A staff member to highlight was Zinabel who was part of breakfast crew. As someone with mobility issues, Zinabel quickly stepped up to help me when necessary. It was a delightful stay all around!

On the weekend that we stayed, there was some repair that was going on in the middle of the day above our room. We were not able to sleep in longer because of the noise. We appreciated if they had given us a heads up.

- Latoya (10/5): My stay was wonderful. - The breakfast was a standard hotel breakfast. The fruits were fresh. My family and I enjoyed it. All the staff greeted us whenever we walked by whether the Front desk or Hallways. I would have loved to have bacon, but I assume since it was a busy weekend it would be too much to keep up with. The pillows could have been just a little more comfortable.

- 355samuelk (10/5): Elena the angel. - Elena was the light I needed after dealing with a travel nightmare involving 13 cancelled flights and needing a room for just an hour to freshen up before heading to a work engagement. She was kind, offered me complimentary food and late check out. She really cared and was the only person out of all the services reps I dealt with all day that was kind. I won't forget her.

Worth the stay. - Breakfast could have been a little later on Sunday, 10am is short time when check out isn't until 12pm. Hotel was clean. Valet was great and very quick with getting car. Staff were all helpful & friendly. I would recommend staying here if you are traveling in the area. Just that breakfast cutoff was so early. Almost missed out.

- Amnah (8/5): - I liked the room, the bed is large, it has a fridge, hair dryer and iron and stand. The AC is good. I enjoy the scrambled eggs at breakfast and my son likes the waffles. The bed cover was a thin blanket and it was small. Variety of breakfast is poor for hot food. I had to book a full extra day as they do not allow late check outs.

- Trevor (1/5): Never staying at this dirty hotel. - I had a couple of really great staff members. I stayed here and noticed that there was issues with the room I was in, I woke up the following morning with a scratchy throat so I looked around and found black on the window curtains right in front of the vent. I’m sure the moisture and cold air might have caused something to start growing, a culture if you will. I went to ask for a new room at the front, the first thing I do is check the same spot and lo and behold, the same issue! Finally after going back downstairs and getting another room, one of the employees had mentioned this room should have no issue, sounds like they may know this is possibly an on-going issue. I will note the final room had the vent placed after the curtains which would indicate that is how something was growing.

- Frank (9/5): We were there under stressful circumstances, however the facility and the staff were wonderful! - We were in the area for a very emotional sudden funeral. The entire staff was personable, helpful, and professional. The evening soup and salad bar was great. A young lady from your staff graciously held it open past the closing time. She even refilled and brought us an additional round of soups and food. The lighting in the room even with every source on was not bright enough. And the room darkening section of the window curtains did not fully cover the beautiful full glass wall. This was not a problem for us as we had to be up and out each day pretty early. This might be a problem for some guests and I am not sure if every room is set up the same way.

All staff members were very friendly and helpful The transport from New York back to the hotel. The drivers are not helpful at all, very angry all the time. When you coming back from NYC always ask for tickets to zone 3 and ask to stop next to the hotel.
- Guest (8/5): Good value for the money, very convenient to get to the centre - Elegant hallway and breakfast room. Well equipped gym and pool. Free tea and hot chocolate at the lobby. Bus stop to a main bus Station in the centre is a 4 minutes walk. From that bus station it’s a 10 minutes walk to Times Square; very central. It’s t runs often and until late night, costs 5$. Breakfast was the same every day and could be a bit tastier but all in all enough variety for the money. Scrambled eggs, pattys, potatoes, oat meal, bagels, cream cheese, muffins, cereals, youghurt,.. Room could be a little cozier and warmer. You do hear street noise constantly.

- 심 (7/5): 전반적으로 기분좋았던 룸컨디션 - 뉴욕 타임스퀘어 호텔보다 훨씬 넓고 쾌적하고 전망도 좋았습니다. 차가 있는 사람들에게는 정말 편안하고 좋은 숙소 일듯합니다. 뻥뚫린 전망과 조용한 분위기, 편안한 룸 컨디션, 쾌적한 화장실은 정말 기분 좋게 합니다. 그러나 조식 메뉴가 기본메뉴였고 숙박객에 비해 앉을 자리가 없어서 호텔방에서 먹었습니다. 그리고 호텔 내에 저녁을 먹을 수 있는 레스토랑이 없습니다. 그러나 우버잇츠 배달이 용이해서 좋았습니다. 차가 없는 사람들은 뉴욕시내 관광지를 다닐 때, 우버이용을 계속해야 해서 교통비도 고려해야 할 것 같습니다. 연말 성수기에 이용해서 그런지 1박 비용이 비싼 편이고 가성비 호텔이라는 느낌은 잘 못받았습니다.

- Monika (7/5): - Spacious room, bathroom, coffee and tea available 24/7, reception and housekeeping staff. The breakfast was inedible for us — truly awful. There were no proper duvets, just thin covers that left us cold at night. When we turned on the heating, it was so loud we couldn’t sleep. The pool was dirty, the water was cold, and the room was so drafty it felt like the wind was blowing inside. Although there was an express bus to Manhattan, it was often delayed, overcrowded, or we had to stand. The deposit was several hundred dollars and could only be paid with a credit card.Uncomfortable beds.

Location - absolutely comfortable express bus 167 to Manhattan! Price is 10$ - in two ways! Water in bathroom sink or cold or very hot, Shower curtains very short, water goes on the floor from shower.

From a distance, simply through email communication, they helped me organize a surprise for a family of dear friends staying at the hotel. Every exchange was met with kindness, clarity, and genuine willingness to help. They even shared photos via email of the room setup and the amenities prepared for the family, which showed an incredible level of care and attention to detail. A special mention goes to Musa, who was absolutely incredible throughout the entire process. Her kindness, availability, and professionalism were beyond anything I have ever experienced in remote, online interactions. She made everything feel easy, personal, and thoughtfully handled, a true example of outstanding customer care. Thank you to Musa and to the whole team for the warmth, professionalism, and generosity you showed. Experiences like this truly make the difference and stay with you.

- Ruth (6/5): - Well the size of the room was gigantic for just one person. They immediately upgraded me when I came in. The room was dark and it was cold. I could not get the temperature up and woke up one night at 3 PM to have cold air from the vent across the room blowing on my head. I was NOT happWy. The selection of channels on the TV was miserable. Not much in that department.

- Edoardo (10/5): Ottimo soggiorno; se dovessi ritornare a New York sceglierei ancora quest'albergo - Buona colazione, che spesso non è inclusa negli alberghi di New York. Pur essendo in New Jersey l'hotel dista soli 25 minuti di autobus dalla stazione di Port Authority a Manhattan (a un paio di isolati da Bryant Park, quindi dal pieno centro di New York). Da molti alberghi del Queens o di Brooklyn il tempo di arrivo a Times Square è decisamente più lungo (40-45 minuti). L'hotel è nel contesto di un centro multifunzionale ed è decisamente silenzioso. La colazione potrebbe essere un po' più varia (non vi aspettate la colazione di un 4 stelle italiano), ma tutto sommato non è male.

- laura (5/5): - Non siamo stati molto bene in questo albergo. La colazione era terribile, alla reception non c' era servizio: abbiamo chiesto di mettere delle cose in cassaforte ( è un servizio elencato sul sito dell' hotel ) e non trovavano la chiave. Abbiano chiesto informazioni sugli autobus e non sapevano nulla. Non hann9 nemmeno portato i bagagli in stanza. Il riscaldamento in camera si regolava male, o era troppo freddo o troppo caldo. Spesso l'acqua calda non funzionava bene. La doccia aveva un getto debole ed era vecchia senza l' opzione della maniglia che si usa se non si vuole lavare i capelli. Il bagno non aveva bidet. Nel bagno non c' era nemmeno il bicchiere per lo spazzolino da denti, o la cuffia, il cotone tutte le cose che hanno gli hotel normali. L' asciugacapelli era dell' anteguerra. Tutto era un po' decadente. Il letto per fortuna era comodo, nel complesso l' hotel era pulito. Il bilancio è certamente negativo
