Çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve sıcakkanlı insanlardı. Tuvaletteki havalandırma sistemi çok gürültülü çalışıyordu, havalandırmaya parmağımla bastırınca gürültüsü kayboluyordu. Tamir edilmesi gerekiyor.

Girişte oda kullanımı hakkında bilgi verilirken herşey güzel ancak odayı teslim etme konusunda bilgi verilmemesi iyi değildi. Tesisten ayrılırken ne yapacağımızı anlamakta güçlük yaşadık. Eksiklik veya sevmemek değil, ama bir öneri olarak otel terliği de verilmesi iyi olabilir. Ayrıca duş camı belki 10 cm daha geniş yapılabilirdi, böylece klozetin önündeki alan da daha az ıslanırdı.

• Steffanie (6/5): - Das Deluxe Apartment ist wirklich schön eingerichtet und gemütlich. Achtung! Wir haben nicht das Apartment bekommen, dass wir auf booking com gebucht hatten. Erst nach Reklamation und Diskussionen haben wir das Apartment bekommen, dass auch auf den Bildern angezeigt war. Sowas ist einfach ärgerlich. Scheint aber eine Masche hier in Griechenland zu sein. Haben es nun öfter erlebt. Das Bett ist extrem hart. Ich konnte nicht gut darin schlafen.

The hotel only provides two parking spots, which are often full, and finding street parking in the old town can be quite difficult. The comforter was quite stiff and felt a bit like napkin fabric. It would be nicer if it were softer.

• irem (8/5): It was a good stay but more expensive than its worth - It was clean and the bed was comfortable. Everything seemed new. The balcony was relaxing. Easy check-in and out. It is not a big deal but the studio was not as spacious as it looked on photos. I stayed there with a friend and we booked the place to have our own space. It was ok for 1 or 2 days but more than that would have been difficult.

Being so close to other buildings the room was very noisy especially in early mornings. Waking up with high volume discussions from next rooms or the garden, was not very pleasant.

• Ebru (9/5): No need to look for another place for our next visit to Mitilini. Just book @ Heliotrope. - Very nicely located apartments. Obviously recently renovated. Very clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. The apartments are fully furnished, one can live there without any problem, kitchen, bathroom, tv, washing machine, air conditioning... In order to maximise the space in the rooms, the design of the building tends to narrow the common areas. Difficult to open the doors, elevator small and does not have a inner safety door.

• Hanife Guzin (9/5): Very nice place to stay in Mytilene - The location was the best. However if you have a car you need to be lucky to get one of the two parking spaces the property has. Maria was very helpful about it. Walkable to every nice places in the center, nice, big, brand new and clean room and it was cool considering the hot weather... Enough equipment to prepare breakfast & food if you want to... We really enjoyed our stay...

• EVANGELIA (10/5): Highly recommended!! - The apartment was big, clean, brand new, exactly like the photos. The hosts were super friendly and gave us the best advice for places to visit. There was cleaning service everyday! As it is centrally located, and there is parking space for only two cars in a first come first served basis, you can find parking space around the port. A personal thank you, as they were so accommodating when I forgot something behind and they went out of their way to send it to me! I would definitely come back!!

Unfortunately there is only 1 parking space and the streets are narrow but the public parking was 7-8 minutes walking distance. The baby cot isnt free. There is a daily charge but it was mentioned when i booked so I knew it

Only 1 parking space. It wasnt a big issue for us since the public parking (free) was in a very short distance.

Μοσχομύριζε όλος ο χώρος ! Συν το ότι ήταν δύο λεπτά από τον κεντρικό πεζόδρομο με τα μαγαζιά! Το αγάπησα αυτό το σπίτι! Θα ξανά ερχόμουν Μυτιλήνη μόνο και μόνο για μείνω εκεί! Μπράβο !!!
