The breakfast was very limited. We decided not to eat there. The first room had so many bugs we decide to ask for another room. The second room had bugs also but not as many as the first. The room was never serviced. We had to ask for someone to come to the room fix the fridge, it was leaking water when we walked into the room.

Breakfast was not good either. Definitely better places to stay. This is definitely the worst hotel I have ever stayed at.

And I went to the front desk for extra towels. The guy said they were in the process of getting new sets prepared and would bring mine to my room... that never happened.

- Susan (8/5): - Unfortunately, your first impression as you walk in is the entrance door mat is dirty which immediately makes you wonder if the rest of the hotel is dirty. Which it isn’t. But that might be something someone would like to address at the entrance doors. Regarding conditions, there was a picture missing over the small dining room table, with brackets still left in the wall. Overall, I think all Home2suites living areas are very awkwardly shaped with poor, cold nondescript decor. I stay at multiple Home2suites and find the outer living room of the suites all the same, not inviting at all ! Lastly, and aside from cleanliness, the most important aspect is the staff is extremely friendly, personable and accommodating. The staff would entice me to stay again. The staff was excellent. Pa: please add more variety to your snack area, such as crackers with cheese, or the refrigerated snack, cheese and crackers. Poor selection in your snack area.

I was greeted with a smile by Keyona (spell check) and explained the ins and outs of the hotel and check-in. She was amazing, and you all are blessed to have her. The customer prior to me did not understand the incidentals hold, and despite Keyona explaining as calmly and respectfully as possible. The lady continued to express disdain. It was truly shocking to see someone treat an employee this way, but it did not phase Keyona. She was still pleasant. The beds were comfortable. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was tasty. All in all, it was a nice trip. I will be back with my family as it was truly a great experience.

The breakfast had a good deal of variety including healthy options. The staff was exceptionally helpful. The young lady that checked us in offered to check us in early without me even asking her. The cleaning staff always greeted us with a smile. The hotel was very clean, had a very clean smell and I never seen anything out of place. That is couldn't stay longer. Lol

- 853delaneys (10/5): Great hotel within close proximity of Six Flags & Atlanta! - I had a very pleasant experience with staying at this Home2 Suites as this was a birthday trip with two days planned for Six Flags, which is less than 10 minutes from this hotel! I checked in on the Hilton Honors app the night before stating that I would be arriving by 4PM, and when I arrived around 1:30PM the room was already ready! All of the staff members were very friendly and accommodating throughout our 4-night stay. The hotel offers complimentary breakfast, which I found to be pretty good for your average hotel breakfast, this helped me and my travel party with leaving to start our day. I found that the room was very spacious and with three of us travelling we we're all able to sleep in our own bed as the room offered a sleeper sofa. We had one minor inconvenience with the curtain rod breaking that separates the room, but I let the Front Desk know about the issue and that I would be gone for the day and once I returned, it was fixed! I would definitely recommend this hotel for people that are traveling to the Atlanta area and do not want to stay right in Downtown.

- Jeff (9/5): Nice, but unfortunate hidden pet fee. - Clean, comfortable, decent breakfast. Booking.com doesn't surface that you are forced to pay a non-refundable $75 for a pet at check-in. I would have chosen another location had I any known this ahead of time.

- SweetMissa (8/5): Good experience - We were visiting family nearby and stayed 7 nights. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the AC worked well. It was October but still in the 80’s. We used the refrigerator and the coffee maker. The coffee in the lobby is much better than the pod coffee in the room. The fitness center was clean and machines were working well. They had small bottles of water and hand towels out the first day we went, but the water was gone after that. The washer and dryer are also in the fitness center and worked well. Bring quarters if you plan on doing laundry. The market in the lobby has a good variety of snacks, drinks and essentials like pain relievers, laundry detergent and even dog treats. There is a sign in the room that states housekeeping comes every other day. We weren’t sure which day that starts on because we arrived on a Wednesday and did not have housekeeping until Saturday. Even then, the coffee was not replenished. Housekeeping did not come again. I did reach out through chat in the app on Monday night but did not receive a response. I reached out again on Tuesday and did receive a response. The person who responded said that housekeeping didn’t come because we had the do not disturb sign on our door. I understand that, but we removed the sign while housekeeping was still on our floor and had not made it to our room yet. They did say we could request a time for housekeeping to come, but we were checking out the next day so it was not necessary and we had already found housekeeping and asked for new towels. If you’re like us and like to keep the sign on the door until you’re ready for the day, make sure you request a time for housekeeping to come.
- suitebelle (2/5): They submitted fraudulent charges to my account! Beware! - This hotel was nice. But the staff are huge liars. I got accused of not leaving room at checkout. One of housekeepers smoke in my after I left. Then I get a charge for smoking. That’s fraudulent. Do not stay at this hotel. I’m a diamond Hilton member and this has never happened. This hotel should be ashamed!
