Great team and service good, in the hustle and bustle of the Pyramids at your door step. need a CHEOP Pyramids Inn signage out front as names on building tricky to arrive but is sign Rokna Cafe is next door.
Jirou (2/5): Very poor - Close to the pyramids。 The washing machine works fine. I stayed for 4 nights, but the Wi-Fi was unstable and only worked on the first day, and was completely unusable for the remaining 3 days. Even when I asked the child staff, they just kept repeating the router password. There was a kitchen, but no knives, cutting board, or detergent. There was only one spoon. It was always noisy outside, day or night. The smell of camel and horse dung came into the room, and when I hung my laundry outside, it smelled like it. I never had the free breakfast, but there was no explanation, and it was not prepared unless I told them the day before. There were no hangers in the closet. There were no amenities such as shampoo.

Shannel (10/5): Great views and family feel are served right here, you won’t regret it! - The views are exactly as described. Breakfast daily in front of the Pyramid complex is like no other breakfast you can eat. The staff is extremely friendly and go above and beyond to meet your needs. Eslam is amazing at coordinating and recommending tours and transportation. Magda is the most wonderful tour guide. Doa (not sure if spelled correctly) creates a very delicious authentic Egyptian meal. Ahmed is there to assist with all your needs and great trying to learn Arabic. MaMo the manager is very kind and witty, really does a wonderful job of making all guests feel right at home.
Shannel (10/5): If you want to feel right at home in Egypt, Cheops is the place for you! - The views were everything! The room was a decent size. The breakfast was exceptional! The staff was PHENOMENAL. Eslam really does an excellent job of coordinating all the tours/transportation. All staff were helpful in every way. I felt so at home and welcome. Magda my guide is a friend! She’s very sweet and make sure you get exactly what you want out of the tour and added a few surprises too which I am grateful for. Esra was very sweet also in communicating different tour options available. And MaMo, what can I say, he has a fantastic staff and even more wonderful attitude that helps guest feel welcome to Egypt. Can’t wait to come back!

Alan (2/5): How to ruin your trip, courtesy of Hotels.com - These people are irresponsible liars. I had a confirmed reservation. Upon arrival past midnight in a filthy and dangerous part of Giza, they said that the place was closed for renovation and tried to put me in a filthy hostel instead. I wrote to Hotels.com and explained this and did not even get a reply. My advice is not to book with Hotels.com

Det fanns varken vattenkokare, mikro, kylskåp eller reception. Inte heller städade de eller serverade frukost om man inte ringde och tjatade. Detsamma gällde gratis vatten och kaffe. Dessutom får man ingen skälig ersättning från Hotels.com om inte hotellet ger okej till att det man har klagat på stämmer! Snacka om moment 22!
