• Stefano (8/5): Soggiorno molto piacevole in una posizione perfetta a pochi passi dal Colosseo - Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento e nel complesso l’esperienza è stata molto positiva. La posizione è davvero eccellente: si trova in zona Colosseo, a soli cinque minuti a piedi, il che lo rende perfetto per visitare la città comodamente. Inoltre, la zona è ricca di ristoranti e locali dove è possibile sia pranzare che cenare, con tante opzioni tra cui scegliere. L’appartamento è composto da un unico ambiente che include sia la camera da letto che la cucina. In generale, è dotato di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Ho apprezzato anche la presenza della macchina del caffè in comune e della zona lavanderia, che risultano molto utili. Un piccolo aspetto da migliorare riguarda il bagno, che è un po’ datato, e l’isolamento acustico, dato che si sentono alcuni rumori provenienti dalle stanze vicine.

• Gerardo (10/5): Excelente opción en Roma - Ubicación, recibimiento por parte del anfitrión incluyendo un kit de bienvenida con productos de higiene e incluso un vino. El lugar super acogedor y con todas las amenidades, televisor con Netflix, frigobar, estufa, etc Wi-Fi
• Robyn (10/5): Best location and accommodation with fabulous facilities. - Location perfect, very clean and personable and comfortable apartment, great cooking and washing facilities, great staff/hosts. Also very handy to 24 hr supermarket for supplies. colosseum one end of the street and back of a gorgeous church other end of the street … pinch me moments. Very close to transport also … you literally could not ask for anything better. Hosts were always very quick responders by email and kindly gave us availed us an extra hour check out.
• Mykhaylo (10/5): A comfortable and fun place to stay by Coloseo - This is such a cute accommodation. We loved the theme of Vespas everywhere. It was just a couple minutes away from the coliseum! We loved that there was a washing machine and excellent coffee right in the hallway. Can’t recommend enough! Great place and very attentive and kind hosts!! Loved everything

Il servizio di deposito bagagli il giorno del check out per gli ospiti della struttura potrebbe essere gratuito (com'è quasi dappertutto)

• Christine (9/5): Quirky self-contained apartment. Fabulous location just down the road from the Colosseum! - Quirky, self-contained apartment - clean and comfortable with washing machine and dryer. Great host communications with good English. 5-10 minutes' easy walk to Colosseum, mini mart, cafes and restaurants. Easy walk to all of Rome's main sites.
• Shannon (8/5): Good location, good amenities, lovely staff - We were offered complimentary early check in, as well as complimentary late check out, the host also provided a bottle for our anniversary, which was very kind and thoughtful! Joey was lovely helping us find our way in the apartment & the amenities were useful! Accommodation had a coffee machine out the door & washing machine, even go as far to supply a first aid kit. The bathroom is small, for reference my boyfriend is 6’2 & his knees where practically hitting the wall when on the toilet, the bathroom was clean & functional just small The walls are quite thin, at times it could be nosy but I would assume this is due to the age of the building & can’t necessarily be helped, also could hear eachother in the bathroom, so thin walls there too

• Marta (7/5): Cozy apartment close to the Coliseum, very poor WiFi - The apartment is well located, less than 5 min on foot from the Coliseum, and also about 10 min from the subway station. The apartment is cozy, fast to heat, and probably cool in hot summer days. The WiFi connection was very poor, and being in a basement, the data connection from the smartphone is also non-existent. If you are planing on working a bit, you should choose another apartment. They also forgot to change our towels in our 8-night stay.

The coffee machine was outside of the room in front of the door which means in the morning was very noisy. The coffee machine was in front of washing machine ...
• Jerry (10/5): Excellent apartment, excellent hosts, excellent location. - The apartment was perfect and in a superb location, with many excellent restaurants very close by, (we highly recommend the restaurant, Crab, for seafood and superb service), and the Colliseum literally a 5 minute walk away. Our flight home wasn't until 10pm so we used the bag drop recommended by the host, which is 200m from the front door, and they will also order you a taxi to the airport. Wesley was exceptionally helpful and always greeted us with a big smile. 10/10. Nothing.
• Babak (9/5): Superb - The property was super clean and the staff were extremely helpful. The location is only a 5 min walk to colosseum, there is also a 24/7 supermarket just around the corner and many places to eat in the vicinity.

Host was very helpful with lots of suggestions for the rest of our stay. - Excellent location to all major attractions, trendy, great Vespa memorabilia, access to washing machine and dryer, coffee machine. Big room with small kitchenette. Basement location meant stairs down could be difficult for some, but no worries for us.

• Emma (9/5): Superb - Spacious room. Kitchenette and fridge with ample cooking supplies (pots, pans, plates), even herbs and spices. Bathroom was pretty small but the size of the room made up for it. Decor was very Rome, loved it!Iron in the room. Aircon was great after a hot day in Rome. Washing and dryer access was free and very convenient as it was right outside the door. Extra pillows and blankets. 5 minutes walk from the colosseum and great restaurants nearby. Overall great stay!

It is very near to the colosseum and around 20 minutes away from the train station by walking. The staff was very polite (they even gave us a bottle of wine) I really recommend this place the only “” bad thing “” is that the toilet and the shower are small. But it is not a big deal absolutely

• Katja (8/5): Cosy, homely and pictoresque. - We liked the Vespa theme and we had everything we needed in ways of kitchen utensils, 2 small tables, chairs etcetera. Also the room stayed quite cool. It was pretty noisy in the mornings, especially since we were staying downstairs.
• Jimmy (8/5): location, location, location! - historic interior with a nod to the Italian scooter company ‘Vespa’ in its decor. incredible location just a minute walk from the Colosseum. bars and restaurants are plentiful in the area. bus stop and taxi rank at the end of the road. great service, and a complimentary bottle of wine! the bed in our room was exceptionally soft memory foam, that we personally found uncomfortable. we slept with our head at the foot of the bed to avoid what felt like a dip in the mattress.
