beds and close to restaurants. The only downfall was the heat wasnt working and our room was cold.
- Linda (10/5): - Very nice, clean and updated rooms and lobby. The breakfast was great with different choices. Walking distance to Braums and other places.
- Laura (5/5): decent stay. Clean and staff was friendly, but won't stay again due to small room size. - Clean, staff was friendly, good location The room was very small.
- Kasha (10/5): - Everything was great! The room was clean!! Hotels have been slacking since Covid, but you all did great! N/a
- Shannon (10/5): -
- Joni (10/5): -
- Dixie (9/5): - Housekeeping was outside my door when I still had 1 1/2 hours till check out time.
- Yesenia (10/5): - How clean it was & walking in & the rooms as well. Beds were really comfortable N/A
- Harlee (7/5): - I know some people say they don’t like the bed cuz it’s hard but I liked it but that’s just me I guess. Other then that it’s okay Wellllll, first off why are the rooms so small even for a king room but have tall ceilings 🤨. And idk why but after showering took a nap and woke up from the bathroom smelling really bad had too keep the door closed too keep the smell contained. This is somthing small but the light allll the way up on the ceiling it has spider webs by it 👀 sooo yeah there’s that, also with the shower when you turn it on you need too test the water befor you get in if you do that water gets everywhere. And worst of all the AC is not cold it’s just a fan blowing 🙄 but not going too come back again
- Audrey (7/5): Ok buy pet fee too high. - Easy access I called Tru Hilton in advance and asked about the pet fee and was told it was $50. When I got to the property, it was $75 and I was told by the desk that he “didn’t know who told me that.” These pet fees for an overnight stay are exorbitant. Raised my stay to over $200 and I’m literally sleeping there off the interstate one night. No coffee in room.
- Deon (8/5): - Room was clean and comfortable. Flooring in our room was poorly constructed. And the shower leaked all over the floor.
- Melinda (10/5): -
- Karen (10/5): -
- christopher (4/5): - Body wash and shampoo, and conditioner already provided in the shower Asked for a walk in shower, was told I booked a room with a walk in, showed up to property asked again about walk in shower, host said not in that room, changed my room, and no walk in shower
- Juliec.b (10/5): -
- Lisa (10/5): - Clean friendly convenient No pool
- Becca (8/5): - Walls are super thin, so you can hear your neighbors very easily
- Michael (8/5): -
- Guest (9/5): Comfortable, clean and good location. - Staff members were cheerful and friendly. Coffee was always fresh and hot. I also enjoyed that the rooms were very dark when I slept. I have zero complaints. Everything was great.
- Brad (8/5): Quick check in, great staff, easy stay! - Clean and modern. Good location. Nice lobby and easy parking. The bed was not the most comfortable.
- Mesch (10/5): Three nights = Ideal and easy - If you're hanging around the east side of Wichita, Tru is ideal. If you love a quick, simple breakfast, Tru is ideal and please try the yogurt machine! There is a Peloton bike in the gym, and you don't need to pack your clip-in shoes - amazing! The rooms are clean (in design and sanitation), the bathrooms are huge. And, indeed, you can bring your pup. Plenty of parking. Good elevators. Sits next to so many businesses. Food delivery is easy and secure. Black-out curtains. Good toiletries.
I have stayed at this particular Tru by Hilton property 6-7 times over the past 5 years, and every visit, it just gets better and better. Nothing, but if I had to dig deep...
It's obvious to me that Tru by Hilton is for the travelers who fall on the minimalist side of things. So, I understand this, but there is a little lack of storage...Particularly in the shower, no shelf to hold any toiletries of your own (the floor of the shower is so fine).
Yes, that's so nit-picky, but that's the only thing I can think of that I wish was different.
- Shannon (9/5): -
- Payne (10/5): -
- Robert (10/5): - Perfect location to Attend Flight safety training. Close to good restaurants and stores for any needed items
- sandra (9/5): -
- Thomas R (7/5): Novel environment, clever main lobby, neat and clean rooms. - Neat, clean and novel The air conditioner didn’t work properly in our room.
- Kylie (10/5): - Will definitely stay again
- Martin (8/5): - Facility was clean, staff was friendly. Will consider staying here again.
- Courtney (10/5): - The hotel was in a good location and the staff was super friendly! Parking was good and well lit! Bed was comfy and room spacious! Shower and towels were good! Breakfast was adequate, nothing fancy. Juice was a little watered down. Overall, nice place and would stay again
- Bret (10/5): - We have stayed in Wichita many times. This is our new favorite!
- Mcdonald (10/5): - I liked the lady that was checking us in. She was very helpful, funny, she was like talking to a old friend. Loved it. We liked how the lobby had games. The beds aren't that comfy.
- Mcdonald (10/5): -
- kathleen (10/5): - Everything was great we will be coming back
- Mark (10/5): - Staff is friendly and amazing!!!
- Jessica (10/5): -
- KELVIN (10/5): - Exceptionally quiet, despite being in the middle of a retail area. Several options for food that you could walk Two within minutes.
- Damien (10/5): -
- Gerald (10/5): - N/A
- Vanshond (6/5): - Manager was not really friendly upon me having credit card troubles..wouldn't let me pay with my other credit card on hand..was just a hassle not very polite to wife also..we have stayed
- Bambenek (8/5): -
- Roberts (1/5): -
- Son (10/5): - Clean
- Gayle (6/5): - It was clean, but we were not told they would charge $75 for dog to stay
- Loretta Diane (10/5): - The bed was great, had a great night sleep. Breakfast was good. I had scrambled eggs and sausage and juice very clean very well. Kept nice dining area. Lots of seating.
- Lynde (2/5): $500 to sleep on floor & poor management - We booked a room with two queen beds for two nights for a basketball tournament only to check into a room with 1-bed. When we spoke to the front desk, who was very apologetic & while they were sold out he could provide extra blankets & pillows for someone to sleep on floor (which is tile/LVP). He said it was something to do with third party booking, however the morning clerk said it was the general manager that overbooked & changed our room and put us in a 1-bed.Mind you, we chose to stay only because we were 4 hours from home & all hotels were sold out due to the tournament happening. After almost no sleep, I awoke to meet with the manager who was not even on time for her shift. I gave her time to check in & settle so we could discuss. She immediately started interrupting me & telling me yes she changed my booking, that she didn't have to give me two beds, that it was just a reservation. It almost seemed comical to her that I had just spent $508 to sleep on the floor. It took everything not to cry. I work hard for my money & tournament weekends are not cheap. I let her know that Hotels.com would be calling & I hoped that she would do the right thing & return my money. I am supposed to get one night back, they refuse to give the other night, which I still am not ok with. At this point, I just want the Hotel to be aware of the type of person they have running their hotel. I would strongly suggest if someone is looking to book, look elsewhere.
- Steve (10/5): - Nice, new, modern place! Very accommodating staff. Will come back!!!
- Carolyn (10/5): - Great overnight stay!
- Daryl (10/5): - Really nice and budget friendly hotel with amazing super friendly front desk staff. And a great breakfast to start the morning.
- Kristal (8/5): - Clean, quiet and fantastic pillows! The bed was a bit hard for me.
- Francois (9/5): -
- Jennifer (10/5): Great experience - This is a classic Tru hotel. The lobby was noisy due to a large high school volleyball team hanging out there during checkin. The hostess went to great measures to make sure we were on a different floor just to ensure a quiet stay for us. Breakfast was excellent. Room was clean and comfortable.
- Lora (10/5): -
- Ruthanne (10/5): Overall, great location, comfort, great breakfast and reasonable price. - The staff was friendly. The location, the bed was comfortable, quiet and the breakfast was good. The a/c was either too cold or made the room humid. Didn’t seem centralized throughout the room. No pool.
- KELVIN (10/5): - Staff was wonderful. Room was quiet. Close to food and entertainment.
- Leah (10/5): - 😁
- Sarah (10/5): - very good
- Jeannie (2/5): - Worst place I've ever stayed. Staff were very nice.
- Alissa (10/5): - Property was clean and the staff was super polite!
- Lara (10/5): - Great and clean
- Lauryn (2/5): - this property had a good room and all but no security outside for protection my vehicle got broken into that night and they couldn't do anything but put a note to come to the front desk and tell me
- Francois (8/5): Very good - The location...service...very clean. The beds.
- Leija (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jonas (9/5): Superb -
- Linda (10/5): Awesome hotel! - The staff were so nice! Great rooms and great parking! Love having breakfast! Thank you!
- Michelle (6/5): - We found a ball of not our hair on the underside of the fitted sheet and are hoping it was just leftover from the laundry. Part of wallpaper or wall was loose in the bathroom. Breakfast was mediocre.
- Thomas (10/5): - First time staying at Tru. Really like the setup
- Felix (10/5): - Clean !
- Scott (4/5): Recent stay - Rooms small, paint coming off in the bathroom, breakfast was small.
