We appreciated the layout of a the room and ability to stay in one room as a family of 5 (Murphy bed was a hit with our middle kiddo!). The hotel was very convenient to local transportation (across from train station and all trains/street cars to get around town). Our only complaint (if it is one!) is that shower stall was tiny- couldn't turn or move without touching the glass sides!

• Arnaud (10/5): Séjour familial d'une nuit. Excellent ! - Chambres familiales hyper fonctionnelles, de taille pas gigantesque, mais très correcte pour y passer la nuit. L'équipement de la chambre est juste ce qu'il faut pour un séjour familial. En revanche, la salle de bain est petite, et combine lavabos, douche et WC... limitant quand on est 4 dans la chambre. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment super, très complet, d'une qualité bien supérieure à ce qu'on pourrait attendre de cette catégorie d'hôtel !

There was a mistake on the room allocated, which was too small while I had made a reservation for a party of 5 and no bigger rooms where available. They quickly solved the issue by proposing to have a second room. It was appreciated.

• Inna (10/5): - Very close to the central railway station, the room was comfortable and clean, window looking to the inner yard so no street noise, it had everything you need to have a good rest after travelling all day. The check-in and checkout was fast and friendly. I didn’t have breakfast at the hotel but 1 min walk away is a very good boulangerie with coffe and great choice of bread and pastry. I can definitely recommend and would stay again myself.
• Marie-Pierre (6/5): Hôtel pratique à proximité de la gare ! - Chambre convenable, sans plus. Le prix est un peu cher par rapport à la prestation. La chambre est un peu petite. Literie confortable, mais mais pas de chevet et la chambre manque de place lorsqu’on a 2 valises. La douche n’est pas très pratique et il y avait un pb de fuite au niveau de la paroi 😕 Point très positif : l’ensemble du personnel est très accueillant et serviable ! Et le petit-déjeuner est d’un bon rapport qualité/prix.

• Elizabeth (2/5): - Property pictures were not like the pictures they posted online the front of the hotel was not in any of the pictures just the top of the hotel was only posted. There was homeless people right in front from the hotel with mattresses on floor. I was very dissatisfied. Also they charged me for two days of stay and for two days of breakfast. I stood there only one day. I wanted to leave that same night but waited til the next day. Don’t recommend that place.

A la hora del desayuno tuvimos problema porque aunque reservamos alojamiento con desayuno, no les aparecía este servicio en recepción y no nos dieron los tickets para entregar en el comedor. Aún así, lo comentamos en recepción y al ver la reserva en mi aplicación, nos dieron los tickets de inmediato. Desayuno con poca variedad, pero se desayuna bien si no eres muy exigente. La ubicación perfecta frente a la estación, a 20 min andando tranquilamente de la catedral

Caminando a 15 minutos de la zona turística de la ciudad. Habitaciones muy amplias y cómodas. Desayuno básico, nada extraordinario.

• Sonja (8/5): Zum Schlafen völlig ausreichend - Der Aufenthalt im Ibis Hotel war zum Schlafen in Ordnung. Für 5 Personen waren die Familienzimmer sehr klein und wirklich nur zum Schlafen geeignet, da in dem Zimmer kein Platz zum Spielen oder Verweilen war. Die Koffer musste man unter den Betten verstauen. Zum Schlafen aber wirklich ok und trotz Zimmer zum Bahnhof leise. Das Frühstück war ok. Verbesserungswürdig: Die Handtücher waren etwas muffig und bequemere und größere Kopfkissen wären besser.

Die Lage beim Bahnhof war praktisch. Nahe vom Zentrum und Nahe vom öffentliche Verkehr. Das Frühstücks Buffet war klein aber sehr gut.

• Pascal (8/5): - The room was modern, clean and heated. The bathroom was sufficient. We had a small leek in the shower. There was only one elevator which we had to wait for several times. At checkin we aldo had to wait a considerable amount of time till the receptionist came. Breakfast was pleasantly surprising. Many choices and the staff in charge of it was very helpful, friendly and constantly making sure nothing was running out and that everything was clean.
