• Roberto (10/5): UN LUGAR CÓMODO PARA DISFRUTAR - La ubicación es excelente, está a una calle de Provenza y lo mejor de todo es lo suficientemente privado como para que el ruido de Provenza no afecte tu sueño ,literal si te quieres quedar en Provenza está esta es la mejor opción.

Muy buena ubicación y las instalaciones cumplen con lo necesario. Demasiada humedad en la habitación, se sentía el oler a humedo y es puede generar complicaciones para las personas con alergia.

• Roberto (5/5): Excelente todo pero no se queden en la habitacion # 3007. No van a poder dormir. - Muy bueno todo EXCEPTO la queja del punto de abajo. El hijo del dueño vive en la habitacion de arriba de la que se me asigno. El llega a las dos de la mañana a poner musica muy peasada a todo volumen y hace fiestas todas las noches con otra gente. Recepcion le dijo en varias ocaciones que apagara la musica y el no lo hizo. Me toco pasarme a otra habitacion a las 3 de la manana pues el fue muy egoista y no respeta a los inquilinos del hotel de sus padres.

• Graig (4/5): Good location and friendly staff, unfortunately not clean and rooms defiantly need an update. - The 3 staff members through out our stay all were very welcoming, pleasant, and helpful!!! They safely held our luggage for the afternoon after checkout as we walked around Medellin and then later picked up to head to the airport which was very nice and helpful!! Unfortunately, our room all the way in the back furniture is tired and the overall decor is outdated and in need of a refresh. Also, the room seemed dirty and kinda gross unfortunately especially the white bed linens and pillow cases had very visible stains and markings on them

Las habitaciones cercanas a la calle principal por la noche el ruido es mucho por la características propias de la zona.

• Tfeilner (4/5): Disappointing - LOWER UNITS HAVE A HUMIDITY PROBLEM. AUTOMATIC AC SHUTOFF AS YOU PULL THE KEY FROM THE HOLDER. ALLOWS HUMIDITY TO BUILD. DOOR LOCK BECAME AN ISSUE, WOULD NOT LOCK. EVENTUALLY FIXED THAT DAY. THE DOOR IS A PLASTIC CHEAP DOOR..THAT BENDS, JUST FROM A MILD PUSH. THOSE TYPE DOORS ARE NEVER SUITABLE FOR A HOTEL SECURITY DOOR.

• Tfeilner (6/5): Second consecutive weekend there. Will find a different location to stay. - Room Door. It's a cheap plastic door that bends. The lock would not engage to secure the room. Anyone with a good shoulder push will make the door give way. Staff responded to fix the door...about 3 hours later a guy came and repaired and put an inside safety latch. However...those type of doors should never be used for a hotel room door. Room was underground. Humidity was high. Sticky feeling. Using the key for electricity, means the room AC turns off. While gone, the humidity rises... takes a while to diminish that, but its never enough.

• Nikola (7/5): Great location, but dark and humid room with no fresh air - Location, breakfast, hot shower. We got a room without windows, but on the pictures we book were windows. There is no difference in the rooms, you have to be lucky. No upgrade for a room with window. The room was like a tomb and it had no ventilation, so it was really humid and dark without fresh air. It was also realy noisy, you could hear your neighbours talking (and listening to the loud music until 4AM)
